Team arrived on time in a big beautiful labeled truck. They did a great job and took before and after pics. Clean up their mess an even sprayed down my car in driveway just in case it got dirty. No problem with this company. Sign them up!!!!!!.

Rich and Alfredo were absolutely the sweetest, kindest and very thorough and conscientious! I don’t write many reviews but my husband and I both agreed that we just had to, they earned a glowing review! They even showed us photos of our gutters when they were done, clean as a whistle! They were very full and neglected for several years. It really brought peace of mind too as I no longer felt comfortable with my husband up on a ladder. Silver lining was that the price was also very fair! We will be keeping their number on speed dial and recommending to our family, friends and neighbors! Well done, guys! Thanks for an excellent job! We called Lions Share when we discovered a leak in our attic, on the first day of a long week of rain. They were prompt in their response to me, and were able to get someone out the next day (we agreed same-day was too dangerous with all the rain).

Geoff was incredibly kind and made sure to explain what he would be doing every step of the way, and then carefully explained all the problems he found. There were a lot of problems - we have a 110+ year old home. However, he helped us prioritize the repairs so that way we could stop the biggest problems right away. He then completed the work and walked us through each repair and why he performed it the way he did.

We still need sizable work done, from new insulation to new rafters to new shingles. He walked us through why all of those things would need to be redone and the approximate costs. He was very transparent that he would need to consult with his team before giving us any serious numbers, but told us that we could expect that within a few business days.

For many reasons outside of the leak, my husband and I were having an incredibly stressful, exhausting week. But the empathy and professionalism shown by Lions Share and Geoff made this stressful time significantly easier.

While we didn’t personally need it for this situation, Geoff did also let me know that they have financing options available.

For anyone reading: he also reminded me that when getting a home inspection, you should try and get a contractor and not just an inspector. All of the problems he spotted are ones that existed before I bought the home, and were not identified by the inspector.

Lions Share Maintenance did a great job on sealing the new concrete at my house and I recommend them for your projects!

I would highly recommend Lions Share Maintenance! They do a great job. My gutters were a mess and were squeaky clean after they finished the job! They showed me photos from their cell phones. Very professional, kind and courteous! They cleaned up anything that landed on the ground. This is the 3rd time I've used them. I recommended them to a friend who had house washing and window cleaning and she was extremely pleased as well!

Lions Share did a fantastic job! We called them to help pressure wash the stains from an old sign off of our building. The stains were tough and the first washers they sent cleaned the rest of the exterior but were not able to reach the stains. I called the office to see if there was anything they could do since the stains were our main concern and Tonya in the office was amazing! They were able to find time later that week to come out and really treat the stains at no extra charge. They also took their time to explain everything they were doing and work with me to get it right. Great customer service!

Came out and installed my lights on my house, I wasn't home, it was done right and looks great, with great communication all the way thru. push the easy button and use LSM they do good work!

Great job by Lion, our windows were amazing after the two Lion employees finished! From the first conversation to the estimate and then the service, Lion was so professional and friendly! Loved the service and will use them again.

Two fellows showed up on time and went right to work. When I pointed out the faucet for the downspout flushing I was told it wasn't necessary. After they left I realized they hadn't performed the 7 point checklist, so I called and spoke with Birynne, which resulted in a visit from Geoff. He inspected the work done by the original crew plus he ran water through all gutters and downspouts.He also applied a sealant to a leaky seam in a gutter. I think I spoke with 5-6 people in the office; some returned my calls.

I’ve used Lion’s Share for years for windows. However, during recent urgent gutter, water, and drain spout issues with my home, they came out quickly, assessed everything thoroughly, and kept me informed of the process. They are friendly, genuinely concerned and helpful, and do their best to keep costs reasonable!! I could not be happier with their service.

Very pleased with the customer service from Tonya and the work done by Alfredo and Aidan. They did a nice job with the soft washing of the outside and excellent window cleaning outside and inside. Would work with Lions Share again. Appreciate staff's professionalism from estimating to clean up of the work site. Alfredo was the lead and we noticed they both stopped to review ladder safety etc. Pleasant experience all around..

They did a great job cleaning my white stucco, the house looks much better. Scheduling and payment was easy - all done online or via email. The cost seemed reasonable considering there was a crew of three guys working on it for 2-3 hours and the results were good.

Lion’s share did a great job on our gutters and windows!! When we discovered a discrepancy between the appraisal and actual job they met us half way. They are a great company and I recommend them highly!

Lions Share was awesome! Our windows looked great inside and out! I was even surprised by clean mirrors throughout the house! They informed me about additional services they offer, I will be scheduling another appointment very soon!

There must have been an opening in their schedule because the guys came a day early to clean my gutters, which was great since I was at home. Both were very friendly and efficient. Rich took a few moments to talk over some issues with my gutters which was much appreciated. Karen in the office who scheduled my service was also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely call them again for gutter cleaning.

We've called on Lions Share twice to power wash our house, clean our gutters, and wash the windows. The house has looked fantastic both times. Highly recommend.

I hired Lion’s Share Maintenance to clean out my gutters, some with vegetation growing in them, and to wash the interior and exterior windows in my three season porch and clean all of the screens.The porch has a 12 foot peaked ceiling with windows all around.

We are to the point in our lives where we just can’t climb ladders anymore or do that kind of hard work.

This is the third time we’ve hired Lion’s Share Maintenance to do that work for us. They did their usual excellent job!

The gutters are clean and vegetation free, the windows are sparkling, and all of the cobwebs on the screens are gone.

Everything looks so beautiful out on the porch. It’s a pleasure to sit out there now.

I know we’ll be hiring Lion’s Share Maintenance again in the future because nobody could do it better.
