The tech was a great guy….very polite and accommodating he went above and beyond and even clean a little area rag at no extra charge. He explained the procedure and completed the job efficiently and thoroughly. A great experience! date of service 9/12/2022

Must say this was a very bad service that I've ever had. The people Just tried to make you set an appointment through the phone without giving full information about the service. And when I met with the cleaning guy, he used a very rude and aggressive way to talk just because I'm a foreigner. I would never suggest anybody take it's service from Groupon or it's website. Personally I rarely write negative comments, but this is a truly nasty experience.

Buster's Carpet Cleaning had the worst customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. They missed two different appointment times without any phone call or communication what so ever, and when they did finally make it they were 4 hours past the window they gave me. Horrible experience.

Vin from Busters was extremely unprofessional. I asked for the owner and he would not confirm or deny if that was him. Carpets were either not cleaned well or not cleaned at all. During our conversation he told me he's been doing this for 25 years. I had already looked him up through the state of Minnesota, which says Buster's has only been in business since 2015. I asked him and he said he changes the name of his company from time to time. I asked why he would do that and he hung up. Never heard of a business that tries to hide from customers...unless there is a reason... I would not suggest using this company under any circumstance.

Very unprofessional from the person answering the phone to the "technician". I would never hire them again. My carpets are sopping wet, liquid was on the ceramic and the wood floor my carpets butted up to. Arrived 55 minutes late. Did not wear paper shoes when he came in the house from the outside etc.

If I could give them a 0, I would! Stay away!! The Customer service rep was a joke, he was so rude and unprofessional! The cleaning guy was rude also! I bought the Groupon for 3 rooms and then when he got there told me I needed the deep clean and sanitize which was $45 extra per room!!! The floors look the same, and my daughters room smells horrible!!!!

Doesn't even deserve one star. We had this carpet cleaning planned for weeks and they never showed up. The "gentleman" that answers the phones and plans the appointments was rude and mean. Don't ever rely on this company because they lie and are awful!!!!! I'm so upset I didn't get my deposit from my apartment because of them!!!

Where is the NO-STAR rating?!?!? DON'T HIRE THESE CLOWNS OF LIES, DECEPTION AND SCAMMERS. Pushed my promised time of cleaning back the night before because I didn't answer their 9:45pm confirmation. They then said ok, it will probably be closer to 8am...ultimately showing up and 10:15am. Tried to up-sell immediately, saying that what "he was going to do was going to make my carpet worse, as in move dirty and toxic, that I needed to pay more for each room to actually clean it." Then told me that my 450sq was more than the groupon of 650sf and maybe for a tip he would do another room which was about 80sf. All still under the 650sf PLUS one hallway.

This is the second time I have used Vince to clean my carpeting. He was quick to schedule an appointment, did a thorough job cleaning and was easy to talk to. I am pleased to recommend him.

This is the first time I have used a professional cleaner for an apartment I have lived in for over Two years. Also had a dog during most of that time.
I was very pleased with the work. I would definitely use them again and can recommend them.

I recommend staying away from this company. The customer service on the phone is just the start. I set up an appointment and that was the last I heard of them. As my 2-hour appointment window was expiring, I called to check on the status. The tone of the customer service was like I was inconveniencing them by asking. They said they'll call the crew and get back to me. 30 minutes went by with nothing, so I called back. I got the same person, who acted like he'd never talked to me before. When I told him why I'm calling, he said the crew is behind. Something about how they got a call for a flooded basement and state law says they have to go do those first. (?) He told me they'd be another 90 minutes or so, so I could wait, or I could reschedule tomorrow with a "preferential time", meaning they'd come do mine first. I took that to simply mean that they'd be screwing someone else tomorrow so said I'd wait since I had a Groupon I wanted to get used up. The 90 minutes came and went, still no contact. So I called again to ask. He said they were on their way. The service itself was average at best, but I already had a bad taste in my mouth and just wanted it over. I paid a little extra for some additional treatment in some dirty areas. I noticed later the receipt had a 23% tax rate. I'm not sure why, but again didn't ask. Then I received the credit card statement and they added like $0.60 to the bill over what they had put on the receipt. Again, I wasn't about to try dealing with the customer service again. I was just so happy to be done! So yes, follow my recommendation and just stay away. You'll be happy you did!

