I was looking for a pool company since we just moved into a home with an in ground pool. I had called several companies as I searched for a company. When I called the Hastings office Kaitlyn answered, Within a few minutes I knew this is the company I would choose. She was so helpful and sincerely genuine. We got set up for my pool plan and scheduled the pool closing for later this year. Within a week I was calling back needing service on a motor. Her response was immediate, she even recommended sending pictures or video of what the motor sounded like so the techs could potentially troubleshoot ahead of time. That is helping your customer out. I really appreciate that. Additionally my motor was installed within a few days by Doug- who was equally as helpful as Kaitlyn. The response time is spot on, service is above the rest, and they are so helpful. I would highly recommend them if your looking for good service & customer service!

We joined the Clear Choice family 4 years ago and have been very happy with the entire experience. The hot tub we purchased from Clear Choice has made a difference in quality of life for our entire family. The service reps who work on our pool are so professional and have always treated us well. Going to the Clear Choice store is always a great experience. We have always felt cared about in every interaction that we have had with Clear Choice.

Clear Choice Pool and Spa has been incredible helping us navigate the purchase and installation of our new hot tub. Doug really came through for us, going above and beyond to ensure that we were delivered the hot tub we had ordered from the Minneapolis Home and Garden Show. In addition, he worked tirelessly, coordinating the hot tub delivery date with the electrician. Installation was smooth, and he took extra time on a Sunday to walk us through how to operate and maintain our new tub. He is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. Finally, Doug has delivered customer service after the fact, making himself available for any questions that have arisen for us. Kaitlyn has been helpful and communicative as well. We have appreciated Clear Choice Pool and Spa!

We put in a pool last fall and I wanted to make sure our first summer went well so I signed up for the Platinum service package. Chad, Stacy and Ben have been great to deal with. Ben in particular has been onsite each week performing the cleaning/maintenance service. He’s outstanding! He knows his stuff and takes the time to educate us on what he’s doing and why. In all, we wanted peace-of-mind and we’re getting it with A Pool Day!

We’re to have a party later the next day. I contacted Chad and he came out first thing in the morning and replaced our heater with the one from his own pool! If that isn’t customer service, I don’t know what is! Thank you Chad and A Pool Day. Party saved.

I was very impressed that he was able to tackle any project I had and quickly! The flooring he installed turned out great and the curtains rods are reinforced to hold heavier curtains. Exactly what I needed.

Excellent experience with Bawan through responsive two hour feedback and specifies of the project efficient timeline and great finish product on our bathroom and shower and floor remodel would definitely work with him again thank you Bawan.
