We desperately needed a deep clean for our sectional couch, and Matt was super responsive and friendly. He was extremely thorough and customized his services to meet our needs. It was a great experience, and I would recommend him highly!

Matt is The Carpet Cleaning Guy. His evaluation of our carpets was comprehensive and considered all our unique factors - pets, humidity, flooring type. My husband and I had Matt from Klein Carpet Cleaning to our home (free of charge) to first look at our carpets to give us a quote to have them cleaned. I was so impressed with his wealth of knowledge and experience with carpet textiles, cleaning methods and products. Furthermore, I got a peek into the carpet cleaning industrial complex. So interesting!

Matt cleaned four carpets and two sets of stairs efficiently and within a very reasonable time frame. The cost was exactly as he quoted with no up-charges, add-ones or high-pressure salesmanship. Our carpets came out beautifully clean, fresh and renewed despite being several years old. We could not be happier!

Matt came to our house to take a look at a couch I wanted cleaned. He’s friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and ethical. He went further than taking a look at our couch. He took a look at our basement and gave suggestions of things we could do for ourselves to keep our house clean and our pets happy. Ultimately, he recommended not to spend money on getting the couch cleaned and to get a new one. I really appreciated the honesty.

Matt is a true pleasure to do business with.
