Anago of Minneapolis is a good place to help you start your own business because they give you a lot of support and courage to help your business grow. From my personal expierence, my business has been able to grow a lot in just 8 months. The people involved in Anago are very professional and are ready to help in whatever is necessary. I am personally very pleased by how everything works.

We use Anago at work. Our crew does a fantastic job and is very dependable. When something does need added attention they are very responsive. I've enjoyed working with them!

I had a less than ideal experience. I hired this company to clean 3 stores monthly. Cleaners did an poor job leaving dusts on venting, not showing up some months and most notably showng up at 1am on days there we not permitted to clean and tripping alarm systems.

The Anago staff cleans our facility spotlessly. Maria and her team are friendly and a genuine joy to work with. If by chance we need them to stop by for any reason, they show up in timely manner. Highly recommend.

I work for a general contractor and whenever we are in the area Anago Cleaning of Minneapolis has been our preferred cleaner for all of our post-construction cleaning needs. With our line of work it is critical that the cleaning crew arrives on time, on schedule, and delivers a clean store for us to turnover to the client and Anago Cleaning has never disappointed!

We have used Anago's services for nearly seven years. They are dependable and responsive to our needs and concerns. Hai, my account manager, checks in every month with a physical visit to our Center, often with Aide, our franchisee, in tow. We are receiving great care for a low price point, and despite having searched elsewhere, are happy with the service we are receiving.

We have used Anago for our multiple location practice for over a year. We were new customers just prior to COVID 19. The initial process of getting a bid was easy! Very professional, fair and thorough. The level of communication is like nothing I have ever experienced. If an issue ever does come up, it's dealt with immediately and resolved. I'm so glad we chose to do business with Anago of Minneapolis!

Worst company to work with. The managers/owners are shady. You will be locked into a year long contract that renews automatically and you only have a small window to cancel it once a year which is written in teeny-tiny fine print. Even if the services are not living up to the agreements of the contract. You are held hostage to them and their contract.

We switched to Anago about a year ago for our dental office cleaning and we could not be happier. Hai, our account manager is very prompt with responses if needed and is always willing to do what is needed to keep our business. Our first team of cleaners were having a hard time following what we were asking. They were retrained and when that wasn't working for us Hai got us a new crew and they have blown us away with their professionalism and ability to do the job without any complications. They have gone above and beyond to keep our business looking great. They really understand how to do the job as they would want it done to their home or business. If you are looking for a cleaning company I would highly recommend Anago of Minneapolis.

Our office has been using Anago for our cleaning service since April 2022. Our cleaner, Hildeberto, comes in once a week and does a fantastic job. He is reliable & very efficient. Last week we even received a compliment from a customer on how clean our office is.

Hai is our Brand Manager & every time I have needed to get in contact with him he has responded quickly, within a couple hours. We are very pleased, all around with the service we are given from the entire Anago company. Definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for cleaning service.

Anago did a wonderful job deep cleaning our floors at our facility. Everything looked spectacular, like new after they were finished. Our carpeting went from having spots and dirty areas, to looking exceptional! Even our break room floors went from black marks, dirty spots (we never thought would come out); to a brand new looking polished floor. We have received nothing but compliments of our facility after they finished the job here. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!

Work was done, but the hose was left running. Since no one was home this caused lawn damage. My phone number was given to some high pressure roofers that repeated called using different numbers.
