Our experience with Elbert Electric LLC was excellent! From the first call, they set a high bar. The electrician was prompt, highly expert, and explained every step. We're truly impressed by their quality workmanship and clear communication.

Nordeast was recommended to us by a friend and it was a very good one. We did a major update including circuit box replace and converting our electric service to underground. Nordeast handled it all on time and on price. And delivered it with quality work and great communication. I highly recommend Nordeast. I'd use them again for sure.

We had several services provided by Jake, including giving quotes, installing a separate service/panel for our garage, and replacing some old receptacles/outlets. He did terrific, high quality work for us, and I especially appreciated the extent to which he would educate us about electrical work so we could make informed decisions. I really felt like they had our best interests in mind. When we had an inspector over to look at their work, everything was exactly right and the inspector even commented "it's great to go with companies that do quality work like this."

I worked with Nordeast on a major electrical upgrade of my elderly S. Minneapolis house, and was entirely satisfied with the experience. Of the electrical contractors I talked with, Jake provided the most thoughtful analysis of what I needed and what could wait, then led a work team that did the job carefully and efficiently, and ahead of schedule. No games and no up-selling. Their price was not the absolute rock bottom, but it was entirely fair, consistent with their motto, and the quality of their work was clear not only to me but to the city inspector who checked it. I would call on Nordeast again for electrical work without hesitation -- highly recommended!

The electrician was wonderful and told me all of the information that I needed to make a good decision for myself regarding a ballast-based bathroom fixture. I really appreciated the integrity of the company to do a job well and without taking shortcuts that cause problems down the line.

Great service, would use them again. They ran wire to a new ceiling light installation for a reasonable price. Big shoutout to the electrician who educated me as a very basic DIY-er for any future projects. At the end of the service, the apprentice did install my dimmer light switch upside down. It was an easy fix for me, but I would've appreciated to have been consulted on before the apprentice installed it upside down.

We had an outlet installed on a GFI breaker behind a toilet for an electric bidet seat. We appreciated the care taken to understand where existing plumbing was and the cleanliness of the final install. He was very knowledgeable about the electrical codes and explained his work, both when giving an estimate and when doing the work. This was our second time calling Nordeast and will do so in the future.

Our cat, Zoe, appreciated the attention to detail.

Nordeast came to do a bid on a panel upgrade from 100 to 200 amps. They not only provided a bid but were able to complete the work the same day, in about five hours. They sent four trucks and about six guys to swap it all out.

The work looks excellent, the price was fair and the work area cleaner than they left it. I’d work with them again for sure.

When I left a message requesting service, they called back within 15 min. and was able to get me scheduled quickly. Sean was prompt, courteous, and explained things well. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

I used Nordeast Electric to install a circuit for a new dishwasher, install a new bathroom fan and switch, install a new circuit for a water heater, and install a new sub panel. All the work was done neatly and passed inspection with no corrections needed. Great pricing and great communication! I highly recommend them for your electrical needs!

What a great overall experience! We had our breaker box and electrical mast updated. Initially, they said the work could take three days, but they sent a few extra techs to get it done in one day. After the work was done, we found one light that was stuck on with no way to turn off. They sent two guys back the next day and got it fixed. I would say they went above and beyond to make us happy. I priced out two companies for the same work and Nordeast was (by far) the winner. I would highly recommend them for any electrical work needed.

We took a chance on contacting Nordeast Electric after seeing their truck in front of our building. We were pleasantly surprised by the courteous and thorough job Sean did. Before he left, he made sure that everything was right. He even helped us understand how the outlets and switches work in our new home

We have been using Nordeast Electric for many years and always have exceptional results. They arrive on time, have friendly electricians who clearly explain the work they’ll be doing, and they do quality work. A few months ago, they did a larger job for us — installing new light fixtures and outlets. When the state inspector stopped by for the inspection and saw that Nordeast was the company that did the work, he said, “Oh, they always do quality work.”

I called nordeast electric due to an issue with one of my breakers and they put me on their waitlist. They were able to send someone out the next day, and even though the breaker was working fine the electrician offered to make the most of the hour I’d have to pay for anyway and investigated what may have caused it. In under an hour he found two possible culprits, fixed one, replaced the other, and let me know that the replaced issue was caused by water intrusion so I could investigate.
