SCAM. Do not do business with RS Seamless Gutters. The “owner” Naveen will show up and quote you, then promise to be back within 8-12 weeks. For us ended up being 22 weeks later. Poor customer service and attention. He will never contact you and let you know about delays. You will have to be the sole person contacting him. He is rude and not helpful. Avoid at all costs.

Very poor company to do business with. Would not recommend at all. 6 months late on my installation. The company rarely, if ever, returned calls for status updates.

Finally installed after 6 months, the gutters were of poor quality and had to be further adjusted.

I have been following the installation when they came and started and I would say that they did a great job especially my house is very high and steep on the backside and I saw first hand the effort the guys had to put in to do the install and also I checked the gutters they are installing and they are good as well, I will definitely refer them to my friends and family. Nice job guys :)

Naveen and his staff were great to work with. This is a quality company that I feel like I can trust to do this type of work for me in the future. The service was swift and the gutters look gorgeous! His product is good quality and reasonably priced, and I would highly recommend him!

What a joke, if you are reading this do not do business with RS seamless gutters. The owner will come to your house with a cocky, arrogant salesmen attitude. He will make it sound like you are getting a huge discount if you book the same day. He will pressure you into signing the contract to get the "discount". In reality It's not even a discount when he inflates the prices so high to begin with. Advice to the owner Navine, we aren't stupid and we know how to use a calculator, probably better than you. Stop ripping off customers in the state of Minnesota.

Navine will try to up sell super inflated gutter covers that you don't need. He will make it sound like you need them to keep leaves out and the children's balls from getting stuck on the roof. We don't even have trees in our neighborhood and he tried to pressure us into these covers. He says he will price match if you find someone cheaper but then after you sign his contract he won't honor any price matches. Super shady guy to deal with. When I called him to see if I could get my deposit back he wouldn't let me and said if tried he would take a lean out on my house. Who says that to a customer? Wait it gets better, he said if I sue him for my deposit back he will win because he has more money than me. Yes he did actually say that. We paid about 1400 for the gutters without the covers after it was all said and done. We had no choice but to pay him the rest of what we owed him and move on. This was May or June or 2016. I repeat do not do business with Navine from RS seamless gutters out of Maple Grove. He will stab you in the back faster than you can blink. You can reach out to me personally if you have any questions about my experience. Thanks for reading and have a great day!

Navin came out in June 2020 and gave me a quote for $3400. Gave me 50% off and asked for 50% down. I told him I would give him $200.00 and then told me he would install in about 8 weeks. 52 weeks later and after numerous unanswered emails and phone calls and asking for the return of my refund, I have decided to hire someone else. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General. He only remains in business because people like myself did not look at the BBB and Google reviews to see that he is a scammer.

These people collected deposit from us saying that our gutters will be installed in 6-8 weeks. It's been 3 months, no work done. They don't respond to phone calls or voice messages. I think it's time for us to raise a complaint with BBB. I should have researched more and read previous review before paying the deposit.

Stay away! Navin is a sleazy crook who uses high pressure tactics to pressure you. We originally agreed on a price, allegedly 40% off, only to later find out through other quotes that it was actually higher than most, we agreed on a date to be completed of 7/15/2018. On the 16th, I had not heard from him so we tried calling him, no answer just a voice mail. I tried calling again a few days later and still no response. The return call I got was a week later and he informed me that they were a few weeks behind due to wind and heat. It was not especially hot nor windy during the month we were waiting, but I accepted that response at the time. A month has gone by and still no phone call. At the end of August I start calling again, he tells me that my job is scheduled for the following Friday or Saturday and I don’t need to be there for the installation. Monday comes and we still haven’t gotten a phone call nor do we have any gutters. At the beginning of September I started investigating more into his company, as I should have done upfront. Looks like I’m not alone! I find his reputation is similar to what I have experienced. I start to document our conversations by communicating through email and requesting my deposit be returned as I’ve no longer got confidence in his company to do a quality job. He tells me that if I cancel, I lose my deposit and he will take me to court for the balance of the contract. In my book, when an error is made by a company and a customer is seeking a fair resolution, threatening to take them to court is not the first option that should be on the table. He continually is threatening me so reluctantly I give in and allow him to complete the job a week later. I informed him that I’d like a concession for how late the job was. The next morning the email I received was that he was at the county filing a lien against my property if I didn’t pay him today. He continues to lie to get what he wants and is a disgrace to the small business community. I would have much rather paid more to deal with a company that was able to meet their obligations. Read his BBB complaints and attorney general complaints, just stay away.

