The installers were great guys and they cleaned up after themselves leaving no trace of their work. I’m 100% pleased with my decision to go with Blue Raven.

In the Kansas City area, our installation experience was outstanding. Garrett Phillips, the head of our installation crew, and his Kansas City 2 crew were fast, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous with us and our dogs during the relatively short install period. All my questions were answered and the only hurdle left to jump before the switch is flipped on are inspections from our utility and the city. Hopefully they are just as easily to work with and efficient as the install crew and everyone else within Blue Raven we’ve dealt with from the presentation stage onward. We would highly recommend the addition of solar through Blue Raven.

Blue Raven was incredibly helpful and had great communication with us throughout our process of going Solar. It took approximately 6 weeks from the time we inquired about solar, through design, permitting, and finally to installation, with them taking care of all the permitting and paperwork along the way. When it came time for installation, Garrett and KC Team 2 showed up was very friendly and incredibly efficient. Our entire system was installed in under 6 hours. I’m so happy with our decision to go with Blue Raven Solar for our transition to a cleaner home.

The Blue Raven team completed our solar panel installation today. Efficient, professional, and thorough are my words to describe the crew. From the delivery of the panels, with concern to not block our vehicle movement, to vacuuming as the final cleanup after work in the attic, I am very pleased with choosing Blue Raven. Cannot wait to get the system inspected and turned on.

I would not choose to work with this company again. The overall experience was disorganized and communication was poor. Scheduling a follow-up inspection took over three weeks after the initial installation. Additionally, some of the information I received over the phone did not align with what I was told directly by the city regarding the permitting process. The job site was also left untidy after installation, and I had to spend time cleaning up debris myself.
**Update**: The installation was completed on October 29th. After receiving no follow-up communication, I reached out to Blue Raven on November 10th to inquire about the next steps. I don't believe your response is accurate regarding the project timeline and follow-up process. Appreciate the communication though, i'll add a star.

Blue Raven installation team came on time , arranged everything , shared the process with me as walkthrough. When there was a pipe that needs to be put , he came and walk through about the impact and also inquired to check inside Attique to overcome it. After checking they said, no pipe needed. Happy that no pipe was needed to put in roof. They finished the job very quick and explained about inspection process. Kudos to the whole team in doing it properly! Looking forward to start using it post the inspection. Awaiting to gain more benefits from this solar panel.

I had solar panels installed at my home in November 2025, when the company was called Blue Raven Solar. They had good reviews at the time, but my experience with them has been poor. Steer clear of this company and its shady business practices. I'm not even clear about whether I'm dealing with Blue Raven, SunPower, or whatever name they are going by these days. The company told me that I would receive a referral incentive for referring others to have panels installed by them, so I referred someone, but I still haven't received the incentive. I've called and emailed multiple times with no response. I tried going to their office in person, only to find piled-up mail and packages because no one has been at the office for months, and it appears that they went out of business. I later found out that the company filed for bankruptcy in 2024. No matter how many times I've called customer service, they do not call me back. I've talked to multiple people who say they will "look into" something and get back to me, but no one has called me back in MONTHS! I've been lied to by multiple Blue Raven/SunPower employees, and to top it off, my solar panel system is not even turned on. I hope this review will get their attention because I would like them to just remove the system from my home so I can have panels installed by a more reputable and reliable company.
