I talked to Bobby Jensen in the sales department about a patio project that I had been planning. Over the winter the design was completed and started putting numbers to the project. Barrett was transparent what items costs and we agreed. In May the project started. Everything went smooth and looks beautiful. There were some hiccups that were beyond their control with supplies and ordering due to COVID, but at the end of the day, the project was a complete success. I would recommend Barrett to do any of my projects in the future.

A large team came over aerated & power raked the lawn. They cleaned my gutters as well. At my request, they left 8 lawn bags full of thatch. My RIng doorbell recorder the men working. My neighbor came over and told he was impressed by their work, too. I wouldn't hesitate in contacting them again and I would recommend them. Thank you team Barrett.

I don't like giving one star reviews, but the service provided by Barrett lawn Care, actually deserves zero Stars.

I should refined my answer a little bit by saying their lawn Care service may only be a one-star, and there snow plowing and ice Management service truly is a 0 Star.

and I'm only speaking from a multi-family / commercial perspective not that of a residential home.

Barrett lawn Care was contracted at the condominium where I live, they do the actual Morning on time the problem is many of the grounds crew are smokers, and we are a no-smoking property. Despite telling them this at least 6 different times they continue to smoke on property and throw their cigarette butts out in the parking lot.

I believe they try to mow the lawn too fast, resulting in an uneven cut, they don't seem to care they just want to come and go as quick as possible they are not detail oriented, and failed to take the proper care to leave the property looking good.

When it comes to snow they are the absolute worst

They do not seem to have the systems and processes in place to make sure that they are out in a timely fashion that they get back to take care of what they didn't get the first time, they are terrible on ice management.

Despite myself personally trying to talk to them, trying to talk to their management to talk to the people on the ground and trying to work through our management company here, the end result is they do not seem to be able to perform.

I would not recommend them for any multi-family or commercial property.

They do not have the people, equipment, process and or procedure to be effective.

These pictures were taken today on Friday, the snow storm that dropped the snow came on last Friday a week ago.

They still have not been able to come and clean up, things were not working well, the association work with them in collaborative effort to make things work better, Barrett suggested changing how they approach the work, we as residents have changed what we do to accommodate their wishes and it is worse than it was before.

I would not hire Barrett for any multi-family or commercial property.

Everyone that worked on my project was very professional and they did an excellent job, on time. Cara made everything come together and made sure I was in the loop. I highly recommend this company.

We have never had a professional spray our yard for mosquitoes before but this year we tired Barrett Lawncare Service. I am a gardener so enjoy being outside and we've had two mosquitoe organic treatments to our yard so far this year, no mosquitoes chasing me/us inside. Hearing from many the bugs are bad this year, fortunately, not at our house. I would highly recommend this service. 🌸

I have been using Barrett Lawn Care for the past 4 years and they have been amazing! They are always on time and very professional. I had them do a full landscape design plan for my yard and an irrigation system which I have had them service ever since. The weed control and the organic mosquito control are awesome, makes the yard a great place to hang out in. I do recommend this company.

My husband and I originally hired Barrett Lawn Care Inc. for the more typical residential lawn care needs (seeding, fertilizing, etc.). We then requested an estimate to have some landscaping done in the backyard. Eric Barrett himself came to our home to discuss our wants/needs. He was kind, professional and patient. He spent over an hour with my husband and I that first day.

After receiving other bids from different companies and after further discussion with Eric, we decided to hire Barrett for our backyard landscaping project. Eric was the only individual who actually met with us to discuss the project. The other companies had short conversations over the phone and (maybe) visited the house when my husband and I weren't home.

In the end, Barrett placed us on the schedule promptly and the work was done timely, but beautifully. The men who worked on our yard took care and pride with everything they did. They were careful to not disturb me, the house or other areas of the lawn they didn't work on. The design and the resulting look was just what we wanted and more.

Barrett is competitively priced and spends more time with their customers than any other lawn care company I've worked with. I have and would highly recommend Barrett to friends and family. I also look forward to hiring them once again for our front yard curb appeal project!

Barrett Lawn Care has been servicing my lawn for six years. What once was a weed infested mess is now THE BEST lawn on my block! Truly amazing. I recently hired them for some landscaping projects. Rock bed removal, fill & sod, and installation of a Class 5 pad for a shed. As always, they were professional. prompt, communicative, and the work was done perfectly! The shed builder has been on the job for 31 years. When he finished the floor, he told me the pad was the most perfectly level pad he has ever seen! That's saying something! Don't hesitate when looking for any landscaping contractors! Barrett is the best!

Barrett is proactive about lawn care every year. I’ve worked with them for more than five years, and they have made yard maintenance easy. No, they are not the cheapest, but they’re certainly not the most expensive, and they do a superior job. As a result, I read them as a excellent value.

One of the benefits of being President of a small HOA is hearing all the complaints. But, occasionally I receive compliments for a job well done. That was the case this week with our first experience with our new hire of Barrett Lawn Care. They sent a crew out to finish fall cleanup that our previous service, Outdoor Images, decided they were done with on Oct. 19. I would not recommend them for a lawn/snow service! Back to Barrett, many of our homeowners told me they were extremely happy with the work the crew did. All of them were working hard, paid attention to details, and acted like they were clearing the leaves in their own yard. We couldn't be happier.

From the design phase to planting , the service was excellent.from start to finish .Designer was readily available to answer questions , tweak the design and made sight visits . Flowers , shrubs and large tree were delivered and planted and were all in awesome condition . The crew worked diligently and the worksite was cleaned up and organized daily . We rated this company with a 5. We were extremely happy with the whole experience from start to finish. They helped us go from a vague idea of wanting a place to sit out front to a plan for a nice patio and plants. They assessed the area we wanted to work on and created a very beautiful patio for us. Beth was very patient with our indecision about the plants we wanted to get. Ryan and Luis were so pleasant to have out here and are true craftsmen. My compliments to them. We have had the great privilege of receiving services from Barrett since they did our lawn and gardens project in 2022. We continue to receive compliments on our yard almost daily. And people ask for names of the beautiful plants like the Jane Magnolia. We love their Hydrawise app which has allowed us to limit irrigation to I believe only 4-5 times this year. Every person who we have worked with has been , kind and professional: the irrigation team, Cara, Beth and others. Thank you so much Barrett. You are truly the best!
