I am not at all happy with their service, I did complete walk through before they start for deep cleaning. 2 workers spent 3 hrs. and did just normal cleaning.
I gave more then $200 for cleaning ONLY for 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen top & oven normal clean. That even left half cleaned.
Worker don't know what is mean by deep clean. They are more worry about the time rather then the actual work.
I really disappointed and unhappy about the service I received.

Absolutely wrong, It was communicated that total it will take 6 hours to clean the whole house and my cost will not increase more than $300. but after seeing your 1.5 hours X 2 of work, I realized that you are not capable to do all house clean in 6 hours By the way I paid $198.25 not $150 for just 1.5 hours and after my wife is watching your worker did this. If I pay the money I have a rights to watch. You guys are just working for time not for quality and pay attention to complete the work.
Finally, I gave $180 to another company they send 2 person. they work full 4 hours did deep cleaning of my whole house corner to corner with close watching. Now come and see my house this looks like real cleaning done. Not just seeing clock and said 3 hrs. done and send invoice.
According to your way I will have to pay more then $500 for whole townhome normal cleaning..

If I could recommend them twice, I would. Not only do they do a great Job, but they are also lovely to work with. They know their Job and they do it well. Genuinely grateful to have Slavik and his crew to help me keep my place tidy.

We have an unconventional, old living space which is not easy to keep tidy. Plus we have 3 cats. They have come once a month for a year, and are scheduled to do the same in 2026. While they are prepared to clean the entire living space, I will sometimes also ask them to concentrate on something specific, and they always are thorough and go beyond in their attention to the details. They are always pleasant and personable, while paying attention to their job at hand. And they never complain about the amount of cat hair they clean up each time! :)
