Reviews of local pros in Hamel, Minnesota

Very professional and polite. Made sure the job was done right. Even did little extras like caulking an area that was nearby (but not part of the project). Garage floor looks gorgeous.

Excellent price, service and quality of work. Abe runs a great business and has a great crew. We couldn't be happier with the result.

"Abe and his crew were fantastic from start to finish. From the moment they came out to assess the floor, they were friendly, professional, and accommodating—even with some last-minute requests. The transformation was incredible! The floor was in rough shape, but they expertly prepped, repaired the damage, and applied a coating that looks and feels amazing. Can’t recommend them enough!"

Our garage floor was abysmal and something needed to be done about it. The original concrete was from the 1960s, and some time around 2000 epoxy coating was added. The coating was flaking up in numerous locations, and the concrete was pitted throughout underneath the flaking epoxy. Previously we had a concrete specialist look at the floor, and they said the entire floor would need to be jackhammered up and replaced at a cost of around 15k! After doing research we decided to see if a polyaspartic floor covering would be a viable option. We contacted Abe at Alamtal Flooring through his website, and he responded within 30 minutes! His team came over to our house within the week and took a look at the floor, stating it was a good candidate for Polyaspartic covering. The sales process was straightforward, and the associate was very matter of fact about their product with no pressuring. We didn't sign a contract at the time of the sales visit, but went back later and decided to go with the floor coating (for a fraction of the cost of replacing the concrete floor!). We were able to schedule the install for a week later. The day they were here Abe did a great job of staying in touch with us regarding progress, and send us pictures of how things were going. We couldn't walk on the floor for a day and drive on it for 2, which worked out fine for us. A few days after install we noticed some areas in the garage that weren't quite level (we are very picky customers!). Abe responded promptly to the pictures and scheduled time to come over and fix the concerned areas. Throughout the process he was professional and all around wonderful to work with. Our experience with Alamtal Flooring was exceptional. My only hope/concern is that the floor will last more than 10 or so years!

Abe and his company Alamtal did a reseal of our companys cement floors on a weekend so our business was not effected. great customer service very professional , the floors look fantastic!! I rate them ( 5 stars ) a perfect 10! there is no one else i would call for commercial or residentail work.

Abe and his team did a PHENOMENAL job on my garage floor, my floor looks stunning. Abe makes the process smooth and easy! He explains the process so you can understand what you’re getting. I will 10/10 point any of my family or friends in Abe’s direction. Knowing they’ll be well taken care of with the greatest outcome! Thank you Alamtal Flooring!!

Excellent experience working with Abe and his crew. We had our garage floor repaired and covered with flake polyaspartic system. Clear communication before and throughout the process. Was able to work us into the busy late summer schedule within a couple weeks from the time of estimate. The floor looks amazing - top craftsmanship. There were a couple of imperfections after the initial job, and Abe was out the next morning to take a look and repaired the following day. Hard working group of guys that stand by their work. Will be recommending to friends and neighbors.

Abe and his team did a awesome job! Very happy with the finish product. My garage looks 10X better then how it looked before. I'm excited to start building my home garage and this nice clean floor will make everything looks so much nicer! I have already started recommending his service to family and friends. Service was great and Abe was responsive to all my questions and concerns. He even went above and beyond and took care of a garage step that was in our garage and made everything blend in better without me asking him to do it.

Abe and Team recently completed poly coating our garage floor. From our first meeting with Abe, we know we found our contractor. He is very professional, punctual, easy to work with and did a fantastic job. His Team reflects his professionalism.

Alamtal created these beautiful floors for us last summer. The crew was super nice and their whole team had great communication from scheduling to follow up. It's been a year already and we noticed one spot in our garage that needed repair. They came back out no questions asked within a week and got it all fixed up because they guarantee it for life. HIGHLY recommend this top notch team!!

Abe and his crew were Awesometo work with! Easy to chat with, Abe goes through the garage floor process in detail, and they are very very detail oriented, as am I.

