We recently welcomed a puppy into our home, and with that came the inevitable challenge: urine odor in our carpet. I reached out to We Clean Carpet and explained the situation over the phone. They were upfront about the potential for additional costs depending on the severity, which I appreciated.
I’ll admit—I was a bit hesitant after reading some of the reviews. But I also knew my situation wasn’t a basic cleaning job. The odor was intense, and I needed a real solution, not a surface-level fix.
When Jon, the technician, arrived, he was professional, empathetic, and incredibly knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and worked with me to find the most effective treatment. There were no visible stains, just a horrendous smell, and Jon didn’t shy away from tackling it head-on.
Some reviewers may have expected a cheap fix, but I understood that quality service comes at a cost—just like I pay extra for a luxury pedicure, I’m more than willing to invest in making sure my home doesn’t smell like dog pee. And Jon delivered. The odor is gone, and my carpet feels fresh again.

We hired weakling carpet to clean our carpets. The carpet cleaning technician Momchil with track three, did a great job.Doing a deep, clean and protecting our rooms. We're happy with the results.Looks good smells good.

I think the cleaning itself turned out. You don’t know tells days after if stains reappear. I had upholstery done and don’t really expect them to get everything out. They are definitely cleaner. My biggest issue is they use your water to run the machine and have the water overflowing and draining in your sink. Since they were here for three hours that’s a lot of wasted water. So I’m sure I’ll have a higher water bill. Not cool. Also prices were not what was exactly quoted on the web site but still cheaper then others.

Invested in a deep cleaning for my living room, bedroom, and mattress. The photos of the carpet is magnificent and the mattress was good some oil spilled on my bed and 60 percent of the stain was removed. Probably have to get another deep cleaning again next year. My mattress is 15 years old and still looks good

We had a situation with blood on the carpet. Cleaner says it was 100% clean when he left. But the blood had turned from red to green. I googled, and found that hydrogen peroxide would take out the blood. I put a drop on the drop of blood, it bubbled, and disappeared. When I talked to the manager he tried to mansplain to me that the blood had wicked up from the carpet backing. Took no responsibility for the blood still being there. Told him I would be contacting the better business bureau to report them. He said "well, aren't you happy with the carpet now?" Yes, after I got rid of the stains!

The service guy was over a hour late to my scheduled appointment. They called and said they were finishing up a job and just letting me know they were coming to me next. I confirmed at 1pm before hanging up.
He did a terrible job! I even paid extra for traffic areas especially by the front door. It’s still dark as well as a dark line in my carpet for some reason. Water was left all over the floor in my kitchen and my up stairs rental unit floors.
The carpet was dam near freezing like cold water was used to clean the carpets. 3 rooms I paid for when I could of just used my home carpet cleaner to do this job but I wanted professional clean for my new renters that was moving in the next day. Super duper disappointing!! All I get is voicemail when I call
