It is always dirty and unorganized. The items are left out over the winter and sold the next season. No one is ever around to assist with out of stock or warped items. This is a disappointing location all around.

I went specifically just for mulch and they were out! How can you run out of a popular item. Manager should've anticipated better.

Great store. All the basics for home improvement plus a little help if you need it. Good garden section as far as tools and supplies go but the plants at least this year (2017) are really sad. They're not healthy and very pedestrian.

Friendly, but clueless. In the gardening center, the potting soil I wanted was sold out at customer level...but they have pallets of it shrink-wrapped and stored above. I tell the garden center cashier, who gets on a walkie to say a customer needs help with potting soil. A minute later, an employee from inside the store comes out and asks for clarification on what I'm looking for, and helpfully leaves to literally look for a forklift operator. 10 minutes later, she returns to tell me that she couldn't find a forklift operator. No suggestion on when to return, no offer to call when it's available, nada. Very nice, very friendly, but fundamentally unhelpful.

The flower center is great when the flowers first arrive... then they seem to lack the proper care such as watering and the selection tends to dwindle out due to lack of attention. Prices are good if you get there at the right time!

Best snowplow co in Minnetonka. They even provide emails every time they plow giving updates on completion times!

They do very good landscaping work, but trying to get in touch with them for scheduling, to discuss any particular requests, or to change service is very difficult. They rarely answer the phone, and emails are only responded to some of the time. Likely moving to a new provider this years.

They charge for service, however there is nothing from them itemizing, just a charge on a credit card. Last year was high but this year the fee was super high for their doing next to nothing. 1/2 hour fir crew and 5 minutes for leave removal.

I had my lawn aerated last year. The renewal was automatic and they cam out again this year and aerated. Problem is, I had already had it aerated and didn't know they were coming. I contacted the company and even though they provided the service, they refunded my money. Very honorable of them and wanted to share.

I hired them to get my lawn in shape after not getting results from my previous company. They took the time to address what my yard really needed and it looks really healthy now. These guys are truly passionate about what they do and I recommend them to all my friends

Beware, do not give this company your credit card, they will charge you in the middle of winter for fertilization even though you were charged numerous times during the year. They charged me previously each time they were here. Then I call up and was told they sent me an email on this which I never received. She was rather rude about it. Their accounting is terrible and I believe it to be unethical to just charge a persons card to "clean up your books". I believe the error is on their end and they just take my money without authorization. STAY AWAY

They always do a great job plowing my driveway and in the summer my lawn looks the best in the neighborhood. Great customer service.
