Wow! If I could give 10 stars I would. A&B's customer service blew me out of the water! When our AC unit went out, we were doing our own research online and I posted a request on Thumbtack for estimates from local AC Technicians. A&B responded right away with a quote -- but even better than that, they took the time to ask me questions about the issue and gave us tips to try before we had them come out. We went back and forth for 2 days and were able to do the fix on our own for $24 with the guidance of A&B. You don't meet many companies these days that put the customer first and are so willing to help, even if that means it saves you money and costs them the deal! I can't believe it! If we have issues again, we will definitely use A&B over other big companies because we know they will be truthful and fair with us. You can't put a price on peace of mind. Highly recommend!

These guys are the REAL DEAL. I contacted Steven and he picked up the phone right away. He was over to my house (25+ miles away from him) within 48 hours. He gave me a quote on replacing my AC and furnace for free, whereas other big name companies charged $69 just for an inspection. A&B Heating and Cooling had dozens of 5 star reviews on Thumbtack and Google so I'm surprised there was nothing on Yelp. These guys gave me a great price and offered a $200 discount for paying in cash. I paid $6,200 out the door which was around 33% cheaper than the other big name company. The final product was worth every penny. Nobody wants to pay money for an HVAC guy to come out and fix things, but anybody who is in that situation, I highly recommend A&B Heating and Cooling.

I had a wonderful experience with A&B! Steven walked me through some troubleshooting on the phone and then came out to repair the problem promptly. He showed me how to fix the problem in the future and left me a tool to assist with that. Highly recommend!

Wow. What can I say. So incredibly impressed. As a first home owner when the furnace goes at 11 pm Sunday I panic. No one who advertised 24 hour emergency service could get to me until the next day at the earliest. A&B was there within 10 min. Super friendly, super professinal, and super competitive on pricing. I needed my gas fireplace serviced to be sure it was working properly. The guys at A&B were able to fit me in to their schedule, and addressed my concerns promptly. They were very fair, professional and personable; would highly recommend!

My water heater went out for no reason and tried to ignite it via the pilot multiple times. Contacted Steve and he was able to walk me through some troubleshooting over the phone. Turns out I needed to set the heater to off and wait 5 minutes for the gas to clear out. Retried the pilot and fired right up! Many thanks Steve!

Fantastic service! After days of 90 degree weather (and one day hit 100) our air conditioner decided to take some time off. We called A&B and in about a half hour after Steve arrived cold air was blowing through the house. And there was no sticker shock! Thanks A&B!

A&B Heating and Cooling is amazing. Our furnace stopped blowing hot air. I called and had service at our home in 30 minutes. They even trouble shot with me on the on the phone before coming out! Then, the service at our home was amazing. He worked so hard and quick to figure out the issue, explain to me what it was, and was able to fix it without needing any new parts. This is an extremely professional, kind, courteous, and reputable business. I will be using them as often as needed, and suggest everyone else does.
