The technician was prompt, respected the home/space, and found that the damper was stuck closed (obviously not helpful when venting out weekly night dinners). RTS installed the HVAC when this building was built in 2016. Since then we have been using them. Brad is an amazing Manager, and their Techs, especially Tom is incredibly knowledgeable. They will come and fix your HVAC issue.

This company was superior when it came to knowledge and repairs. I was quoted a replacement unit for $40,000 by a different company. RTS came and completed inspection and clean and found minor repair was all that was needed. I value honesty and integrity most. RTS has that and my future business. Photo of filters that were to be replaced quarterly that never happened. RTS explained maintaining and keeping our equipment at its best. Thank you