First of all, Navin (not sure I spelled it right) wrote up my estimate and kept me in the loop of how long it was going to take. He was honest, very direct, and to the point - I liked how he handled everything. We wanted to get the gutters and leaf guards done in 2019 but winter hit fast and hard. Then as soon as the snow melted this last weekend he called me to verify the color and BOOM his installer was at my house starting the work. They put the rain spouts where I wanted them (other estimators argued with me on how to do it). The whole job was done in 4 hours (one guy, single story 30x40 rambler with one long side not needing gutters). He hauled away the old gutters (full of debris I might add). Very professional start to finish for the whole deal. I put half the money down last fall and paid the other half when they were done. I would highly recommend RS Seamless to any of my friends and family. Oh, and the final quality and results are top-notch - I'm very happy with how they look and function.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had with a company. Do yourself a favor and AVOID! After realizing he was charging nearly TWICE what the next company was going to charge, I wrote him a cancellation notice. He refused to return my down payment. He said that if I want to try to get my money back I'll have to take him to court. He got aggressive, tried out multiple lies to intimidate me into just letting him keep my money for doing no work. I tried working with the BBB and Attorney General to try get my down payment back without any luck. He tried (unsuccessfully) suing my wife for slander for the online review I wrote. ??? I reluctantly took him to court over the down payment and won. He still refused to return the money. Eventually the sheriff had to get involved and they were able to pull the money out of his account. I could not believe how unethical and sleazy the owner is.

Installation was great. Installer took his time and did a good job from what I can see. Waiting for first rain fall. Only downside with company was install time. Was told May beginning of June for install but was pushed back 2 times due to weather, having some workers out injured. Navin came out to house after complaining about install time and promised within 2 weeks would get them done and he did. From dealing with him directly he seems to be trying to get things done right. After discussing with him he ended up telling me that had to let go one of his sales guys who was making promises of install time knowing they were already booked that far out.

Do not use this company - if I could rate zero stars, I would. We used them last summer to install gutters on our house. Not only did they not finish the job (they missed a 5ft gutter on the side of the house), but when it was brought to their attention they said they “only quoted the front and back, the side wasn’t included. That would cost another $200”, despite it being an overhang on the house and my original request was for a quote for gutters on the whole house. Navin, the owner, was incredibly difficult to get ahold of, and after multiple voicemails, texts and emails I finally spoke to him over a month later. It was at that point when he said he’s finish it for $100 extra if “you and your wife go on Google, Better Business Bureau , and Yelp and give us 5-star reviews. Call me again once it’s done and I’ll send somebody out to finish it up.” Trying to bribe customers for a good review is the epitome of bad business. I said no and haven’t spoken to them since. We will happily pay another company to finish the job at this point. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Also don’t be duped by their signs in your neighborhood...it doesn’t mean your neighbors used them, it means the company drove through and placed them in spots they’re looking for business.

My experience mirrors everyone else's for Summer/Fall of 2018. Navin (owner) shows up, quotes, and takes 50% of the total cost down as a deposit in mid July. No communication or update until I call him in late August with an ETA. He says it will be late September and the extreme heat has prevented his contractors from working full days (sounded like bs). No communication until I call again in mid October! He says we'll get them in a few days but at this point, it's been over 3 months with no gutters and not ONCE did he call to update us. The customer has to follow up with him. Even if the product and the install go through excellently, I still would not recommend to anyone based on poor communication and delay after delay.

I had the gutters and covers installed back in November. Navin's crew did a good job installing per schedule. In spring, I noticed a small issue with a spill over one end of a gutter cover. Informed Navin and one of his guys came and resolved the issue. I am happy with the product, install and post sales support.

Over all disappointing experience, originally was told they would get work completed in 4-6 weeks. It took 5 months and more phone calls than I can remember to get them out here to do job. Finally had to threaten legal action and they came out the next week. Work was done in a day and overall decent quality. The only problem is they didn’t install leaf guards as promised, have spent the last 8 months trying to get it resolved.

