Absolutely the worst company I have ever experienced doing business with.They installed my gutters without even notifying me when they were going to do it with some of the worst craftsmanship I have ever seen.The owner refused to meet with me to discuss the issues that I had with the installation and demanded payment within a week or he would put a lien on my house. The company did a band aid fix on the biggest issue I had at the time and I paid the remaining balance only to find bigger issues later that they would not even come out and look at. The owner is rude and will not take responsibility for anything his employees do wrong. They secured the gutters to the fascia board without ever tying into the roof trusses and claimed the issue was with the house and not the gutter. I could not express enough to stay as far away from this contractor as you can. For the record, the gutters were replaced due to storm damage, the new gutters were installed perfectly and I have not had one issue with them. In the short time I had the RS Seamless gutters on my house the issues never stopped.

I gave contract to RS Seamless (Naveen) to install gutters at my home on 5/30/2020 and paid $775 upfront and told me it would take 4-6 weeks to fulfill the order. Naveen was proactive to cash the check the very next day. I called him on 7/7/2020 and then he realized that it has already been 5 weeks. He tells me that by July end he will be able to install the gutters. I called him again on 8/7/2020 and he had all these stories of winds being too strong and labor not being available. He then said he will get work done in next 2 weeks or refund the money. So nothing happens for next two weeks too and on 08/25/2020, I asked him for a refund. He said that I need to write up an email promising to not write a bad review on any website and also state in the email that I am not dissatisfied with the service otherwise no refund. I have 2 other friends who signed up with RS on the same day to install gutters and they all have faced the same issue.

I have really never worked with a company as challenging to get a project done... from the lack of communication to the lack of committing to a date to the lack of follow up. They do a great job selling you and "offering a discount by signing up now", but then you will never hear from the sales guy again. (Chad... 3 calls and not one reply. Pretty poor!) And Navin was equally challenging with slow responses on emails/texts to one word non-committal replies.

When after constantly calling and following up, I was finally told a date that they would install by (not a date they would show up), they appeared the final day (before we were moving out of state!). While the gutters look fine, they didn't even do what was listed on the contract. They "forgot" or "didn't read" that they were to install covers, so they had to come back. While I give the actual installers credit for the speed and efficiency, who knows how well done they actually are.

There were a bunch of other complaints that I have with this company, but I think you get the gist and piling on isn't worth your or my time.

I'd definitely look for a different company.

If I could, I would give Zero Stars. I had gutters put on less than 2 years ago. Very high pressure to go with them when i asked if he could wait to run my card as I wanted to shop around, he said I wouldn't get the discount. I allowed him and his crew to install the gutters. Not only did they have to come back to fix what I could see was wrong, they left trimmings and many screws. Then when it rained, the gutters leaked. I asked for him to come back and fix it and he said that my shingles did not hang over enough and it would cost me more money to fix. I had another company come out. They said that RS Seameless did not put gutter apron on and that was causing the leaks. Simple fix. If it would have been done right, I would not have had these problems. I have had a different company replace the gutters. They also installed better leaf guard. The old gutters were clogged with debris. The price was less than what I paid for the first time. This company is a scam.

We got very similar quotes from other places for the same gutters, and regret going with RS Seamless Gutters. We signed the purchase contract last March, and the owner, Navin, waited until after we signed to tell us us the gutters wouldn't be installed until May. May passed and we didn't hear anything. We reached out every few weeks from May until August for a status update, and we were either ignored or given an excuse. Our gutters were finally installed last week (4 months late) without any notice, and he of course expected to be paid the remaining balance that day. The gutters themselves seem fine, but would not go with this company again.

We had all of our 20+ year old gutters and downspouts replaced on our house by RS Seamless this fall. Yes, we had to wait over 4 months from the day we signed the contract and put 50% down. Yes, the timely communication with the front office needs to improve drastically. But the installer (Jeremy) did a fantastic job and we ended up being very happy with the work and quality of the gutters. Your extended patience will pay off!

RS Seamless installed our gutters to specifications and with high quality work and materials. You should be aware that they do use high-pressure sales tactics but their "buy today" prices comes out to be a reasonable market rate. My install was delayed by a month due to the severe winter but I was able to reach the owner for updates by text and received responses the same day, sometimes within minutes. Their office phone does not usually get answered. I get the impression that the owner fields most calls from his cellphone, so that was the best way for me to get in touch. I also did not have any issues with the owner or sales manager. They were courteous to me in every interaction. I think if they improve communication with customers they can achieve a higher rating on here as the actual quality of gutters and installation was very good and seem to be a higher grade of material than other gutters I see around my neighborhood. I also recommend they reconsider their sales approach and job scheduling process if they keep getting negative feedback on these. Overall if quality is what matters most to you, and you're willing to give them a chance to improve, then I think you will be pleased with the results.

Anyone looking to have gutters, soffit and fascia work done needs to call RS Seamless. Navin and his team just completed a job for us where they replaced all three and their work is impeccable. Neighbors have commented how great it looks and the quality of the work is second-to-none. Navin's communication was outstanding throughout the project starting from scheduling the inial removal of our existing soffit and fascia to the final installation of the gutters. He met timelines, checked in on the project's progress, managed expectations and followed up after the work was completed. Navin was quick to return calls and ensured we were satisfied with the final result. Our overall experience with RS Seamless was outstanding and we highly recommend Navin and his team.

Love these guys! Excellent and efficient work. Would recommend to a friend.

Recently bought a new house that needed gutters. The process seemed to be extremely difficult until I was referred to AT3 Gutters by a friend. Excellent communication through out the whole process, and the gutters look amazing!

These guys are awesome! They came out and took care of the old gutters and installed new gutters all in one day. These guys were very good at communicating and left my place leaving it better than when they came. I would recommend everyone to use them for and gutter projects.

AT3 Gutters just cleaned my gutters, and it was the finest gutter cleaning I've ever experienced! I'm thrilled. To ensure that all debris, caked-on mud, and excess water were removed, they took care to clear the gutters in phases. I'll use them again next year for sure!

Joel Valerie and Tyler were all Great to work with. Tyler was the one that did the cleaning. Boy did have a job to do at my place! He did with a smile on his face and was happy to answer all my questions. I will be getting my gutter guards from them next. I highly recommend this company.

What a great team! I purchased a new home recently and had AT3 install the gutters. Joel went the extra mile making sure the color and the gutters matched and worked well on the house. We had a pretty wet spring which pushed the work out a week. They made sure to communicate throughout so that there were no questions. Their prices are extremely competitive and their service is even better!
