Absolutely outstanding customer service! The team is friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. What really impressed me was how fast they get things done—whether it was an installation or an update, everything was handled quickly and efficiently. It's rare to find a company that delivers both professionalism and speed, but they nailed it.

Between great customer service and affordable pricing choosing Fikes to provide our hallway and trash room air fresheners was a no brainer! They always make the process so easy, they come by monthly to add fresh wafers and refill the diffuser and any time I need extra assistance or want to swap scents they are always quick and helpful making that happen.

Everyone at Fikes has always done an amazing job of restocking and supplying everything we need in a friendly and efficient way. We have never run out of toilet products or soaps and our bathrooms are always refreshing after their weekly visits. We look forward to working with Fikes in the future.

We use Fikes at Esox House Apartments and they are awesome. Several residents and vendors compliment the smell in our building. It's not over powering but just enough. Service is great too. Super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