Horrible experience with Vince from Buster's Carpet Cleaning. I wouldn't even have known that it was Buster's Carpet Cleaning because the representative that I talked to (Vince) was wearing a "Jerry's Carpet Cleaning" shirt. After waiting the whole day for them to show up we get hit with the first hidden charge of an "access" fee. When asked what the fee was for, we were told we would get charged for them having to haul their equipment up the stairs since we didn't have an elevator even though we did and Vince refused to use it. After getting to the apartment Vince starts describing the different services that was going to be needed. He starts off with some deep cleaning services which was quoted at $20/room then added that we should sanitize which was an additional $25/room. I asked him what the total bill would look like and he goes $60 (deep clean+access fee) +$50 (sanitization) so basically $110 on top of a Groupon deal that I had already purchased. He even asked my form of payment and that if I paid cash he would give me an even better offer because he wouldn't have to pay taxes on it, shows what kind of shady business they run. After deciding that I wouldn't be using their services, Vince asks why not and I told him that I didn't want to pay anything additional to the Groupon deal. Then he tries to insist that I should pay for the access fee, which I denied because it wasn't that we didn't have an elevator for ease of access to bringing up the equipment, he had initially refused to use it. After a lot of debate and Vince figuring out that he was wrong, he decides not to charge me for the access fee and tries to charge me with other misc. hidden fees. Horrible experience, poor customer service, very unprofessional. DO NOT USE!

Purchased a LivingSocial for them. Not a good experience at all. When I called to schedule, the man was rude. I should have known right there. We scheduled my appointment for arrival between 10 and noon on the day my new house closed. Noon came around and no carpet cleaner. At 12:30 the scheduling man called to let me know the technician was on his way and would be arriving in about 15 minutes. This was also not true. I had to leave to go to my closing at 1pm, so I had my sister wait for the carpet cleaner arrive. Sometime around 1:15 they arrived. They tried to tell my sister that my living room needed "deep cleaning" and the stairs also needed to be cleaned and that this would be an extra $85. They say this is in their contract with Living Social that they must perform the deep cleaning. I argued with him and finally settled on $48 for only the deep clean. When I arrived back from the closing, the living room smelled much worse than it did before. There was a dog in the house previously and the stench was far worse, literally comes out of the carpet. This is ridiculous that I had to pay for the "deep clean" for this result. In the rooms upstairs they were unchanged. There was a stain on one of the carpets that was still there. For a 5 room + hallway groupon for 1000 sqft, one person was there working for a total of 30 minutes. Don't waste your money.

Watch out for these guys. They have charged my credit card twice and despite assurances it would be credited, a week later it is still there. Overall unhappy with the service. I bought a groupon for 550sq ft. of cleaning. Even though I don't have 550 ft of carpet, the cleaner insisted I needed to upgrade to the 1000 sq ft groupon. They were late to the appointment by over 4 hours and the quality of work was suspect.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I scheduled my appointment with Vince on 3/30. He was very rude and condescending over the phone, and I explained to him several times that I was calling to schedule with them because I was given a living social voucher as a gift. I scheduled for 4/17 from 12-2 and planned to take the day off to be there for the appointment. At 1150 on 4/17, Vince called me to let me know that the technician would not be out until 145pm or so. (I was not informed upon scheduling that 12-2 was just an arrival window and not my appointment time slot.) I explained to him that I wasn't aware that 12-2 was just an arrival window and that I had a 3pm appointment I had to be at and he laughed at me and told me "lady, that's how all carpet cleanings are scheduled." And laughed at me again. He said we could reschedule if I wanted but that he was simply making a courtesy call. He told me that he would call me right back after speaking to his technician again.....he called me back at 4pm to let me know his technician was still tied up at the job before mine and there was nothing he could do except offer to come the next day. I let him know that I had taken the day off, that I did not wish to reschedule, and I would call and get a refund. He rudely said to "go ahead and do that". I told him that I would as he had been rude to me since scheduling, never allowed me to finish a sentence when I was speaking and took 4 hours to "call me right back". I said I would be giving him a review regarding his customer service and he promptly told me that they didn't come to my home to do anything so I "could not" review them. I assured him that I could and most certainly let everyone know how horrible the customer service for this company is and to recommend they stay far far away from them.

