Jeremy and Sean did very nice work and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend them for their capability to provide electrical updates to existing systems.

My Electrician, Greg Swenson, was beyond terrific. I made a complete mess of two 3-way outlets. He had to troubleshoot all of the problems that I created by trying to DIY the light switches that weren’t working properly. I would highly recommend Greg and his company. He solved all of my problems, and did it in a very professional way. He also explained what he had to do to correct it. I am grateful For Greg‘s expertise.

Excellent service! Everything was easy - from prompt scheduling, good communication, up-front pricing, to on-time and efficient installation by Greg and Zakk. They talked me through the process and were very nice guys. A pleasure having them in my home.

Long time Randy’s customer no more! This was the worse experience I have ever had with a contractor. The most time they spent at my home was walking around and then in their van putting different cost estimates together based on what the problem could be because they don’t touch a thing now until you agree to pay some exorbitant amount of money. Not at all the Randy’s I was used to working with.
I literally had another an outlet that stopped working and they quoted me $300-$600. Without knowing anything about it! It could have just been replacing the outlet, no wiring. That would have been $300.
The best part was, I signed agreeing to that minimum because I already paid the trip charge and needed the outlet to work, so they unscrewed the plate, and miraculously thought, well maybe we should check the switch on the wall that feeds the electric. Sure enough-it was ‘off’ so the outlet was perfectly fine but turned ‘off’. But you guessed it, because they used their screwdriver to literally take the faceplate off the wall-THAT WAS IT-I was charged $300!!! A customer that has used them many, many times. Including to switch out my entire house from fuses when I moved in-a week long, thousands of dollars of work.
Guess what-never again. This is exactly how you lose customer loyalty, when you go into their homes with crappy salesman that are in it for the money. How disappointing. Shame on you Randy’s! -
I have used Randy's Electric for my house needs three separate times and had a great experience each time! I worked with Greg, he is the best. Very effective at communicating, and they always call 30 minutes before they come which helps a lot!

Josh was great. He did a small project for me and quoted me on a bigger one I probably won’t be able to do for a couple years, but I will definitely contact him when I ready versus search more companies. Old home experienced!

Jeremy and his team were fantastic to work with. They got my project completed quickly and professionally. They handled the struggles of working on an older house and brought it up to date with fantastic things like working ceiling fans!
-
Jeremy was very professional and was able to complete all the work in a timely manner. I had questions about what was possible, so he quickly provided several options and looked for ways to save me money. Highly recommend.

Josh was terrific at explaining what he was doing and why, what the options are for our old house, and what the costs were. I feel that he was honest, friendly, and fair. I will definitely return to Randy’s for further electrical work!

Terrible experience. Paid 1400 for a new wall switch and a door bell run. I figured at that price I’d get high quality work. NOPE.
Didn’t repair wall, left huge mess I had to clean up. Mounted ADT panel so close to trim it barely fits and needs to be remounted. Also wasn’t installed correctly and wires weren’t attached. I had to remove and rerun wires myself. Reinstalled light switch upside down so up is off and down is on. Now I have to figure that out. Off center outlet install as well.
Left the converter thing for door bell exposed. Shocked myself going to turn off light. Tech said “I guess I could cover it with tape”.
And look at the huge hole I have to patch now! I have a newborn and a 2 year old at home right now. I don’t have time for this. It’s why I called Randy’s in the first place.
After asking questions about panel location and wall repair he said he could recommend someone else to fix.
I used Randy’s before for a whole home surge installation and additional outlets. Loved the service prior. Will never use Randy’s again and I recommend nobody else does as well. I couldn’t give 0 stars otherwise I would have. -
We used Randy’s to help us with some electrical work. They had an appointment the next morning and were able to fix our issue right away. We wanted an outlet added, and while our initial idea didn’t work because of how our house was structured, Greg did a great job of walking us through our options and helping us find a good solution in quick fashion.

