We needed help installing new lights and switch and other companies we had out tried to up-sell us on other things. Jason did exactly what we asked, quickly and and reasonably. Very thankful to have found this company and will be calling again for all future electrical projects.

Jason and Mike were great to work with. On short notice J-Sim was able to install a new outlet in a closet under our stairs that will be a home for our refrigerator in a small kitchen redesign. Mike was punctual, quick, and did a great job cleaning up after the job was finished.

Jason helped with getting eletrical out back to connect to our new swim spa. He was super easy going and super flexible and made sure everything was ready before the spa came and came the same day to hook it up and make sure everything was working as it should. Pricing was great and we’d recommend him to everyone we can. Also- he responded to my questions within minutes every time! A huge bonus! Definitely will use him again for any projects we may need.

I contacted Jason via FB Messenger about a Hot Tub install and he stopped by that evening to look at the setup and suggest the best and most economical path of power.

He noticed I was working on a patio addition and asked a few questions about where I typically or would use power in the future. We identified my under construction patio and under the deck as areas.

He informed me on current code requirements (since the tub has not arrived yet) and an estimate and timeline of completion that was very competitive. He also realized I’m a DIY and provided me the option trench/prep areas, to reduce my cost greatly - which I gladly completed.

He adjusted his install time to arrive the morning after delivery and did an excellent job. Install, product used, workmanship and adding the additional 3 - 120V outlets was a great idea for my FUTURE needs. He even installed these practical outlet covers that expand when in use and retract when not in use which are so smart and I’ve never seen them before. Nothing to cleanup inside or outside as well.

Overall I’m very happy with the entire process especially his professionalism, promptness and the quality work.

It is rare to find a trade's company that does quality work and has integrity. Jason is great to work with and his company has those attributes. Mike came to my house and fixed my wiring problem in my mater bedroom after I spent hours trying to troubleshoot the issue. He fixed my issue and reduced the switches from 5 to 3 for a cleaner look all in 1.5 hours! I highly recommend using them for any of your electrical needs around the house. Support small businesses like them.

J-Sim Electric did a great job at quoting me a fair price, and talked me through what they were going to do. Ultimately that helped the speed at which the job was done, and the goal of the project. Mark helped install a EV charger at my house, and was very professional and finished the job way faster than I thought! He cleaned up all the areas in the house he had to make cuts in the drywall to feed the wire through, and was courteous and professional guy. J Sim Electric is doing all the right things in an industry that needs it. We had a relatively simple issue and Jason was responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced. Jason was awesome to work with at every stage of the process! I needed to hook up two kilns in an outdoor shed and he was able to give me a ballpark quote on the phone, took a look at the job a week later, then him and his team did the job a week after that! Much quicker than anyone else I reached out to. He is knowledgeable, professional and reasonable. The electrician (Trevor) was amazing and everything got fixed in a timely manner. The notable difference with this company was the great customer service--they were very easy to communicate with and described the issues in a manner that was understandable.
