I recently had some restoration work done (not by Pro Custom Builders) which passed the city inspection. But I noticed a few things that looked wrong to me. The contractor wasn’t responding to my questions promptly, so I hired Pro Custom Builders to check out the construction work. Tony at Pro Custom identified a few key issues that should not have passed inspection, and I sent his report to the city. With that report, the city was able to get the construction company out to quickly rectify the issues.

On a separate job, Tony also advised me on a couple important points to ensure the contractor was doing the job the correct way. Armed with that information, I made sure the contractor was doing the job right and not taking shortcuts.

I will be using Pro Custom again on an upcoming renovation project.

Tony was awesome to work with on a somewhat complicated roofing job that required coordination between insurance, solar panel guys and his own team. He handled everything efficiently and I love the new roof and gutters!

We had Tony fix our driveway which was a mess. We had potholes and missing chunks of asphalt. His work was nothing short of magical. Our neighbor asked us if we got a new driveway. He had fine attention to detail. He communicated well in spite of having terrible weather that caused many false starts to avoid rain.

Tony replaced our hail damaged roof four years ago. This week we had hail the size of golf balls. He came to inspect our roof without being called. The shingles he put on came through undamaged — our neighbors all have damage. Good choice!!!

I have used Tony for multiple jobs over the years. Tony is very professional and his attention to detail is great. We recently had him seal coat the driveway. Tony was very professional and personable. He does a very thorough job with extreme attention to details. We had our driveway seal coated due to having it only be three years old and it was cracking significantly. Tony came over and gave us a very reasonable bid and pretreated the cracks and any other blemishes.

We hired Tony to attach our siding that had come loose from the wind on one of our dormers. After he took a look at it, we needed to replace a few pieces. We were lucky we still had extra for him to use. He is very professional, personable, and communicates with you though the job on what needed to be fixed. We were very satisfied with the work he did and would have him back again when needed.

Karl Clark with First Choice Exteriors is what you should expect from roofing companies but rarely see. From start to finish Karl and the team at First Choice were on it. Karl even came out to meet with our insurance adjuster to make sure nothing was missed and all captured for our claim. I have nothing but good things to say from start of the paper work to finishing of the job... Professional and Clean... They are the ones to hire.
