Reviews of local pros in Hamel, Minnesota

We got our floors done in May 2022. We had a new construction townhome. When Chris White came out to our house and did our bid, He was super professional, very nice, and their prices were very competitive.
Approximately eight months later, we started getting a crack along the front by the garage door the team came out and fixed it with no issues. About two months later, we noticed there's a crack going down the center of our garage, from the front to the back. I called the office. Apparently, Chris is no longer there. A nice gentleman came and looked at our garage floor stated that the the lifetime warranty did not hold up to new construction because of the shifting of the concrete. But they would honor it anyways. and I was told that they would do it in spring 2024.
Spring came and I got no phone calls, no follow ups Nothing. So I emailed several times finally about the 3rd email I received a rude response from Abe Ahmed in May 2024 stating this:
"As I stated in my last email, I have you on my list to contact for a redo. And again, this is me helping you not because we have to. I told you in the previous email, when I check the schedule and see that we have some days open, I will contact you ahead of time
At that time".
I NEVER RECEIVED ANY EMAILS PRIOR TO THIS.
I just told him forget it!
Now, it's winter of 2024 and we have a second crack going down this the side of our garage floor.
I do not want our entire floor redone. I would just like them to repair the cracks down the center and the side of my garage.I don't care if it's going to be a different color it's a garage. I don't even mind if you're able to see the difference.
I emailed them again with no response.
Please stay away from this company. They do not uphold their "lifetime warranty".
Update: 1/26 Nothing was ever done to make this right!

Abe and his crew were great to work with. The crew worked hard, were detail-oriented and efficient, they worked great as a team and left the work site clean. We are so pleased with the polyaspartic coating. I would definitely recommend Alamtal Flooring for your floor coating needs.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Abe and his team were excellent with both communication and timelines and the work was beautiful. I highly recommend!!!!

Got a great flooring job. Also got a great business to do business with. I talked to other flooring company but there Professional wasnt even close. Explain everything in detail. I made a great decision to work with them. Excellent communication through out the project.

Abe and his crew were fantastic to work with. From start to finish we felt like we were family. Clear and up front pricing, no hidden fees, top notch quality work and amazing customer service! I would highly recommend them for your flooring needs! The job looks amazing and we love it!

Poor job people. I Spend thousands of dollar to do inside of my garage & my backyard deck area. This happens with 2 months after install. The came out 2 time to repair it but it look so horrible after. Save your money poeple.

I cannot say enough how happy we are with the garage floor Abe and his crew did for us! If I could give more stars I would! Our garage floor was horrible before (and Abe said they have seen and worked on worse). We had multiple other garage floor companies take one look at our garage floor and said they could not/would not do it. Well Alamtal Flooring did it! Top notch work, top notch customer service! A+++ to Abe and his crew. If you are looking to have your garage floor done, you only need to consider one company - Alamtal Flooring!

A quick Google search will show you just how many garage experts there are in the Twin Cities. Abe was the first guy to get over to our house to bid the garage floor. He was responsive, knowledgable, and did a fantastic job. He steered us right when picking out our polyaspartic coating and finished the job in record time. Floors look great, I appreciate the work!

Had a wonderful experience with Alamtal flooring. They were super responsive, easy to work with, always called and showed up when they said they would and our floors were installed within three weeks of our first call to them. Our new garage floor looks absolutely beautiful and it was a total mess before - cracked and stained and downright scary looking. They fixed the cracks and made it look better than new. Worth every penny. They also significantly beat the two other quotes we received for the job, without sacrificing on quality or warranty. We couldn't be happier with our new floor.

What a great company, very friendly hard working guys. Answer ed all our questions and went out of their way to ensure our project was perfect. Once our outside project is ready to be completed I will be calling them again to treat my outside porch

There is nothing like having the guy who sold me on his service actually doing the work. There was another bid I was looking at before choosing Alamtal. It was less expensive, but after meeting with Abe and the assurance he would stand by his work, we were happy to pay a little more and worth every penny. The staff were all professional and very courteous. As I handed over the check Abe assured me if any problems popped up, he would be there to fix it. Very happy the results. Highly recommend.

Abe and his crew did a fantastic job epoxy coating our garage floor in 2022 and our patio in 2023. Abe also did a great job communicating about the project. I highly recommend Alamtal Flooring for any epoxy coating.

I worked with Abe and he was excellent to work with. Great communication, great service, went above and beyond. Highly recommend. (before and after photos included)

We got our garage done last month in October of 2023 & I/we couldn't be happier with it. They did an awesome job & done ahead of schedule. Their price for this job was much cheaper than I expected for the quality. & the warranty can't be beat.

After doing my research on some flooring companies, Alamtal Flooring is the only company that uses a Polyaspartic coating system with a life time warranty!. For me, I'd like the best material to go with the great service they provide! Keep up the great work!

I hired Alamtal Flooring for my garage coating, and they were extremely professional, detail-oriented, and thorough in their work.

After getting quotes from other companies, I chose Alamtal because all my concerns were addressed. I was able to get on the schedule in a timely manner. The crew was prompt in arriving. They were pleasant to work with. The job was completed in one day. Very professional. I would highly recommend.

Highly recommended and excellent service/communication! Abe and crew took on our polyaspartic garage floor project rather short notice and made it like new. They definitely take pride in and back up their work. Thank you Alamtal for your hard work and everything you have done for us. Beautiful job and much appreciated!

Awesome company
Abe the owner was very polite, professional, and explained the whole process to what I could understand.

The crew that came out were all very nice and polite, the manager took time, with me to go over hiw to care for the floor, and to make sure I understand the process for the next couple days to make it look great.

Overall experience was definitely above and beyond. I will definitely recommend this team and company.

We hired Alamtal Flooring to do our basement and garage floors. From communication, customer service, professionalism, price, quality, and the way they enjoyed working with us e
Was beyond what we could as for. I will highly recommend Alamtal Flooring to everyone and anyone. Look no further if you want to get your floors done right.

Thank you very much.

Just had my basement floors done by Alamtal flooring and had a great experience. We had water damage in our carpeted basement and wanted to do something different. Abe walked us through the process, was very responsive, and gave us guidance on which colors to pick. He clearly loves his job and gets excited to start a new project. They leveled all my concrete in my 50’s basement and spent all week layering and making sure it was perfect.

Also important to note… other contractors I contacted about this project did not get back to me and Abe did right away.
