Norske Electric are our go to electricians! Zach came out for our annual check up… this year has been a doozy, we had a water pipe burst that ran over the electrical panel and we got water in the panel. They had previously cleaned it out and checked everything but with time we started to get corrosion in the breakers. Zach check the voltage and amps for each breaker that showed a bit of water damage and changed out only the ones that didn’t pass his high standards. That is the kind of electrician I want, one who knows that although we all want to save a buck we also need to keep our families safe an how to balance the two. Zach has installed other lines for us and gave us ideas for how to power a kitchen remodel that we want to do. I am currently on the Norske annual plan and it is worth every penny!

Sometimes, you just get lucky and find a real gem in the service industry! That’s exactly how I felt after Logan from the team at Norske visited after we had an issue with a circuit breaker. Amazing experience with Brett to install chandelier on our main stairway. Very thorough and did a great job cleaning up after the job was complete. 10/10 would recommend Norske (and Brett) again.

Norske provided a variety of services over the course of 3 visits. I had the pleasure of meeting several different employees, all of whom did an excellent job. I want to single out Tyler and Grant for thoroughly explaining what needed to be done and why, what our options were, and the pros and cons of each approach. Their approach to sales and service is customer-focused; there is no hard sell or attempt to add services over and above what is needed. If there is a way to provide necessary services at a lower price without sacrificing safety or quality, they will let you know.

Mason and Patrick did a great job with my 2 ceiling fans and chandelier! We have 23 foot ceilings so it was no easy task. Very professional and communication was on point. Highly recommend Norske Electric!

Devon and Mason were an absolute joy to have in our home. Their knowledge, expertise and patience were so appreciated. It was no easy task, but they did great work installing our new chandelier and checking on the overall health of the electrical components in our home. Wanted to update and add lighting on the front of our home. Devon was our electrician from the quote through the install.
He was professional, willing to explore options, make recommendations, and validate our satisfaction throughout the process. He even caught and refunded an overcharge on the invoice that we had missed. Will be calling Norske for future projects!

Norske Electric recently completed a major project at our home. It took several visits and we got to interact with several members of their crew. Devon, Andy, Logan, Tyler, and Bret all worked on this project. Each of them were professional, efficient, friendly, polite, and considerate of us and our home. The work was done well, and they consistently kept us informed of their progress during the entire project. They often pointed out parts of the job that would be of interest to us, or explain why something was being done. Clean-up, both daily and at completion, was good. Norske is a great company to work with.

Devon and Tyler were super awesome techs for us! Norske did a great job replacing our panel. Devon was super quick to diagnose our kitchen light issue, and installed new wafer lights that look amazing! We even elected to have him install them in our living room as well.

Our garage floor was in pretty rough shape with several cracks and significant spalling. It was time to eliminate the eyesore! We received several quotes, and were debating which company to choose when our neighbor suggested we check out Alamtal. After having Abe come to our home to review the project and provide a bid, we decided to choose them. It was not the cheapest bid, but we felt that they would provide the best product and service. Abe and his crew made the process of repairing the floor and installing the polyaspartic coating as hassle free as possible. The end result looks wonderful, and we anticipate that the floor will stand up to many years of wear and tear.

Abe and Alamtal came out a year ago and put flake and epoxy on my garage floor and patio steps, and thy did a great job.

You can see from my initial review that I was very happy with the job they did and was supportive of them as an business.

Unfortunately, things have changed.

During the course of this first year, a few cracks opened up - one small, one medium and one large. I reached out to Abe and Alamtal in June asking if they would come out to repair the cracks.

For the next 4 months, it was like the old shell game. I spoke to the business's secretary, the lead worker and communicated with Abe over 10 times via text. They would say there we going to come out and fix the cracks, but then they would cancel. This happened multiple times.

When Abe first sold me on the job, he said there was a lifetime warranty on the work and that it was even transferable when I sold the house. When I spoke with Abe in June, he told me there was no warranty.

Then the lead worker quit and the other lead worker allegedly got injured. Come to find out, all of this time Abe come living in Florida and is not around to take care of business.

I resorted to asking him what needed to be done and that I would do the work myself. Then I never heard from him again.

I had to call another company in town and pay them to come out and fix the cracks.

For whatever reasons, Alamtal is no longer responsive or able to take responsibility with their customers. I have learned first hand that there are other companies in the Twin Cities that will follow through with their commitments.

FIRST REVIEW, September 2021.
I contacted several flooring contractors to repair my garage floor, patio and steps. Abe's presentation, knowledge, sincerity and desire to do the best job possible was far better than any of the other contractors. Abe's bid was at or below the other bids as well. When they came out to do the job, Abe had a group of young men that were focused, hard-working and took pride in what they were doing. It was a joy to watch them in action. I was so impressed with the whole group that I even bought them all lunch!

I have had many contractors do many projects in my homes over the years, but none were as professional, courteous, and took as much pride in their work than Abe and Alamtal.

Abe at Alamtal flooring was great and very responsive! If I had questions, he would respond very quickly. The team that showed up was very professional and worked great together. As the GM for an Electrical, Plumbing and Heating & Air Conditioning company, I really appreciated them taking precaution on protecting my property by putting large floor mats down when pouring their chemical's. If I owned another house, I would use them again. My garage floor looks great! The price was very reasonable too.

We had a great experience with Alamtal flooring. Abe and his crew did a great job! Abe was reliable, professional and educated in his field. My husband enjoyed joking with him a little too! We would highly recommend them!

Our epoxy garage floor has only been down a few days and looks beautiful. With a "lifetime guarantee" I'm thinking the performance should be great

Abe did a great job on my basement utility room floor. I had trouble getting concrete flooring companies to call me back. Alamtal was the only one that promptly returned the call, was able to give a bid within a few days, and scheduled me 2 weeks out. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, the job was done efficiently and they kept everything in the finished area of my basement clean. I’d use them again.
