Sadly I had to rate them a 2 star due to lack of good customer service. Not bad per say but just really poor communication. The job was well done but they couldn't plant grass seed due to how late in the year it was. So they said call them in spring and they'll come out, which I did. And then they didn't show up, so I called again, they didn't show up, I called again, I didn't show up, etc. I must have called 10 times over the course of a couple months. Each time I was told they would be out in the next day or so. Except they never showed up. It was like pulling teeth trying to get them to come finish the job. The most frustrating part wasn't that it was taking them forever to come out and finish the job, it was that they kept telling me they would show up when they didn't. Just really poor communication. The only reason why I didn't leave a one star was because they did a good job cutting down the trees.
