I had a great experience with Pro-Tree. I had a pretty large tree removed with stump grinding. This was the only company that I spoke with that could access the tree on my property without removing my retaining wall and and the service was also more affordable than anyone else.

Not only have I received excellent tree and shrub service from Pro-Tree the last two years, just recently Wes Nichols spent almost two hours assessing ice humping damage to a 40’ maple in my shoreline, even going so far as to take video of my situation and sharing it with area experts to determine the best solutions in a valiant effort to save the tree. When it was ultimately concluded that the tree would not survive the upheaval damage, Wes provided me with a quote to remove the tree and grind the stump which was $2,000 less than a previous bid. I am very impressed with the customer service I have received and I highly recommend Pro-Tree.

we had the best three women work crew out here at our house yesterday they were here and gone in two hours to do the entire front and backyard everything we need them to do and they did it perfectly they clean up after themselves everything looks great and I just wanted to say that! absolutely have already suggested y’all to so many people! wes nichols is in charge of our project but wanst there yesterday because the time had just become available earlier in the day.. and he’s a very busy, very informational, and very knowledgeable guy about trees and i’m sure was on another project when this time became available- however like i said, the crew they sent out, (and now i wish i had gotten their names) was phenomenal

Great experience with ProTree! Crew Lead Mariah and her team were professional, friendly, and thorough. They walked through the job with me beforehand, ensured I had no questions, and even checked if accommodations were needed while they worked. The results were excellent, and they took extra time to clean up everything—both on our property and in the street. What would have taken me all summer, they completed in half a day. Highly recommend!

It amazes me how hit or miss a tree service can be. Well this one is a hit. A home run. Great ownership, great crews, and they followed up with me to keep my ash tree alive. Super respectful and friendly with my dog as well, reminding me to not let her lick the injection cause it isn’t good for dogs. You can tell that they actually care.

Working with Pro Tree was a great experience start to finish. I chose Pro Tree because their arborists and sales consultant are ISA certified. They were professional, the scope of work was clear, and the pricing was also very competitive compared to the other professional companies we got quotes from. I’m overall happy with their work and would hire them again for any tree care or removal.

Mariah and the crew from Pro Tree just finished a 2 day job at our residence and I have to say I was very impressed with the job they did, and how they went about their work. Taking down 17 trees is no easy task, but they did it safely and efficiently while working around power lines that run through the backyard. The owner, Wes, was easy to communicate with, and was very responsive in the time leading up to the project. I would highly recommend Pro Tree.

We had them remove a 30+ footer and they did so in the most minimally invasive way. Sparing landscaping and play houses. I highly recommend this company & make sure to ask for Nic Slowinski! It’s more times than not that people are very heavy on sales, don’t follow through, or just want to churn & burn; not Nic & Pro-Trees! Also Tanner Walker normally isn’t in the field during tree removals, but with all of this crazy weather recently & multiple crews helping out the community; he showed up for us! Both gentlemen showed they genuinely care; on multiple occasions. Creating peace of mind during such a chaotic time/situation for a homeowner is powerful. You both have bright futures ahead of you!
I had a tree fall through my roof & within hours Nic showed up not once but twice. & the tree was removed the following morning! ProTree impressed me with their quick same day service after a storm caused a large limb to hit the roof and block the driveway. The crew was very courteous and did a great job. Mariah was a great point of contact and I highly recommend the entire crew of Jimmy, Cole, Zach and Mariah.

Had a huge limb fall and punch a large hole in our roof. Spoke with Nic and he walked me through the process of having Protree remove the tree. He texted a link to my phone so I could easily sign the contract and pay a deposit. Protree arrived promptly at 7am with some serious heavy equipment. The team of Zach, Troy, Cole, Wes and Nic were incredible. They meticulously removed the tree with cranes and saws. After a few hours you would never know they were there. The lawn and driveway were in perfect condition. These guys are super friendly and experts in their craft. I highly recommend you call Protree! The icing on the cake is they will bill my insurance company directly! I don’t have to deal with it. Thanks Protree!

The team showed up as scheduled and completed everything in a professional and timely manor. We had 8 trees removed that were very close to our house with no incidents. Tree stump removal will occurred this spring. Highly recommend Pro Tree and this crew specifically. Thank you guys for the great work and show.

We had a good fortune of having the Pro Tree crew remove two trees from our yard today. The crew was punctual, personal and highly professional. We couldn't be happier. When I got home in the afternoon, you could barely tell that had even been there!

ProTree helped evaluate our ‘tree—trimming’ needs (6 trees: medium to very mature); provided an estimate, and answered questions. The onsite crew worked very hard, safely, and included time to discuss specific “branch-cut” choices along the way. Definitely recommend. Tx Pro-Tree!
