My gutters were old. Several were tilted and had clearly been dripping water onto the concrete stoop and walkway for years before I moved in, based on the wear and damage.

David and his crew were efficient, thorough and careful. David clarified what I wanted for my gutters, made good recommendations without upselling, and kept me updated on the work. This was a little pricier than other bids I got, but I am happy with the work. The true test will be our next big rain storm!

The installers arrived on time and took time to walk around the house and verify details with me. They were very professional and efficient, and the result is wonderful. The color match is nearly perfect.

No problem with installation and price. Only issue when the daisy chained gutters started to overflow and cause water damage in my ceiling. I called them to change one of the connecting downspouts to go directly to the ground instead of into another one, but no answer, multiple times. Emailed, nothing. Called again, left voicemails, nothing. Even asked for a quote online through the website, nothing. Very, very dissatisfied. They could just show up and fix a downspout, but they chose to ignore me, not cool. Go with someone else!

Really happy with my experience using Big Mike's. Reached out using their online form about the work I needed and was contacted quickly with a quote that followed. The crew that did the work were great, knocked out the job quickly and the work looks great.

When contacting Mike with our project-put on a gutter to our garage-he was very responsive with a quick emailed estimate and installation occurred within days of our call. The young man who came to install the gutter was on time, very professional and was very capable and cleaned up our driveway when done. Highly recommend!

Very fast response. I put in a request for quote and in about 1 week the gutters were up and done. What was more impressive was that it took a few days to come and view what needed to be done. From quote to completion was less than 48 hours. Based on other quotes and Google, they were slightly lower in cost, than expected, which was also a plus. There was one spot where our gutters were embedded into the house siding. The forgot to caulk and seal. Minor adjustment. Other than that, everything was great! So missed 5 stars by just a small item. Still very positive experience and wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

So update, read other reviews. They are great to new customers but they will not return your calls afterwards. I would not recommend gutter guards from Big Mike's. Other gutter places do not want to work on gutters with another company's gutter guards. Since I'm having issues and couldn't get a response from Big Mike's, I have to get another company. They will take the guards off, and clean, but will not reinstall. So I have to put them back on myself, allow them to stay clogged, or buy more gutter guards, because Big Mike's will not respond. None are good options.

If you are a new customer and all goes well, they are great, but buyer be ware?

5-stars from me. Big Mike’s Gutters provided excellent value, took the time to thoroughly explain their product, and were readily available whenever I called. Despite having a two-story home, they tackled the cleaning and installation, a task others declined due to the height. I’m pleased with their work, and have peace of mind that my gutters will remain debris free.

Professional, approachable, all round just what I was expecting and delivered even more. Scheduling was longer than expected but shorter then it could have been because they were able to take care of business as Jill established in the initial site visit. Would recommend.

Excellent craftsmanship, fast fast fast! Actually answered phone first call after trying 10 different seamless companies. Communication excellent got bid same day and install same week (could’ve been even faster but I was caught up) thanks again I highly recommend and will reference to anyone needing seamless gutters.

My son connected with Big Mike for our home. Big Mike got back to us almost immediately and we got our gutters installed the next day and the job done was very professional and the crew was very friendly . They left the site cleaner than it was when they came and took away the old gutters . The price was very fair we are very happy.I already gave two of our neighbors Big Mikes number.

Great communication, quick to book, decent price. David, the lead on the job, definitely knew his stuff and Mike was accessible/friendly. I hope I don't ever need more gutter work but if I do, I'd hire these guys again!

Big Mike's did an excellent job installing new gutters and downspouts on a property I was improving. Communication was prompt, the foreman took input very well, and the finished product looked great. I'd gladly work with Big Mike's again.

Extremely honest! Beautiful job. Friendly service. On time. Cleaned up the area when job was complete. They took on a small job for my daughter, relieved her anxiety and my worry as a mom. Highly recommend this company. Very reasonably priced and quality work.

Mike was pleasant and easy to deal with. His crew was respectful and efficient. Cleanup of all construction materials was thorough, although it would have been nice if they had picked up the frozen debris they threw down from my old gutters. Overall a good experience.

The crew was great. They arrived on time and carefully installed the gutters making sure they sloped correctly and were sealed in the corners. They did not install a new gutter apron as specified, but this was a gutter replacement, and the existing apron was ok. Probably better off not to disturb the existing sealed shingles. This was a small project on a small detached 2-story building, so the cost per foot was high, but I thought reasonable. Thanks, Mike.

They were friendly, communicative, and provided excellent work at a reasonable price. I was nervous my garage was in too poor of shape but it was a non-issue for them. The work looks great! Would absolutely recommend.
