Amazing people from locks to gardening.
-
The guy that helped me in the paint department was super helpful and friendly!
-
Big selection, good prices.

Quality of some plants were or should have been an embarrassment. Customer service is for the most part is poor. However there are a few outstanding persons. Prices good. Still head and shoulders above Menards.

Large hardware store with lumber and garden centers. Paint and appliances too. Prices vary from best price in town to just slightly more than competitors, depending on product and current sales. Sometimes you get asked a dozen times if you need help on a single visit, but sometimes you just can't find any staff other than at the checkouts. It would be nice if they stuck to a nice balance rather than being so hot and cold with attentiveness.

"Never work with their crew2 carpet installer" I have a bad experience with crew2 team with scheduling a carpet installation. They have a bad communication, they email me about the installation date and I wanted to reschedule it, hence I tried contacted them several time one day after other but it kept going on voicemail; Hence I left them multiple voicemails on multiple days but no response. and i also email them but no reply to email either. Because they did not contacted me back, I had to take a day off to finish my prep work and the day for them to come over, but they called me in last minute an hour later than the schedule time to say they have cancelled and would like to reschedule the installation. I am really disappointed because they do not value their customer time, and they might think their work is more important. I paid 3 weeks in advance and I am very unsatisfied with the thousands of people i had to talk to and explain my situation. I am never going to home-depot for carpet installation again.

Best location for customer service, keep it up and keep it going with the new hires. Tony took the time to help me locate a difficult to find miter saw and took the time to pull it down out of the top shelf, ensuring everyones safety in the process. I frequent all of the locations in the metro area and this one's my favorite.
