Reviews of local pros in Excelsior, Minnesota

Sate-of-the-art equipment and knowledgeable staff. Professional demeanor while friendly and approachable. Some of the best Oak pruning I have ever seen, and they are not afraid to go the extra mile. Fantastic clean-up, like they were never there! -The only tree company I will work with.

We have been using Pro-Tree for tree work and Christmas lights for many years, and they have been awesome to work with. Zach and Tyler did a great job on the Christmas lights this year! We have been very satisfied with the design and installation of the Christmas lights. If issues come up (which is seldom), they are very responsive. We highly recommend Pro-Tree for tree work and Christmas lights!

PROTREE has expertly performed many services for my trees over the past 2 years. I first used PROTREE as an emergency tree removal after a storm. Within the same day they removed the massive section of oak tree from my roof and removed the wood. They advised me on the health and stability of the remaining section and trimmed and treated. They have scheduled and treated many of my additional trees for disease—crabapple and blue spruce. Wes and crew have been professional, responsive, consistent and considerate. A special SHOUTOUT TO TYLER for all of the already stated accolades and further for his kindness. Thank you so much!

Hello!
Mariah and her crew of John. Jimmy, Cole & Tanner was awesome! They removed 2 huge ash tree out of me backyard with no issues. They were very careful not to ruin my yard or landscaping, cleaned up their mess and were on time and courteous! I recommend them if you need an arborist ---good work Pro-Tree!!!

Mariah, Courtney, Jimmy and Brandyn came out and did a bunch of trimming on trees on our property that needed a good `haircut.' We scheduled this in the summer and they came out exactly when they said. Everyone was very friendly and professional. One of the guys brought his golden retriever along and asked if he could let it out while they were working in our fenced in back yard. Ralphie was having a lot of fun with my Labrador's toys and they got to play together! The experience was great and the property looks much better. Thank you!

I had two trees pruned and 3 arborvetae removed today. Wes also noticed one tree that needed to be treated; crabapple tree. The crew was very professional and friendly. Wes was very easy to work with, he answered all my questions. Provided my estimate a few weeks ago and everything was done today. Very neat about their work. All clean up completed in a timely manner. I would rate the quality of their work as excellent. I would recommend Wes and his crew at Pro-Tree for all your tree maintenance. I will use their services again when needed. Very happy with the results.

I rarely post a review, but I feel I need to showcase ProTree. Upon recommendation from my son, I decided to give them a try for some tree trimming. From the very first contact via calling them to inquire I was very impressed. Johanna assured me they could get the job done. Boy was she right! From beginning to end the guys were so impressive with their professionalism and talent. I would not hesitate to recommend Pro Tree to any friends or family. Keep up the amazing work Pro Tree team.

I had a crab apple that had died and needed removal. I called Pro-tree and talked with Ashley, who had me send her pictures for a quote. She was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the services I would need. Ashley was able to get me on the schedule right away and took great care of me. The crew did such an amazing job with the clean up, you would never know a very large tree used to be there. Would highly recommend!

What a great group let me tell ya! Tyler treated my oak tree that was dying due to Emerald ash borer and it was a great experience working with him and the crew at Pro-Tree! They were in and out and made the experience feel easy breezy. I Would highy recommend Pro-Tree and will be referring them to my neighbors, friends and family. #Pro-Tree

Mariah and Tanner's crew did an amazing job taking down our old compromised oak tree that was hanging over our house. They methodically pieced it apart with zero damage to the house. They worked great as a team and were very friendly. We got quite a few quotes and Pro Tree was the most affordable. Definitely recommend!

The crew - boots, Jimmy, and Courtney - were so professional and courteous. They were very prepared, got right to it and finished the job quickly and did great work, with no muss or fuss.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Pro Tree Service. Nic! and I can't say enough good things about the experience. From the initial consultation to the completion of the job, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable.

They handled everything with such care, ensuring that the trees were trimmed and removed safely without any damage to the surrounding property. Their attention to detail was impressive, and they left my yard cleaner than it was before they arrived!

What really stood out to me was their commitment to customer service. Nic and his crew were responsive, friendly, and took the time to explain every step of the process, which made me feel confident in their work.

If you're looking for a reliable and skilled tree service, I highly recommend Pro Tree Service. They go above and beyond to deliver outstanding results, and it's clear they take pride in what they do. I'll definitely be calling Nic again for any future tree care need

Pro-Tree consistently delivers exceptional service on multiple projects at my home. Their attentiveness, exceptional work, and outstanding communication truly stand out. Ashley Nichols, the point person at Pro-Tree, has been an absolute gem in coordinating services. Her prompt responses and proactive approach ensure that whenever I require assistance, she not only communicates promptly but also diligently follows up on the scheduled services. Her professionalism and dedication truly elevate the entire experience. I'm sincerely thankful for all the help!

Pro-Tree was wonderful! They were all professional and easy to work with. They were able to get a lot of tree work done for a great price. They did an excellent job cleaning up. I will definitely use them again. I got their name from a neighbor and then I recommended Pro-Tree to another neighbor.

Highly recommend Pro Tree - absolutely professional quality service throughout; from initial meeting and estimate to the service provided for our trees, they were fantastic! Tyler was great to work with - he treated and saved our large ash tree from emerald ash borer. We have Pro Tree coming back in the winter to prune our ash and maple trees during dormancy.

I live in a heavily wooded area. Pro Tree really came to my rescue. We had a very large tree fall on our roof with significant damage to the roof. When I called last Sunday am at 6:15 they said someone would be at my house soon. Nic showed up 20 minutes later and 20 minutes after that the crew was here with the boom arm crane. Tree was down cut up and gone with the crew by noon. Absolutely amazing. These guys took care of an impossible situation and tree with ease. They have the equipment and personnel to get any job done. You guys are Rock Stars

Boots, Jimmy and Maddie did an excellent job with our Ashe tree removal and Spruce tree trimming. Will be using Pro Tree again for any tree service needs in the future.

I can't believe what a completely AWESOME job the ProTree team did - yet again! They helped clear out years of branches and downed trees - some massive - all in one day. They were careful, AND delightful to confer with on this project - as they have been on others. Highly recommend!

The three person ProTree crew of Troy, Courtney, and Jimmy not only did a fantastic job trimming and shaping myriad crabapples, ornamentals, maples, spruce and cedars on my property today, they were all three smiling, happy, energetic people and were very fun to work with! I have only had exceptional experiences with ProTree, 5 stars all the way!

Just a great company. From start to finish they exceeded my expectations. A special shout out to the team that removed a couple of very large trees and cleaned up not only the trees they removed but some tree limbs left from a project that was done on the lot from the previous owner. Thanks to Mariah, Courtney and Madeline for an outstanding job!

Boots, Courtney and Jack were flawless and so professional!! I dint think to take a before and after photo but wish I had. They explained in detail what they were going to do and did a fantastic job. They are with the Excelsior office, I believe, and I would recommend ProTree to anyone. From the initial visit and estimate to the completed work today. Thanks, ProTree and crew.
