We hired Randy's Electric to do our kitchen during remodel. Replaced old flourescent light and three area lights with LED wafer lights, installed under-cabinet tape lights, dimmers, upgraded breakers to code and so on. They did a fantastic job! Austin was informative and friendly. He was a joy to talk to, and he worked efficiently and neatly. His apprentice Otto was great as well. We highly recommend Randy's Electric.

Austin from Randy’s was great on the house inspection. he was thorough and had some suggestions for us. No emergencies but just a few things to consider. so far we’ve been super happy with Randy’s. Prior we had Tyler from there put in a subpanel
and ev charger. all working great.

Prompt polite. I had a list of repairs and possible new electrical projects wanted a bid on them. For a comparison. They were the second of three appointments with different companies. I did not get a bid on the items requested for repair. Instead I taken down to my breaker panel. Told the main breaker maybe a week or a year away from breaking. Rust. The additional items I was possible adding would need a whole new breaker panel in order to accommodate those items. They would have to move the whole breaker panel as a result. Oh the bid for that job was over $10,000. Oops they forgot to include the permit fee in that estimate.
You be the judge? Is Randy’s electric a good honest company to get your electrical service done? I paid the 75.00 service fee and said no thank you. I am still looking for help for my repair items.

Brian replaced a cfgi, 3 kirchen recessed lights and a bathroom fan.

Brian was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, trustworthy and professional.

Electrical work is vey expensive, but for me it was worth it. Brian went out of his way to save me money where he was able ro do it.

Brian was very good at explaining my options and forthright in telling me upfront what it was going to cost.

That has been my experience every time I have used Randy's and why I come back to them when I need an electrician.

Randy’s replaced our water softener and shutoff valves throughout the house. They gave is multiple options so we could pick the one that fit both our budget and met our plumbing needs. The work was exceptional. Highly recommend Randy’s Plumbing.

Austin was great! He was timely and knowledgeable.

When I set up the appt they gave me a price of $79. What I learned- that was the price of the trip charge. For the electrician to verify two outlets were properly working - it was $351 total. I think the call center needs to do a better job of communicating the trip charge vs the job charge. When I explained what I needed done there was no mention that it was going to be so expensive. It was a 15 min appt.

This has nothing to do with Austin who serviced the job - he did a great job.

Okay, so I feel like price wise it's way more expensive than I was expecting. That being said, I feel like Grant worked really hard to make it worth that price. He was respectful, super knowledgeable, he quoted me prices for the other projects I need in my home, suggested things that would be needed, and took time to educate me. The pricing was straight forward and they went through several projects, pricing the next one after he completed each one. The lights are installed and I have complete confidence it's done right the first time. Honestly, while the price is higher than I wanted, it's done right and they instilled confidence in the work and that is worth a lot more to me than saving money.

We had an excellent experience with Dan Hauer from Randy’s Electric. Dan was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable while installing our smoke detectors. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure the installation was done correctly and safely, and left the area clean when he finished. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about providing great service. I highly recommend Dan Hauer and Randy’s Electric for any electrical needs.

I could not have been happier with Greg my electrician. Very knowledgeable extremely personable and he went the extra mile for us. I would highly recommend Randy’s Electric again.

We recently had Randy's install upper and lower cabinet LED lighting in our kitchen, and we could not be more pleased. Greg planned and quoted the project. We had some changes in the lower lighting levels, and it was delivered exactly as we asked. Greg and Ryan did the install in a day. The wiring and lighting install was clean and worked perfectly. We absolutely love it. See photo attached.

To cover all the bases, we also had Randy's plumbing group install a new water softener/filter system and swap out flowtite shutoffs for proper compression fit quarter turn units. Patrick and team showed up and completed the work in an afternoon. Again, professional great work.

We wanted to convert from an electric stove to a gas range, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. Our technician Luke Logan was the consummate professional from giving us an estimate and explaining the work needed and parts involved with the process.

We accepted the bid and had him back out within a week. He showed up on time and did an amazing job. He was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. The work performed was immaculate. We would 100% use Randy's again especially if all their techs are as wonderful as Luke was.

The price matched the quote exactly with no hidden fees or add-ons. We were worried about how much money running a gas line could add up to, but it was extremely reasonable. We didn't have to lift a finger and they even took the old range for us which I wasn't even expecting. Really can't say enough how happy we are with the whole project.
