Not only did they help open the pool, but they identified some elements which were in need of repair and assisted us with addressing those issues! We will continue to use clear choice pool and spa for our future pool and spa needs going forward!

The staff at clear choice is great these guys have helped me on a number of occasions and are always a level to answer all of my questions and get any of the products that I need. They recently fixed my hot tub with a new motor and installed a new exhaust fan in the room it is in and everything is working great and was taken care of quickly for me. I would highly recommend you go see these guys for any of your needs or just to answer a quick question for you.

We are now going on our 7th attempt to have anyone help us with our pool repair. Every time we call, we are told someone will call us back to no avail. I am incredibly patient and understand things come up, people make mistakes. But 7 times calling and leaving messages or being told by reception someone will call us back with zero follow up on that claim is just poor customer service. We would love to give you our business, maybe this review will net us a response to finally get some help so we can enjoy our pool this summer.

Had waited 3 weeks for someone to come out and service our above ground pool because I needed a little help however I came home after work and the pool looked the same. I thought maybe the chemicals haven’t worked yet but nope the pool was still green after a couple of days. Was very disappointed.

Spoke with Doug the owner and cleared up the misunderstanding with what I should have expected and finally found the issue we had! Very pleased with the customer service and promptness in resolving my satisfaction! Will definitely keep working with them.

Doug, Russ and the whole team was great to work with! We can’t thank them enough. They helped us build an underground pool and they set us up with the perfect spa for our family! They also referred us to a landscaping company to help take care of all of our exterior needs. We can’t thank them enough and we will be referring Clear Choice to our friends and family!

Love my new Coast Spa! Kaitlin and Doug at ClearChoice have been super helpful along the whole process of upgrading our backyard to include a spa tub. I was worried about getting the chemistry correct and keeping it that way before purchasing a spa tub. I was assured we would get it right and all I had to do was drop off a sample and they would let me know what was needed until I had it in control! It's nice to encounter customer service that goes above and beyond in today's fast paced world. I have and will continue recommending ClearChoice Swim and Spa to my friends and family.

We have had much difficulty getting a new replacement pump for our Coastal Spa. Several months and many phone calls later, Doug from Clear Choice Pool and Spa came to our rescue. He was able to order the pump which we picked up at a location closer to our home. Doug also located an installer for our pump!!! Doug and Clear Choice Pool and Spa deserve 10 ⭐️ ‘S.!!

I’d you want reliable service from an owner operator who cares, use this company. Don’t get lost in the larger service companies. Reviews for this company are easy to write - the service provided has been exceptional. They went above and beyond to deliver my swim spa in order to be ready for a family gathering! Super easy to schedule, staff was very responsive and they did a great job.

I called Doug because my pool cover had issues closing all of the way. I expressed how important it was to have someone come as soon as possible, as we frequently have small children at our home. He was able to get someone out the very next morning. They did a great job and showed me which parts had been replaced. The cover is in great working order now!

The staff at Clear Choice spas have been amazing and our hot tub has made the winter blues a thing of the past! We chose a waterfall edge Coast Spa and are thrilled with how it operates and how CLEAN it stays with the water rolling over the edge and an amazing filter. We’d never buy a non-waterfall edge style tub after having this one.

We have no easy access our back yard, so they craned in our hot tub at no extra charge. AMAZING! Doug and his staff have been so helpful with learning how to add chemicals and treat you like family. He helped us get hooked up with an app to monitor the tub from vacation or control our hot tub temp without setting foot outside.

If you’ve been debating about buying a hot tub, like we were, know that its been the best money we’ve spent all year! It’s been great relaxation, the cure for lousy winter days, and great family time. If you’re going to buy one, buy it from Doug and the folks at Clear Choice. Of owning a pool. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. 5 is simply not enough. If you are reading this, you are probably looking for a new pool servicing company or a new home owner with a pool , like I am. When I called Kaitlin, I was completely exhausted from dealing with so many other disrepute, incompetent and unreliable pool companies around. Kaitlin was AMAZING! She genuinely cares about the customer. She took time to walk me through some of the important and fundamental aspects of pool care . I followed up with her a few weeks later, made a visit to the store to buy a new pool cover pump and met her and Doug.( the owner ) They were friendly and extremely professional. They won’t try selling you anything you don’t need, or over quote you on a service to make a few extra dollars . They are HONEST and I truly appreciate that. Thanks guys! So happy I finally found a company I can trust.

I can’t say enough good things about this company ! Been using them to open and close our pools for the last 5 or 6 seasons and they are not only efficient, but they are reasonably priced and dependable ! They follow through and keep their word, too. I’m laid up from surgery at this time and Dave was so accommodating - they are actually cleaning my pool for me this summer, and always return my calls when I’ve had questions or concerns.

Clear Choice Pool has great customer service. We just bought a new home with a pool. Doug sat on the phone troubleshooting the issue I was having (after hours) and I was able to resolve my problem. He is always willing to help and responds quickly to your questions.

After having Clear Choice maintain our pool since we bought the house, my first choice when we decided to add a hot tub was to shop here too. The brands they offer are well suited for MN climates (Northern Bay is the brand we went with), prices are fair and the delivery, set-up and service are top notch. They also recommended an electrician they use in my area and he was great too. Plus they coordinated all the work so that I didn't have to get involved. I would reccomend these guys for anything water related be it pool or hot tub!

We've been working with Doug for 10+ years for pool closings, repairs, equipment/liner advice, etc and he and Clear Choice have been excellent in every way! He is knowledgable, prompt and genuinely cares. Several times he has come through in a pinch to get our pool up and running before a holiday or company was coming.
