I contacted them to clean my carpet and they did a great job. Some stains were on the carpet and they were able to get them out. The carpet looks terrific.

Nate cancelled last minute two days in a row before saying “sorry, find another cleaner.” He cancelled the first time less than an hour before he was supposed to show up because one of his cleaners was hospitalized, which we completely understood and agreed to reschedule. The next day, he texted to cancel about 30 minutes before he was supposed to show up. His excuse was that the same cleaner couldn’t come. This was when things didn’t add up because we were under the impression that it would be him cleaning our home and second, he said he would ensure she is paid and has some days off. Then he never responded. I have family coming to stay with me on Monday, so we were on a time crunch and needed someone reliable. My partner wonders if the reason he cancelled is because we asked to be in our home while he cleaned because he asked us if we could leave our home. Overall, very disappointed.
