Great service. Steve was quick to respond and great with communication. He figured out what was wrong with my AC and was able to fix it quickly. He even took the time to answer all my questions about leveling out the cooling in my house. Would highly recommend!

I am so happy with my experience with Steve! I thought I needed a new AC unit but that wasn’t the case. Steve found out that the charge was just low and fixed that. In addition, I mentioned I didn’t like my current thermostat so he replaced it with a new one for me. I am so happy I found Steve on Thumbtack - I will definitely be a returning customer and will recommend him to friends and family!!

Steve did an excellent job for my air conditioner repair. Got the quote from an email, came to do the service quick, identified the cause very soon and replaced the broken part. Very knowledgeable. Just prefer to tell the price before replacing the part even though it was a reasonable charge. Thank you, Steve!

Steve was able to diagnose our furnace issue over the phone. He did accept any payment for this and was willing to have us send a picture instead of us having him come out. Steve did a great job installing a new central air and furnace for me. He was the only contractor I spoke to that did not try to sell me way more then I needed. Steve showed up when he said he would, installed everything and hauled away the old equipment. A big plus for me was that he was available to do the install on a Saturday, my wife works from home during the week so this was a huge benefit.

Not even sure I talked to since I was panicking and freezing due to my furnace being out. Walked me thru things to check and got it running while on the phone! THANK YOU!!

I had A&B replace an old AC unit in the Summer of 2018. He came out within a week and was very well priced compared to 5 or 6 other companies I had out. (Much lower price) being that it was a replacement there was a very small leak that showed up last summer and he came out recharged it for free and said it would last the rest of the season which it did. I just got off the phone with him again and we are working on a time that's warm enough for him to find and fix the leak. Steve is very friendly, honest and responsive. I refer him to everyone I can that needs help with their HVAC systems.

Very happy with the service we received. Had a slight hiccup with communication that was not their fault, and yet Steve made up for it with us. The technician was nice and very knowledgeable and he explained everything to us. I really appreciate dealing with such a reputable company. If we have issues again, A & B will be our first call!

I would highly recommend A&B for your heating and cooling needs. I contacted Steve last night (after hours) and before he came out, he helped me try and troubleshoot the problem on my own. Though I was unsuccessful, he was willing to come out right away and fix the issue. I appreciated the honesty and for taking the time to help me out in this wintery time of need. I am beyond pleased with this company. My heat went out over the weekend, called Steve on a Sunday and in less than 2 hours he was at my house and had my heat back up and running. After an awful experience with another company, Steve really saved the day. He was able to come out same day and took the time to explain everything to me. He is very professional and courteous and I would highly recommend him, and already have to a few ! Glad to know there is a trustworthy person I can call with HVAC issues.

I had a wonderful experience working with Steve. Our A/C stopped working during one of our recent hot spells. He was out to the house that afternoon and was able to get us up and running temporarily; our system ended up needing more repair than possible that day. He then did extra research on our system to figure out warranty and was able to replace our board within a few days. Communication with Steve during this process was easy and I always knew where the project was at. Would recommend calling him to anyone.

Steve helped fix our AC when it went out during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. We contacted him on Sunday morning and he came over and had it fixed within 2 hours from when we first talked. He initially called to see if he could help troubleshoot just over the phone to save us both time and money , but then came over shortly afterwards to take a look and swap out one of the parts. Highly recommend his services! Very professional, timely, and affordable.

We had 3 quotes for new AC systems that were ridiculously expensive. I spoke with Steve about our situation and what we could afford. He was able to come up with a perfect unit for us and was able to get it installed within a week. Just in time for some 90° days! He was so nice and discussed everything with me like a friend, not like a salesman. He's got all of our business going forward. I'm grateful there are good people still out there, and Steve is one of them.

Unbelievably awesome! Not sure where to start, but after I got the expensive runaround from some of the big shops, I happened to run into A&B online. After I was promised same day maintenance on my AC by other places for $250+ and they never showed, I called Steve at A&B at 7:30pm. He answered and said he could probably fit me in the next day. By 12:30 the next day he was there to recharge my AC. He was very honest, knowledgeable and friendly. Was in and out quick and at a very reasonable price. DO NOT HESITATE TO REACH OUT!! He will be taking care of all my heating and cooling needs from here on out. Thanks Steve!
