I went in to have my water tested and along with learning what I needed to do, Kayla and Jamie were VERY helpful with other issues we were having with our pool. They were very friendly and informative and I think my new best friends😉

My swim spa went down in the middle of winter and I was panicking. I reached out to clear choice to get a service technician out to get it fixed asap and they were able to help me out even after hours and we were able to get everything fixed without them having to come out. Great customer service and I would recommend them to anyone.

Great customer service, will offer choices based upon what you are looking for. Service calls are on point as well. They have selection and prices that are just as good if not better than the big places along with the personal touch of a small, local business. Hats off to Doug and the rest of the crew!

They installed an automatic pool cover July 2019! One week later we called to report the cover was not opening and closing properly, they said we will “put you on our list”. No one came out the remainder of the year. May 2020 we called again and we were told we are busy and we will “put you on our list”. July 2020 after many more phone calls NO ONE has come out to fix it!!!!!! I would NOT use this company horrible costumer service!

Chad, Shawn and team at A Pool Day worked tirelessly on building out a major backyard renovation for my family. I never thought I would make the investment, however it’s moved my kids outdoors, off the iPads, and created a safe place for neighborhood kids to play and burn off all their energy. It’s weeks worth of work, but watching the transformation of our backyard was fun. Recommend these guys to anyone willing to make the investment in your family and home. Bonus - our AussieDoodle puppy has turned into a swimmer!

Shawn from A Pool Day found an issue with the website and has since responded via email and a brief text apologizing for the web error. I haven’t used them yet but was impressed they worked so hard to respond after finding the issue. I will definitely try to use them again, very impressed with the response.

They did my neighbor’s pool and landscaping (a small portion of our property too), and it looks gorgeous! The lilacs, fence, mulch and border lining on our property looks sharp. Super friendly crew too.

Doug and his team are great, very responsive, and super helpful! I would highly recommend using them for all pool needs. They are prompt and easily approachable for any pool needs and inquires.

Doug and Russ are great to work with. Our spa recently died and they found us a refurbished spa that met all of our needs. Install was a breeze. They were in and out in a couple of hours and took away the old one. So excited to be soaking again. Thanks Doug and Russ.

Knowledgeable, efficient, hard working crew. They needed to dig heavy, wet, clay soil w rock and they put it all back and made it look good as new when they finished.

We hired clear choice for a hot tub purchase and installation and highly recommend them. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The entire process was extremely easy and stress free.

Buyers beware this company talks an excellent game. They will guarantee you that you're going to have all the bells and whistle's and you will be swimming before the end of the season...ONLY TO NOT DELIVER. There will be added cost at your expense not because it's necessarily but, just because they did not look at your city guidelines before giving you a quote. Please expect damage to your property (mines included my fence and children new play set including some areas by my pond) and there was some electrical lines that was snapped in the process (not once but, twice). Also I asked for a pool in which I can walk right into only to have a huge step down). Not to mention this company did not do their best to minimize damage to my lawn. In fact it was a complete mess in the front and the back and their was damage to my neighbor yard in which I was responsible for. It's not worth the headache I promise.

I had wonderful service on an old spa, and when it was time to get a new spa they went above and beyond normal customer service to get us what we wanted. From Russ and Travis who worked on the old spa, to exceptionally kind and fastidious communication of Kaitlin to great follow up with my insurance company and installation from Doug, there were no balls dropped.
