All Kind does amazing work! I couldn't be happier!

This is a very bad and unprofessional paint job I am very disappointed they painted over spots that should not have been painted over and they also missed alot of spots the whole appartment looks very tacky and unprofessional the way they painted some of the spots are even peeling its ridiculous I would not recommend sorry not sorry I could have painted this better by my self and I would have used painter's tape so I didn't paint on things I wasn't supposed to

I used All Kind painting at my property in Edina and Golden Valley and they are great to work with. Awesome Job always!!

I have worked with All Kinds multiple times on home projects. The painters that I have worked with are very professional and offer consistent quality.

Scheduled cleaning was canceled because someone was scared of a mini pomeranian barking. Cleaning was rescheduled to a unapproved time. Now everything's in the living room for another day.

Stay away, the dude and his gf in the 16 van were strung out on something. Definitely not safe to hire.

Quality is hit or miss depending on who happens to be on the job. They seem rushed and quick to cut corners.They skipped my closets and two walls in my bedroom. They did come back to fix the things we were dissatisfied with but that can be a hassle. Do it right to begin with!

We had them come in our apartment in Jan to do some work and one of the four men stole my wedding ring off my bedroom dresser. They literally walked into another room and took it. Very upset, filed a police report but unfortunately nothing has come of it. Watch these contractors at all times!!!! I seriously hope this company does background checks and dont allow criminals to walk into peoples houses.

They are the worst. The cleaners don't clean. They often leave the units still in poor condition. They don't clean behind appliances or dust light fixtures. The painters forget to take nails out or patch holes. When they do patch the holes, they don't sand and paint over them. If you can avoid, I would.

Rob the painter is so awesome and the cleaners are so thorough. They take their time and it’s quality work. Rob took the time to talk to our paint supply rep and tried to understand why things weren’t matching up. Kudos to him and the team that clean and paint our property. Thank you!

I can't speak to the company overall but I can speak to the All Kind staff that cleans the Latitude 45 building. They are nothing short of amazing. I've never lived in a building that is kept so well and smelling clean 24/7. And I'd imagine this is no small task given the attitude held by a few of my fellow residents in taking responsibility and cleaning up after themselves. The staff is always friendly and crazy meticulous. If I were All Kind I'd model the rest of my staff after these fine folks.

The absolute worst professional painting company you can ever possibly hire. They came to paint one of our apartment units and left a huge spill on our carpets in the hallways. I brought it up to the on-site manager and she got real mouthy and crass with me. Listen here Lady, don't act like this doesn't affect the residents here, we pay your bills here, understand what pays your work here and don't think otherwise. We will make sure you are not welcome back here and by the looks of all your horrible reviews, quite a few other people and businesses think you are a trash unprofessional company as well. Learn basic customer service skills and do not talk back to customers. Period!

You are taking a very big risk working with this company! The worst just got a move out bill and they said I had 4 holes in our upstairs bathroom and every wall had marker and crayon on it. Well, everything was documented the day I moved out video and pics! They LIE! Also, the worker was seen standing outside my place chain-smoking waiting to be let in and there is no smoking on our property! They claim they had to use three coats of paint when two of the bedrooms were already pre-painted perfectly white ceiling fans were in Condition I had one small wall with some navy paint that maybe needed three coats because the place I rent from uses the cheapest paint they have!

AKP has been awesome to work with. Their scheduling is reliable, and we've always been happy with how they can turn an apartment to make it look brand new again. They've helped to make unit turns incredibly convenient when we depend on it the most.

I worked with Brody and he called daily to check in and make sure things were happening in a timely manner. They are doing a great job and I would recommend All Time Painting to anyone!

This company hires terrible cleaners who don’t have the work ethic to properly clean apartment buildings. I contacted the cleaning supervisor previously about hallways not being properly cleaned but the issue continues to happen often. A manager needs to do weekly checkups on all contracted buildings because it’s unacceptable. I’ve noticed the employee mopping over trash on the elevator numerous times. If your looking for a professional cleaning company to clean your property please stay away from this company.

This review is about 3 years overdue. As a property manager, the amount of stress relief I get from working with Brad and his team on rental turns cannot be easily put into words. I'll do my best with this review to do them justice however. Communication from Jeanna and the scheduling team, all the way to Lori and the on-site painters is nothing short of exceptional. Everything from estimated arrival times to we missed something in our notes and wanted to make sure it should be addressed. It makes the preparation for the incoming resident an honest feel good experience. It's also a testament to the work All Kind performs when we tell tenants and prospects that we've worked with an organization consistently for over 3 years. I am proud that our team has aligned with this company and would recommend getting in contact with them should you need assistance with your turn process; from painting, to cleaning, and now maintenance!
