During a major storm, we lost power and our sump pump couldn't work, so our basement flooded. Our insurance gave me a couple numbers to call and Serv Pro was the only one available to come same day. They were so quick and efficient and handled it quickly. Our project manager Dominic and team were so knowledgeable and helpful and quickly had fans and dehumidifier equipment up and running and sprayed the basement with antimicrobial. For 7 days they came daily to check on the progress and quickly removed the family room pad and carpet and hauled it out. The situation was resolved in a week and we were thrilled when they removed the last equipment. They also documented everything and sent photos to my insurance. Very smooth process and will definitely recommend to friends and family. I'll definitely use them in the future if need be.

Under very difficult conditions of sanitary sewage backup and flooding, they treated us as partners and collaborators in the decision making, educating as well as pricing. Once scope was determined, they mobilized fast and with a deep level of equipment and resources…even while jumping to help others in our impacted community. Hard workers all, we were impressed with their spirit and care both. They put us in a good place where we could process the emotions instead of being overwhelmed by the physical demands of a clean up. Total professionals. Absolute heroes.

The quad 364 they did an amazing job super satisfied with there services Lucas and Steve were great. Jose and Henry cameout for water damage on 361 and they had it cleaned up and dried out in no time. Great communication all around 5 star expereince would recommend to any and everyone!!

Lucas and Stephen did a fantastic job in completing the mold remediation work I requested of them. They were prompt and polite and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Much appreciation for a job well done.

Gustavo and his team were amazing. They came down to Kansas City to help with damage from massive rainfall, and they addressed our ceiling collapse and other leaking areas very quickly. The visited daily to check on progress and kept us informed the entire way through the process. They were very cooperative and patient with us after issuing their invoice while we waited on our insurance claim to be processed. Overall I would highly recommend Servpro, Gustavo, and everyone on his team for any mitigation services.

When I first called Servpro I was very unsure of what the outcome would be for my issue. Dominic gave me call almost immediately after I submitted my request and asked to do a house call the exact same day. After looking at the damage in my kitchen he assigned his teammate Jose to come out and setup for repair.
Jose and his crew came out the very next day with all the proper equipment, PPE and floor mats to make sure they could get the job done without getting in the way of my normal life. The equipment was there for a few days and I was kept in the loop the entire time.
Everyone was very professional, efficient and courteous while they were in my home. The service is well worth the price.

A day and a half after a huge rain in Kansas City, the ServePro team was on top of it and kept me informed the whole way. Work done was amazing and aside from the damage to the carpet and baseboards, everything was put back to normal, working on the other stuff with insurance company.