My advice if you choose this company do so at your own risk, and make sure you have everything clearly stated it writing ahead of time. I learned my lesson the hard way.

I wish I would have read some of these reviews prior to agreeing to have them do the work.

I was a little apprehensive to contract the job out to given the reviews. The owner, Naveen, assured that the negative reviews were mostly due to them falling behind last year as weather fluctuated and that they are looking to actively address the issues this year. I had given a 50% advance towards the work and within 4 weeks the work was scheduled and completed. The installer, Patrick, did a great job with the gutters.

Got our gutters installed by RS Seamless. Was hesitant due to other reviews but work was on time and best deal as we shopped around a few different options. Everything seems to be good quality and didn’t find any issues with our installation.

100% do not recommend. I put down the 50% deposit and was told our job would be a priority because our existing gutters were so bad. Instead, we waited almost 3 months for the job to be completed. I called a few times to check on the install timeframe and was brushed off with excuses about the weather.
When they finally did install the gutters, they didn't fully remove all pieces of the old gutters. We still have to climb up the house ourselves and remove pieces of the old brackets. Also had to clean up nails left all over our deck. After I questioned the position of one downspout I was told "that's how it's supposed to be" - sorry, I know a downspout that doesn't angle down is not effective. For each issue, I politely inquired if we could have it fixed. I was asked to provide photo evidence of the problems. Was told they'd be back to fix it. That was 5 months ago and guess what, still old gutter brackets on my house. After dealing with pooling water next to the house, we ended up replacing the faulty downspout ourselves...frustrating after you pay a "professional" to do it!
The owner was defensive and rude with my questions.
Lastly, we paid for leaf guards. Some look nice...other parts are a screen that doesn't stay on the gutter. I found a piece of it blown off the roof. It's like the only put the good ones in spots we could see them.
Please, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your gutters.

The owners shows up in a Maserati to give you an outrageous quote and then uses high pressure sales tactics to give an aggressive discount if you give a 50% down payment on the spot. The discount wasn't even close to being acceptable and after a bunch of back and forth he gives me their 10% military discount on the last price he came down to which finally brings us into the ballpark. After selling me on the why the design of my home justifies the quote I accept and give the down payment. He wanted cash/check but I put it on my Credit Card. The quote and down payment was in early June. I ask anyone who decides to go with RS Seamelss gutters to use their credit card so they have some protection. Due to the price I brought him down to he said we should expect to get gutters in 8-12 weeks. I said thats fine as I wasn't really looking at getting gutters anyways. 12 weeks come and I called the owner, navin. He gives you a cell phone and business number to contact him (2 different numbers). When calling his cell phone it at least went to his voicemail if there was no answer. He tells me his two workers got hernias and caused some major delays. He said I should expect to get gutter in 4-8 weeks. After waiting an additional 10 weeks I try calling again. I now can't even reach the owner. At no point has anyone followed up with me to let me know about delays. Calls no longer go to a voicemail on his cell phone. Both numbers now lead to a "estimate" hot line where you can leave your info to get contacted. I left a message asking when my work would be completed. Its been two weeks and still no call back. Multiple messages left and still nothing. Its the middle of November and no work/contact has been made. Now the fortunate part for me is I paid with a credit card and I've been granted a temporary transaction dispute. As no work has been done I imagine it'll be permanent. Using a credit card saved me the hassle of having to take him to court.

In addition the BBB site for RS Seamless gutters in under review at this time. My guess is they are getting plenty of negative feedback. I'm also guessing he prioritizes his work to who pays the most and uses the low bids to fill in when he doesn't have any work (regardless to what he agrees to). As there are SOME recent reviews that are positive I'm guessing these people caved to his high pressure/high bid sales tactics. I would have assumed by these patterns he is going out of business, but I think he is an unethical/un organized owner.

RS Seamless Gutters is by far the best gutter contractor I’ve worked with in a long time. Navin and his team were very easy to work with, on time, very competitive pricing, and stood behind their high quality work! I would use them again and recommend to family and friends! Keep up the great work!
