First and foremost, I wanted to let you know our service today provided by Lupe and Fabian was outstanding. Above and beyond just turning our system on, I had questions about relocating our rain gauge as well as replacing a broken part and they were fabulous. Friendly, thoughtful, courteous - all the things you think about when you talk about great "customer service". Please be certain the team recognizes them - I would be grateful.

Our previous irrigation/lawn sprinkler company was acquired by Superior a while back. We could not be more pleased with the service and support we have received from the Superior team. Whenever we need service, I call Alex (she is great to work with) and she sends out one of the excellent technicians within a date/time that works for us. The technicians are always professional and courteous. I find Superiors pricing a very good value for the service we receive. I highly recommend them.

From start to finish, our experience with Superior Landscaping was outstanding. Our project coordinator, Bryce, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and care—thorough in communication, transparent in planning, and genuinely attentive to our vision and concerns. He was very willing and flexible to work with us on keeping the project within our stated budget. Bryce made ade the process smooth and kept the project on track.
The landscaping crew (Bispo, Raul, and Rafael) exceeded expectations. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and work ethic were clear in everything they did not to mention we just had a good time talking and working with them! They were respectful, timely, and went above and beyond by assisting with some extra plantings and misc stone removal that were not technically even part of the project. The final result not only met our expectations of regrading the area around our foundation to ensure proper drainage and installing a layer of rocks and edging, but prepping the area for installing a bee lawn and additional plantings. The final result really elevated the overall space!
We’re so grateful for the seamless blend of expert planning and hands-on execution. Highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a landscape transformation handled with precision and heart.

We had a fantastic experience with Superior Landscape. Alan helped create an amazing design that met our unique needs. The installers were great and we love the finished product. I highly recommend Superior for any of your landscape needs.

Basically highway robbery. $346 bill for a 15 minute repair on a sprinkler line leak. Simple cut and replace of a 4-inch section. $125 paid in advance for the appointment followed by an additional $221 invoice. I found the leak, dug out all the dirt and landscape around it, and filled the dirt and rocks back in after the repair. Nice people and we have been loyal to Superior for years, but this unfortunately seemed out of line.

I always wanted palm trees but living in Wisconsin it’s almost impossible until now. Look at my amazing Palm Trees I’m so in love with them.

I just had a *fantastic* experience with Superior Landscape & Irrigation. I had been struggling with trying to make Anderson Powerpole connectors. I had zero luck despite the fact that I had all of the correct equipment. I called and Nate told me to bring the connectors over despite the fact that it was well after hours. I went over and they immediately fixed both of my connectors flawlessly. I was really *impressed!* It pays to have the right people on the job. :-) BTW, everyone with whom I interacted was very polite and helpful.

We chose to work with Superior based on our meeting with Alan Strohbehn at the Home and Garden Show at the River Center. From that first meeting, through the design phase and to completion of the project Alan was upfront and honest. The work that was done on our new patio and wall turned out amazing. The crew was awesome to watch work, and the transformation of of our backyard was incredible. We always wanted a space you could only see in magazines, and now we have a perfect space of our own. Could not recommend Alan and the rest of the team enough. So much so that we had them come out and do a smaller project to the front of our home!

We had a pool installed and opted to go with Superior for our after installation/construction repair including irrigation and sod. There were a couple of issues we had 2-3months after completion and I was blown away by their quick response and how they leapt in to action to correct these issues with no charge to me!! It is rare to find a contractor these days that stand behind their work once the check has been cashed. Kudos to Sarah and the team at Superior.

CH Landscapes is a class act! They have always been there for me, whether it's plowing my driveway in the winter or tackling landscaping projects in the summer.

I hired Chris to do some landscaping around my house. They did an excellent job and completed the work in a timely manner. I recommend using their services.

I had snow plowing done, with the borders of the driveway shoveled, and the shoveling and plowing were both thoroughly done, with care taken to protect the lawn. We are on a corner lot so the city plough dumps huge piles of snow across the bottom of the drive. When there was a lot of snow, CH Landscapes drivers ploughed areas of the street on either side of the drive so we could more readily remove snow after the city plough came by. When it started snowing during the day and a lengthy snowfall was expected, I received texts regarding the estimated time they would be there. I can't say enough about this company--highly professional service, at a good price.

Chris and team did an excellent job snowplowing my driveway. I appreciate how quickly they were able to respond to my requests. In a winter of unprecedented snow totals they’ve done a great job!

I did not know he provided such great landscaping services until this fall. He built a patio last week for me last week after calling him. I had never heard of CH Landscapes before but thought I'd give them a shot. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
