We had Lions Share clean the windows at our home and also remove some foam material that had been in our gutters for many years and was no longer useful. The team did a fantastic job of communicating the process they would be using to clean out our gutters and they were extremely efficient and respectful of our property. We have used Lions Share for other home-based services, including snow removal, and they have always done a fantastic job for us.

I needed to have our pool deck concrete resealed and lo and behold in my Facebook newsfeed popped up an ad for this company. The scary thing is I assume my phone is listening to me. The great news is it found me the right company. The process was very simple. I reached out online they responded. We set up a time for a quote, It was quick and efficient. Within an hour I had a quote in hand. The decision was made and the date was set. The entire process was seamless, I would highly recommend this company. They’re overall communication throughout this process was fantastic, I got emails and text reminders all along the way.

I had Lions Share come out to clean my gutters and windows today. They did a great job, my windows are impressively clean, and they removed a ton of debris from my gutters. I am well pleased. The price was very reasonable as well.

Ahhh that just washed window feeling! It’s like my whole house got a bath! My deck and windows looked so good after powerwashing/cleaning that my children - yes my single digit age children commented on it! And there are times when I don’t think they’d notice if they woke up one morning and all the windows were gone. Chet and Alfredo did an amazing job, and even cleaned the bathroom mirrors just “because we were already in there.” Scheduling was a breeze, price was absolutely competitive. They were just here yesterday and I’ve already recommended them to three people and am now writing a review (clearly). They’ve gained a repeat customer in me. Book them now!

This was our second time hiring this company!

This was my first review from 2020-“Wonderful experience. From the first communication of getting estimate to day of the project and pressure washing our privacy fence. Both gentleman were very polite and explained everything to us. Would hire again. Thank you”

Two years later our experience was night and day. The communication was awful. We were initially scheduled for Thursday 05/20 they cancelled on us several hours after they were to arrive. It was rescheduled for Monday 05/23 between 2:00 p.m. -4:00 p.m. arrival. Saturday 05/21 I get a confirmation email they are arriving between 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.! I tried calling and no one answered.

Monday 05/23 two men arrive at 2:06 p.m. my husband was talking with them and discussing the project. We a hire a company because this is hard on my husbands shoulders and back.

I get home at 3:15 p.m. and they are wrapping up! In 2020 they were at our house for 2-3 hours! I couldn’t tell the difference.

My husband got our pressure washer out and took pictures. He called them they close at 4:00 p.m. but have after hours answering he was told this is not right and someone will call in 20 minutes. No one called! He called again -this person said they are bringing it up the chain and someone will call within 20 minutes. No call still haven’t heard from someone.

This morning I receive email thanking us for the opportunity to be of a service to us! What service?

I responded with the communication well lack of and disappointing job.

I explained my husband completed 12 panels in 1.5-2 hours and isn’t finished yet.

I told them I was not paying for an invoice for a job that was not done right or done at all.

This was their response to me

“Thank you for the pictures. We would like to come to fix this but clearly, this is not a good fit. I see that you are dissatisfied and the communication between us was not the best. I agree with you, not the best service. I will clear the invoice and I wish you the best. Have a wonderful day.”

I would not hire them or recommend them.

2 years later and service changes that much? Not a satisfied customer!

Thanks for the response. How we handled the matter ? What does notes from 2 years ago have to do with this job? I gave the date of service and our invoice when I reached out for service again. The customer service rep knew we were a repeat customer. That’s on your company. Anyone who knows about pressure washing knows it takes more than an hour to do 200 linear feet of fence. My husband did try calling several times. He was told twice someone would call him back. He got his pressure washer out to show it was done incorrectly. I have pictures from the first job and Lion Maintenance used more pressure at that time. I’m sorry you feel his “shapes” and “name” scar or fur the wood it did not it brings it back to color. We handled it correctly we called multiple times, told someone would call in 20 minutes x2, my husband started with one panel to show the difference in the correct way it should look and how Lion Maintenance crew left it. The only thing that was done right is making our invoice disappear because Lion Maintenance did not complete the job or do it right.

We found a great company to finish it up for us. Thanks for the response and stating and admitting you did not try to make it right.

Lions Share did a great job of cleaning our gutters! They were so communicative - which we appreciated. They did a thorough job and our gutters no longer have 'small plants' growing out of them! We highly recommend Lions Share!

Geoffrey from Lions Share Maintenance did a gentle power wash on my home & deck,washed the windows and power washed walkways. It all looks so refreshed. Cobwebs all gone and the windows are sparkly. I have used Lions Share Maintenance for a number of years and highly recommend them.

I am very happy with installation of two strands of “holiday lights” along the entire perimeter of my backyard wooden fence and around my front house entry. The lights are set on a dusk to dawn timer and provide useful light during Minnesota’s dark nights as well as serving as a security alert. I also have used Lions Share Maintenance for exterior window cleaning and they do a fabulous job at a very fair price. Customer service is excellent!

We have used Lions Share for snow removal, window cleaning, and gutter cleaning. The staff are always professional and communication with the office is also top notch.

These guys were great for cleaning my gutters. Kelly, the CS agent, answered my call on my first attempt to call, we then worked together using Google Maps at what I needed done, and she had her crew out within a couple of hours. First-class service at a fair price!

They did a great job cleaning gutters at my two-storied home, left no dirt or leaves around the house, completed job without my being home, provided before and after photos, and sent me invoices therafter. Easy to work with. Competitive price (we compare with one other company).
