Renda help us settled our insurance claim and got us the money we need to complete our roofing and interior project. She was very responsive to all our questions and made sure that everything got completed in a timely manner.

Renda was great to work with. She stayed on top of all my concerns and I ended up with a great looking roof and am very happy with the process from beginning to end. I would definitely use Lifetime Construction and Restoration again.

Renda and John were awesome! During the time when demand is high and everyone is calling them for ice dam removal, they were responsive, and did quick work!
They were faster and higher quality than other ice dam removal service we had used!!! For reference - before we found Renda, we had hired another company to steam our ice dams. This other company took 4 hours to steam 2 valleys in our roof. Renda and Lifetime came out and did ice dam removal in 3 valleys in under 2 hours. They have serious equipment to get the job done right and in a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely use them again without hesitation if I need ice dam removal.
It also helps that they left the place in great shape! -
highly recommend this company!
i needed some last minute work done on my roof and the owner:
1. immediately responded to my text message questions regarding services and quotes.
2. accommodated my roofing needs.
3. reasonably priced.
4. completed requested work the VERY next day even at one of the busiest times.
you can’t go wrong with renda! -
Incredibly impressed with level customer service from John, Ethan and crew person Jesus. They did a great job with helping us to get our roof replaced, would highly recommend and will use again in the future. Great job Lifetime.

When our roof was damaged in a hail storm, we talked to neighbors and friends for recommendations of quality roofing contractors they have worked with. Renda Baird from Lifetime Construction & Restoration, Inc. was repeatedly recommended to us very highly. We reached out to Renda and always received prompted phone calls, texts, and emails back whenever we had questions. Renda Baird and her team did an amazing job of replacing our hail damaged roof ...from beginning contact to the end product. She brought her team of professional roofers and they completed our roof in one day ...complete to removing and cleaning up every tiny scrap of roofing material from our grounds! I was very impressed with the polite, professional, highly skilled roofing team she brought to our home and impressed with how they worked together to complete our project. The inspector and claims adjuster agreed, it was an exceptional job and passed all inspections immediately. I would highly recommend Renda and Lifetime Construction & Restoration, Inc. for any of your roofing and remodeling needs!

You will not find a better team with a stronger work ethic! Renda was super responsive and cleared the snow away from my roof vents in record time! She has a team of professional roofers and firefighters that are very hard working and fair. Highly recommend - she’s a gem and an honest person doing a great job!

Ethan worked with me from start to finish to make sure my roof and gutters were repaired quickly (one of the first homes fixed on the block!) and correctly after an intense hailstorm with extensive damage to all the homes in my neighborhood. Along with a free, no obligation initial inspection to determine whether I should open an insurance claim, Ethan was on-site during the insurance adjuster's inspection to work with the adjuster to ensure all damage was included in the claim. Ethan was also on-site during the re-roofing and gutter replacement to make sure everything went smoothly. An unforeseeable issue came up during the re-roofing and Ethan was quick to contact me to explain the issue and walked through the options available to resolve it. I highly recommend Lifetime Construction for any restoration or new construction needs!

My new roof is great. I had hail damage in the Spring. I made a claim and got 3 estimates and these guys ended up doing an excellent job. Ethan was my project manager and he was able to ensure that the best materials were used for some unique aspects of my roof, and he worked closely with the company owner John to make sure that everything was handled properly both with insurance and here at the job site. They had to repair some siding and did a good job with that too. I recommend them, and thank them for their service!

John & his crew were great! Easy to work with, fair pricing and they did excellent work. They put up new cedar shake on the sides of our house and it came out looking even better than I expected! I would highly recommend them.

Not even two weeks ago we had significant hail damage. I am so happy that this is the company we chose. The level of professionalism, kindness, understanding and work is HIGHLY recommended. The roof was done today and it's absolutely beautiful. I'm kind of hoping we get new siding too so we can use them again! Thank you Ethan for everything!

Age discrimination issues here. I'm not going to pull the " I spend a lot of money here" line out but I do. The employees blatantly ignored me and helped older people 2 feet behind me. Seriously? I did ask for help and the employee just gave me an isle number which I guess is better than nothing. I also watched another lady ask where a product was and the employee brought them to it. You guys have some nasty age discrimination issues that need to be addressed.

I have had multiple bad experiences at this store, most notably having ordered an exterior door. I was told from the beginning it would take up to 6 weeks to get the door measured, another 6-8 weeks to get the door installed. Well, after we got the door measured (which i'd say was about 4 weeks later), they told me it was a custom size and i would have to wait 6-8 weeks for them to get the door in. i waited 8 weeks for the door to come in, and received no call. I called the store and was told to call back the next week. Whatever. So i did. To which i was told to call back the next week. Etc. etc. i lost track of how long that took. Finally the door was in (i had to call them to find that out), so i scheduled a time for someone to come install the door about 6 weeks later. The day the door was supposed to be installed, Home Depot calls me and says the door is the wrong size, and is about 3 inches less wide than the door i ordered. They said they could install it this way and that it would just be a tight squeeze....um, no thank you, i want the door i ordered. She said they could expedite the order and that i should see the new door come in in about 2 weeks, which it did, and i had to call to find out. Then i scheduled the install for about 3 weeks out, at which time we FINALLY had a door. NOT worth the hassle. Next time I will go to Menards.

In general, I love Home Depot and find that they offer great service. But I am really frustrated with my Home Depot experience at this store for a few reasons. First, I went in to get some cabinet refacing pricing and the person helping me scheduled an appointment for an in-home consultation on Monday. Monday came - I planned my day around the appointment and no one showed up. What's more, no one had any record of my appointment ever being made. When I was finally able to get it rescheduled, the sales person came out to my home and we talked for an hour before she told me that the pricing would be $7,500 for our extremely small kitchen, when the representative in the store had told me $2,000-$5,000. I would have never followed through with the appointment if I knew how expensive it actually was. As a fan of Home Depot, I am very disappointed with this whole experience.