Vin was very kind and got the job done quick but did a great job. He even left a note for my landlord stating the carpet was in good condition so they don’t try to take money from my deposit. It was cheaper than the other places I called and he got here in my window of time. Thank you for your services! I’ll be using them again.

From the first phone call I should have known to use a different company! The owner, or whoever does "customer service" is rude, condescending, and short tempered. We attempted to use buster's for cleaning our carpets in a townhouse we rented and when they didn't show up for they're appointment he responded with "who's wondering, you or the owner of the house?" (Does it matter?!) I'm happy to take my business elsewhere. The Groupon seems like a wonderful deal, but if you're looking for professionalism and reliability - save yourself from the verbal berating and go elsewhere!!!

Recently used Buster’s to clean carpets at my apartment before move out. They did a wonderful job, were efficient and the price was right! I would recommend Buster’s to anyone. We thought our carpets were beyond the point of return, but Buster’s made them look brand new. Highly recommend!

I had them clean the carpets in my entire house. They did a good job throughout, and helped to move some of the furniture items that I was unable to move myself. They removed several stains. Vince said if I noticed any spots they missed, or the stains still showed after it dried, that they would come back one time to redo them. True to his word, he came back and cleaned the areas I pointed out, as well as doing the hall one more time. Very professional, prompt, and a good service. I would recommend them.

I was extremely pleased with this company. They cleaned my daughter’s 2 bedroom apartment. First, they kept us informed when they were coming out. When the technician arrived, he honestly assessed the carpet and the pet stains before any work was started. I very much appreciated that. He was very knowledgable and explained to us what we could reasonably expect as an outcome and what course of cleaning he recommended. He also clearly explained the costs associated with the carpet cleaning. As he went about the cleaning, he did a thorough job. He did not rush through the job at all. Their equipment is portable, so the fact my daughter apartment is on the 2nd floor of large building was not an issue. Again, I could not be more satisfied and would recommend this company to anyone.

I was extremely unhappy with the service and lack of professionalism. First off, I was told that my <1,000 square foot apartment would cost approximately $165 to clean because it needed "deep cleaning", but then I needed to pay an access fee of $25 for living on the third floor. All of this makes sense, except the access fee needed to be paid in cash because "that's how it works in this industry" and "that means it goes directly to the cleaner rather than getting taxed." No sir, everyone understands that a business generates revenue, and that revenue can easily be used to pay cleaners an additional "access fee" as a part of their income. He must have thought I was a complete idiot. I unfortunately left to go run errands while they cleaned. My neighbor called and said that the cleaners left approximately 25 minutes after I left (plus 20 minutes I was there = 45 minutes), so I went to see the results. So approximately 1.5 hours after the work began I went to the apartment to find that about half of the carpet felt dry. The only damp spots were the stains they tried to get out. The carpet print was still there from my bed frame and dresser, and I was picking up small materials from the floor (oats, dirt chunks, etc.). I'm no carpet expert, which the owner abruptly stated when he returned my call, but this was the worst quality of carpet cleaning and customer service I've had in a while. I'm 30 years old and have been apartment jumping since 18, and thus have hired many carpet cleaning services. I'm very unhappy and assuming that my landlord will be too.
