If you're going to throw down for a cleaning service, you want to end up with a home that is cleaner than anything you could have done yourself. Each time Merry Maids leaves, I walk from room to room smiling and feeling happy with my brand spanking new home. I feel lucky to be able to enjoy such a monthly service.

Their deep cleaning process was excellent

Abraham and Elsa came this week to deep clean for the first time. They worked efficiently and thoroughly throughout all three floors. The cherry wood floors and doors look amazing. They did a lot of very detailed items light fixtures, 2 bookcases of délicate Belleek China, and framed pictures. They cleaned the furniture and it all looks brand new. The patio doors have never looked so clear. Thank you for your hard work. I can’t wait to have you back every two weeks.

Abraham and his crew did a very thorough job of cleaning our home as they have for several years now. Really appreciate the consistency of our home cleaning. Thank you Abraham and Merry Maids!

I can not recommend them enough!

I've been wanting to hire a maid service for awhile. I tried another service but wasn't too impressed. Then I decided to try Merry Maids. Oh my word I wish I had found them a long time ago! The staff is always friendly over the phone and the maids are very hard working. They even vacuum my couch and pay special attention to my wood floors which require a special cleaner. I'm so impressed with Merry Maids, especially Norma and Lillian. Mondays are now my favorite day of the week because I come home to a clean home that smells fresh. It's the little things. :)

I hired a different chain service to help me after foot surgery left me unable to walk for months, but they were sloppy, unreliable, slow, complained about the dog hair, and charged by the hour - which was different every visit! So after two visits I switched to Merry Maids.

The first time through they did everything the other cleaners did not: Hand wiped all surfaces, washed my sliding glass doors, scrubbed my acre of ceramic tile on hands and knees, washed the windows over my stovetop, wiped all my Knick-knacks with care, sanitized my bathrooms. vacuumed under my couches, vacuumed all upholstery. I adore them. Every visit you know what you’re going to get: A sparkling clean house.

We hired them for a move out clean. They did an amazing job! They worked so hard all day long, and we could not be happier. Well worth the money!!!

We used Merry Maids for a move-out cleaning in Hopkins, MN. They were so thorough! All the insides of cabinets and kitchen appliances thoroughly cleaned, surfaces shining and carpets detailed! I thought it was a great value for the time and effort they saved me after moving!!!!

I am recovering from foot surgery and unable to clean my house as I typically do. Merry Maids was recommended to me by a friend whose parents use them as well. Today was the first time out and the house needed a lot of deep cleaning! Everything feels so good and I am grateful for such a great team. I am very happy with the work done, house smells and looks amazing! I am working with Merry Maids now for the rest of the year on a regular basis to clean my home while I can't walk. The cleaning crew does a decent job. Most times I am very happy with the clean. I have noticed that depending on who comes out, the level of clean is not consistent. Some crews are here for 2 1/2 hours while others are here just barely 1 hour. I have had issues with the crew arriving later in the day and being here during dinner time. I did request an earlier time but was told they can't guarantee times. They send out an automated reminder the day prior to the cleaning, which is great, but do not provide an ETA window. Therefore you need to be home all day to wait for them to arrive. The cost for their service is higher than other cleaning companies. I would expect better accommodations for the price being paid. I've had about 10 cleanings so far, and am not sure if I will renew the contract next year.
