First Choice Exteriors was chosen by our townhouse association to replace the hail damaged roofs on 68 units. The skylights on many units were also replaced. Our home had 4 large skylights made by Velux. Mike at First Choice contacted us about our options for the replacement. We made our choice months in advance of the work and the skylights arrived in plenty of time for the installation. The installers took care when installing the new skylights and also removed and replaced the furniture in the porch area. Later, First Choice stained the wood portion of the skylights to match the surrounding wood. With Mike's assistance we purchased custom made light filtering solar blinds by Velux. They were installed professionally with the Velux representative observing the work. We are very pleased with all that was done for us and with Mike's care and concern for our satisfaction. We highly recommend First Choice Exteriors.

Mike has been amazing to work with. We had received quotes for a new roof from two other companies, and Mike was by far the most responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to work with our insurance for the wind damage we had. First Choice made our roof replacement feel super seamless. We also hired them to do our siding, which had just as great of results. Highly recommend working with First Choice!

First Choice Exteriors installed gutter guards and did a quick and efficient job at a good price. While up on the roof, they noticed hail damage. Preston took charge and fought with State Farm to get us a new roof. After 2 months of negotiations, State Farm approved the roof and the job was completed less than a week later. We paid only our deductible. I would recommend First Choice for any exterior work you need completed.

Our roof sustained damage by hail and was replaced by First Choice Exteriors. We are very satisfied with the project. Their work crew showed up when expected and worked efficiently. The workers covered our shrubs and landscaping features and windows below the roof line to prevent damage. The roof looks very nice and they did an excellent job. . The project manager explained the process and timeline for installation a few days prior to work beginning. Upon project completion the crew scanned for nails and other debris. They used a dumpster mounted on a trailer for debris removal so when the job was complete the dumpster left with their crew. They used a drone to photographically document phases of the roof tear-off and replacement for the insurance company. I highly recommend First Choice Exteriors.

We had a great experience using First Choice Exteriors to install gutters on our house. Preston did an amazing job listening to what we wanted and then providing options and choices we could do. The quote was very complete and professional in a timely manner. Our job was scheduled quickly and the installer Jeremy did a wonderful job. The sections on new gutters attaching with existing gutters was seamless. The other sections on new gutters added look like they were always there. I could not be more happy with the quality and work First Choice Exteriors performed.

Mike and Luke did an amazing job with my roof, but that was a small piece of what my experience with them was. Mike spent 2 years with me going back and forth with the insurance company to help us get what we needed to do the work properly. He spent time preparing materials, gathering evidence all the while meeting me know he was going to fight till the end. He is a consistent, clear communicator and knows this space better than anyone I’ve encountered.

Mike and Luke went above and beyond helping us with our new roof! From the first phone call all the way through the project they handled every question and concern with genuine care and professionalism! Even the neighbors came out to see and comment on what an amazing job they did! Simply put, they are the best!

Nick and the team at Sterling Restoration were wonderful to work with, and very professional. We started having water leaking through our chimney into the basement, and they were there the next day to fix it. They went above and beyond to make sure they sealed everything around the chimney to prevent any future leaks. I would highly recommend them!
