We used them to install our irrigation system in our backyard in Summer of 2021, during the install they clipped our electrical system to our pool and our shed. They refused to pay for the emergency electrical call to fix the pool, they promised over and over again to fix the electrical to our shed and never respond. Now in Summer of 2022 they keep sending us past due bills of the remaining half to our irrigation install when they owe us for the emergency electrical repair and fixing our electrical to our shed, all items they agreed to do via email and keep ignoring our messages and dropping the ball. I would highly recommend anyone looking to use there services to run in the other direction. They do not back up their work and do not admit their mistakes. They try to cover it up and still try and charge you for it! Buyer beware!!

Had a great experience working with Shawn and Bryce from Superior Landscaping on two projects. Both turned out great, and we have a beautiful patio space to enjoy. Great Design, Customer Service, and Installation without issue. Would not hesitate to use them again on future work.

Can’t say enough about Superior!! We use them for snow blowing services and this is the best decision we made. They are prompt and respectful and very responsive! I submitted a ticket that was NOT and emergency but they treated it as if it was! They were there within 1/2 hour and cleared out “city plowed in” driveway! Impressive! Highly recommend!!!!

They did a great job on the irrigation system, designing our landscaping, working within our budget and helping us choose which plants would look best. Very professional and courteous experience. My wife and I dealt with Alan. The communication were very poor. It ended up costing up more just to get what we actually asked for from the beginning. We have plants and shrubs that are still within warranty but they won’t get back to us to replace them. We have had nothing but troubles with trying to get them to do a proper install of the irrigation. Now they just decided not to even try to fix it or make things right. I’ve tried calling the office and leaving a couple messages and haven’t gotten any response. This was after trying Alan on his work cell a few times. We also referred them to our neighbors before they were 100% done with our project and now regret doing that. We had spent a total of $250k in our back yard roughly. There’s a list but it does t really matter what’s on it. The point is once they get their money they won’t return calls or messages. Won’t finish the job and won’t warranty products. My next step is stopping into their office.

My wife and I had a very positive experience with Alan and his team at Superior Landscaping. Remember that snow last October? Right in the middle of our project implementation! Alan and his team did their best to make sure that we were happy - it was a tough time and they had quite a bit of snow to deal with. The end result was nothing short of amazing - our home looks better than when we moved in - and we are very grateful to Alan for his his design input - he's got a great eye!

We met Alan at Superior Landscape during the winter months to design new landscaping for our front yard knowing that we may need a new sidewalk entryway to our home. Alan designed a whole new look for our front yard with shrubs, rocks, mulch, cement curbing, lighting, and included a patio paver sidewalk entry with an expanded seating area and sitting wall at the front entry way. We loved his fresh approach and signed off for the work to begin. We could not have been more pleased with the professionalism; the crew stayed at our job from start to finish with no interruptions. They worked sun up to sun down to implement the plan Alan created. Final product is BEAUTIFUL. We are so very pleased with the whole process and our new, beautiful yard. Very happy with the quality and speed of Superior Landscape's work. They were priced competitively, a MASSIVE help when it came to designing the patio we wanted, and very willing to work with us on additions to the project. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

I have been using Superior for about a year now. They have always been responsive, and even during the busy season. Their pricing is fair and their service is fantastic. I usually have Steve Jennrich as my service tech. He has done a stellar job every time he is here, and always takes his time to ensure the repairs have been done correctly. 10/10 recommend
