The team I was working with was a Dream Team! They made a bad situation easier! I will be recommending this crew to everyone! I can not thank them enough!

I have used Nick Brattin and his team at ServePro for several jobs that have come up in the last year. For each job they have shown up and got the job done not only fast and efficiently, but they went above and beyond what I could have asked for. I would absolutely recommend them for any reconstruction job you might have and I will defiantly use them again.

I’ve worked with Jordan on multiple projects. He always does a great job and communicates very well which I appreciate. I also worked with Dominic and Lucas on this project and they both did a great job. We will be using Servpro again!

Heavy rain caused a wet basement which I attempted to fix on my own. 2 weeks later I was still worried about unseen damage behind the sheetrock and under flooring so I contacted Servpro for a free analysis. Jordan Beckman showed up less than an hour later to conduct the testing. It was still a little wet but to my great relief he said my fix was working and just continue what I was doing for another day -- if he was in the area he would return and recheck. He did return and deemed it dry enough.

I would have been happy to pay for the analysis, but there was no charge in my case. Going forward, Servpro will be my goto contractor for any future problems of this sort.

Experienced a devastating fire which destroyed the inside of our home. I was left with nothing. Called multiple companies - ServPro answered their phone. Spoke to Dominic Christensen who was at our home within an hour. He listened, kind and understanding, looked at the damage and had a real conversation with me regarding process and expectations. I engaged them immediately. Dominic introduced me to Jon Mertin who became the onsite project manager. Mitigation lasted almost 4 months. Jon and his team were here everyday - all day. With Jon leading the same team of amazing individuals I was able to become very comfortable (no revolving door of strangers) and had stability throughout the mitigation. The team got to know me and I them. They were respectful of our belongings (and the emotional toll I was experiencing). Dominic provided ongoing in -person updates, interfaced with insurance and would walk me through the process as each phase ended/began. Due to their professionalism, I decided to engage Nick Brattin as my General Contractor. Nick is amazing, kind, extremely knowledgeable and highly professional. The entire rebuild will be approximately 8 months and it has been far from easy. Throughout this entire tragedy the one thing I have to be thankful for is the thoughtfulness, generosity and dedication of Dominic, Jon, Nick and the entire ServPro Northeast team. I am truly grateful.

Team came out and was thorough, professional, and extremely efficient. Dominic was out point of contact, and we could not be happier with his level of service. Nobody wants to have to deal with the aftermath of a flood, but I would highly recommend your first call be to this group if you are in that unfortunate position.

I had a great experience with Gustavo, Lucas, Derrick, and this Servpro team. They were very empathetic to what I was going through, and worked with me every step of the way. They answered every question I had, and showed me anything I asked to see, like meter readings, etc so I felt fully brought along. They also worked really well around the other vendors that were coming in an out for my personal property damage. And above all, they were just a kind group of guys.

The Omaha teams were inundated after recent storms and unable to handle our case - thankfully Dominic and the team from Minnesota jumped in to the rescue! Dominic and his crew Ben and Derek (who worked a huge shift for us on his birthday!), as well as the additional team they brought in from KC and other states, worked quickly to fix our large mitigation project. They were fast, efficient, thorough, and in constant communication with us throughout the project to address questions or concerns. Everyone on site was helpful and polite, and did their utmost to salvage items and organize cleanup for maximum effectiveness. They lifted a difficult, stressful problem off our shoulders and made it manageable. I would rely on them with confidence for any problem or damage affecting my home or business. It was enough that they did outstanding work on our home, but they also went above and beyond with their courtesy and kindness during a difficult time.

ServPro was GREAT to work with from start to finish. Dominic was straightforward and honest. He didn’t just tell us what we wanted to hear but told us the truth. He & his crew did a great job. They were also with communication. I would hire them again without any hesitation.

Lucas and Gustavo were so amazing to work with. Their communication, promptness and care were unexpected and refreshing considering our basement water situation occurred when everybody else was having the same problem and right before a holiday weekend. I would absolutely work with them again and recommend them to anyone else that needs their services.

Jon and the crew did a great job cleaning up our basement after a water heater failure that flooded several rooms. They came out on short notice, assessed the problem, and had the water cleaned up and drying equipment set up within a few hours. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely use them again, and recommend to others!

We were extremely pleased by the team that serviced us during our water leak problem. They always called 1st, showed up on time, answered every question & were friendly & considerate of our property. Lucas & Jose are professionals at their jobs. This could have been a nightmare, but it’s only been a minor inconvenience thanks to this team. We had a large hot water heater go out at our business and the Project Manager, Dominic, had his crew out right away. Lucas led the crew and they were professional and did a fantastic job.

Man, these guys ( Ben, Jon & Seth ) did an amazing job with our belongings and our house. I also want to say I appreciate the candidness with which Dominic and Ben used when describing the processes that this kind of job entails. ( Our house caught on fire ). It IS a long process and while we miss living in our house right now, living in it later with no lingering odors/ chemicals is paramount, especially with kids and pets. I also feel like they treated our things with the utmost respect, like they were their own belongings. Hats off to ALL at Servpro, we appreciate you!!

Incredible job on a difficult soot cleanup. Project manager Dominic went above and beyond seeing the project through along with onsite team leader Ben and his exceptional crew, all of whom did impeccable work, paying close attention to detail with respect for the space and belongings. Highly recommend.