Fast, Knowledgeable, and Friendly! Chris Larson was my plumber and I couldn't have been happier with the results. Chris helped me order the best garbage disposal for me, and even saved me money! He was kind and quick, even when we ran into a slight hiccup by no fault of his own. I will highly recommend Randy's and Chris! If I need further plumbing work done, I know where to go! Thank you, Chris!

LOST MONEY AND WAITING FOR RESPONSE:
I had a mixed experience with Randy's Electric regarding my recent service appointment. Bateman was scheduled to come on October 27th, but unfortunately, the tenant was absent, and he couldn't access the property. The following day, Brian Ringgenberg arrived and provided the necessary service. He was very professional and informed me that there would be no charge for the missed appointment on October 27th since it was so close to the previous day and that it would all be consolidated into a single bill for the current service, which involved assessing the situation and changing some fuses.
However, I encountered an issue when I checked my credit card statement a week later. To my surprise, I noticed that I had been double charged for the service. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I am still waiting for a resolution regarding the refund of $199.00.
While the initial service was satisfactory, the double charge and the ongoing delays in resolving this issue have left me quite frustrated. I hope they can address this problem promptly and improve their customer service.
I did see that you have just refunded the $199 as of today 12/16/2025 after I had to post this type of message on 12/14/2025. It should not have to come to this for someone to acknowledge my issue after several attempts to contact someone within the establishment and being told that I would get information the same day each time. -
I want to share my recent experience to help others make informed decisions. While the technician and quality of work were professional, I was persuaded to believe the job was far more complex and time-consuming than it actually was. After questioning the initial quote, I was assured that the work would require significantly more labor than I had anticipated. However, my home security system confirms the job was completed in just two hours. Even using very conservative estimates for commute time and materials, the effective hourly rate exceeded $400. I take full responsibility for agreeing to the quote, but I strongly encourage others to shop around and carefully evaluate estimates before committing, especially for non-urgent jobs.

Austin was great! Fixed the electrical problem and showed me photos of the issues. Also was kind enough to move my microwave back onto the counter. Very polite and just a very nice knowledgeable guy! I wouldn’t hesitate to use Dean’s Electrical for any future issues. Thank you so much for a well done job!!

Initially gave a 1-Star review for the $ 75.00 fee but the owner took the time to both call and email me, offering to waive the service-call fee because of the tech's shorter-duration visit.
I'm impressed with this approach and will now recommend Randy's Electric. I still believe free estimates would be beneficial in the long-run as it just keeps everyone's options open as well as instilling the incentive to keep industry pricing both fair and competitive. -
Greg was fantastic. He fixed a seasonal (e.g., outdoor, non GFI outlet) electrical issue that has been going on for years! I really appreciated the way he went about it. Within 10 mins, he figured out the problem and fixed it. Apparently, when my HOA replaced the siding, they let the siding company do the electrical work to replace outdoor plugs. That error has been shutting down half the lights in my house for 2 years—every time I use the outdoor receptacle. Just so glad it is fixed. He did a fantastic job. Thank you Randy’s!

Phil did a fantastic job with the install of my water softener and new faucet for my shower, both he and the other guy he was with were both super friendly and polite. The first guy to come out, Luke was his name, was also very friendly. I would highly recommend Randy's to everyone I know

We always have a great experience with Randy’s! Zakk came today. He is professional, efficient and kind. He took time to explain everything and worked with us in creating a good plan that we felt comfortable with. We can trust that everything was done correctly and look forward to working with you again.

Top-notch Company. Great prices. Easy to work with. Very professional.
Their employee Grant who did the work for me is one of the best workers I have ever worked with. Very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. It is rare to find a worker of his caliber. I will be using their services In the future. -
Josh was great today! I was running late to the appointment, and he was nice to wait a little longer. Was professional explaining to me everything before doing anything. Reasonable with the prices. Even gave me pointers on how to figure out different sockets for different watts. Thanks for the tip about the microwave issues.