We found Alamtal Flooring on Google Maps during a search to find a company that could provide a beautiful and durable protective coating for our new construction garage floor. We called Alamtal Flooring and Abe, the owner/representative was very informative and professional. We arranged for a prompt in-person inspection review of our new garage floor and bid, all of which occurred the same day. We had three companies bid on our project and Alamtal Flooring won the bid. Next, I performed some backround research using the Perplexity Artificial Intelligence (AI) app which confirmed that Alamtal Flooring’s Polyaspartic floor coating process was superior to a traditional epoxy coating process. In addition, my Perplexity AI research confirmed that Alamtal Flooring enjoyed excellent customer satisfaction ratings. Our floor coating process by Alamtal Flooring was completed on time and the results were impressive (see photos). We are very satisfied with the results. In fact, we have contracted with Alamtal Flooring to come back and perform another Polyaspartic coating process on our front walkway and back patio. To sum up, Alamtal Flooring is a highly professional organization that provides excellent concrete coating services customers will be highly satisfied with, at a very competitive price. It was our pleasure to work with such a reliable business to enhance the beauty and to protect our home.

Overall we had a great experience with Alamtel. They took on the job rather short notice, and even changed our color order we chose after we got nervous we wouldn’t like the color. We were out of town so they came in and got it done while we were away. Abe is responsive and very informational on the process. We did do a quote over photos which caused an issue in pricing and was asked for more money after the project was completed, but after a few minutes of conversing Abe stuck to his original price and didn’t charge me more. Definitely would recommend the company, just also recommend getting an in person quote to avoid any discrepancies.

5 Stars – Highly Recommended!
I had an excellent experience with Alamtal Flooring. Abe and his team are a pleasure to work with. From start to finish, the team was incredibly organized, professional, and responsive. Every interaction showed a clear focus on customer satisfaction, and their attention to detail really stood out.

They made the entire process smooth and efficient, always quick to answer questions and provide updates. It's clear they take pride in their work and genuinely put the customer first.

If you're looking for high-quality flooring with top-notch service, I highly recommend Alamtal Flooring.

Alamtal flooring is 100% the way to go! They did our garage floor last fall and we couldn't be happier with it! We now have the additional indoor space for the kids to play and to host larger gatherings and it is so nice!

Having researched and gotten quotes from several floor coating companies I was amazed at the difference in quality and price between brands. Not only does Alamtal take the time to educate and give you options, but I found they were able to provide a better product at a better price than anyone else. They were even able to coat my wooden step into the house so that it was a clean transition.

The additional advantage is that when you call you talk directly to the owner Abe and he has the best response and customer service I have ever seen. He's always on and available!

Alamtal Flooring is the absolute best!

Home owner, Highland Park, garage floor resurfacing: I rarely associate “delight” with home projects, but from my first encounter with Abe from Alamtal through to the project’s completion, the word delight captures the experience. The quote was delivered quickly with affordable options for different scales. They booked the date right away, I had the contract within 24 hours, and today they installed a gorgeous garage floor- first leveling, filling and patching large sections. Tomorrow I can start to put things back in. I changed my mind on color, and without missing a beat, I had communication and a new contract same day. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this professional crew, lead by Abe, and their great communication, affordable options and high quality work! Thanks, guys!

Abe completed our outside deck in 2024. He was very responsive to inquiries, the crew was right on time and the work was completed in a timely manner. With all the grinding and prep work before the finish was applied, I was super impressed how clean the work area and the backyard was left when they were finished. Abe has been very responsive to follow up, even a year later, to insure we are happy with their work and service.

We had a great experience with Alamtal Flooring. The team was professional, friendly, and took the time to help us choose the right flooring for our space and Minnesota weather. Installation was smooth, on time, and done with great attention to detail. Our garage floor looks amazing and feels brand new. Highly recommend them for quality work and reliable service.

Alamtal Flooring gave me a great quote and backed it up with a great installation of a new Polyspartic garage floor this week. Abe was easy to work with, communication was great, and the team showed up on time and completed the work in 5 hours. Very happy with the outcome and would recommend this firm, materials recommended, and their service.
