Great communication, punctual and professional. Brian did multiple odd jobs for us, and some were pretty complicated, but he nailed it! Jon (the owner) was great with communication and even pitched in to get the job done quickly and professionally. Thank you, gentlemen! We highly recommend!

I have never used Harrison Electric before but I thought I would give them a try. John came promptly around 8 AM in a two hour window and quickly and efficiently replaced our front outside light and the entrance light fixture. I was very pleased with the results. And the cost wasn't exorbitant as other eclectic companies. Also John is a kind and pleasant man. I will use them again.

John kept us in the loop throughout the projects. He willingly showed what would be to our benefit to change a few things up. He took the time to hear our questions and answer them. We were so impressed with this young man. He listened, was knowlegable, told what he thought was the best way to go but did not pressure us when we were makig our decision. He went out of his way to make sure we were pleased. He is polite and quietly does his work making us feel very comfortable to have him in our home.

We’ve now had John F., with Harrison Electric, complete three electrical jobs for us in the 1961 home we purchased in July of 2024; numerous can light installs, outlet & switch reconfigurations, installing an upgrade from a 100 amp service to a 200 amp and, most recently a second 100 amp subpanel and heater in our 2 car garage. We have never been anything but extremely pleased with the service provided. John and his team, when he isn’t handling the entire scope on his own, have always been professional and pleasant to work with. They will also be our 1st call when we have another electrical project in mind.

Love Harrison Electric so much, and John is a rock star! He is dealt with the conversion of knob & tube to modern wiring of our beloved old farm house and has been THE BEST to work with. Highly recommend!

John made a consultation visit to my house today: he was friendly, professional, and did a great job addressing the bathroom ceiling fan installation I’m looking to get done.

He looked at a few other things as well and was able to give me a comprehensive quote and explain each part of the quote. He gave me some good insight on how my electrical is set up at the house and ideas for some other projects as well.

While I didn’t have the opportunity to use Harrison Electric in my own home this week (I live just outside their service area), I did have the privilege of working with their consultant, John, in a training class I was facilitating—and I felt compelled to share this.

If I lived in their service area, I would invite him into my home without hesitation.

From what I know about Harrison Electric, their core values are strong—and John definitely embodied those values at the highest level. You could immediately see why Harrison Electric chose them to be part of their team. Their professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence were evident in everything they did.

What impressed me most was his genuine heart for customers. He wasn't just a skilled technician—he is a true consultants who cares deeply about doing what’s right. You can tell he is constantly sharpening their skills, not out of obligation, but because they truly want to serve people well. His mindset was simple but powerful: leave every home safer, better, and more cared for than when they arrived.

If I were in the area, Harrison Electric would absolutely be at the top of my list. Based on what I’ve seen, they don’t just talk about great service—they live it every day.

We had the great fortune to work with Yoshi for a full rewire of our 1910 home. He did an absolutely AMAZING job, and it was obvious how much he cares about the quality of his work. He went way above and beyond. He's a total pro and we loved working with him.

Even more impressive, he did the job largely solo. I saw him thread wires through spots that looked impossible for a whole team to do. And he did it with no tear-down and the absolute minimum number of new access holes in our lath and plaster walls.

Every time we came up against something new and unexpected (and if you rewire an old house, this will happen often), Yoshi took the time to talk through the options and tradeoffs with zero sales pressure. It was a huge relief for us since we are so used to working with contractors who push aggressively for up-sells. It made us feel confident that we were picking the right solution every time.

On a personal level, it was fun to nerd out about the quirks of old houses with Yoshi. I can tell how much he cares about the history and keeping as much of the original home intact as possible.

We can't recommend Yoshi and Harrison enough. Six stars!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Horrible. I had to pay $150 and they ghosted me for 3 days- no calls-nobody shows up. I think it's a front. DON"T CALL THEM!!!

Our bathroom exhaust fan and lights were not working properly. Professional responded to our call right away, showed up exactly at the agreed upon time and completed the work quickly and at the quoted price. Excellent work.

Gibbs Electrical has done 5 jobs for me in the last year and each experience has been awesome. I would highly recommend this company to my friends, family, and neighbors. Awesome service and fair prices. Gibbs Electrical is by far the best, 5 stars all the way.

It’s a scam. I needed electrical work done so I called Gibbs because they had good reviews. The guy who answered the phone said he needed a $250 service call payment to send someone out. I should’ve backed out then and there, but I needed work done. Within 5 minutes he had processed the payment on my card, easy peasy. But the electrician never showed up. I called after the time window came and went, they said they’d send a message. After I called a couple more times, they said he was on a commercial job and couldn’t make it that day. I wasn’t happy but still needed work done, so rescheduled for the following day. The electrician called me later, was not apologetic, and asked a lot of questions about the job, to the point where I was wondering if he was confident he could do it. He claimed he could. He was unaware I had rescheduled with the office for the following day, and said something about not getting information. But he agreed to come the following morning. Next day he was again a no show. Called the office multiple times again, “oh sorry, we’ll send him a message.” After the stated time window passed again I said forget it, just refund my $250. “Oh I can’t do that, I’ll have to forward your request to our billing department and they’ll call you in 3-5 business days.” Mind you, there was no difficulty taking the original payment over the phone. I asked for a number to speak with this so-called “billing department” directly, but they refused. After a week nobody had called me of course, so I called again. Still can’t get a direct contact to the “billing department.” They’ll send a message, blah blah blah. I can only conclude that Gibbs is at best some sort of third party middle man between actual electricians and customers, or at worst a scam. $250 lesson learned. Avoid at all costs.

First experience with Edison Electric and all I can say is wow. Same day service! My circuit panel blew out early morning and I needed help right away. Gave a call and they sent Joe and Brandon my way. Shoutout to younger Brandon too (there was two Brandon's) for showing up a little after to assist his guys. Very chill and nice folks. They gave me a breakdown of the plan and execute. I couldn't have gone any longer without electricity especially with little ones plus the hot weather, also they were very mindful of the little ones. It was a little pricey but I now have a new fuse box that's up to date and up to code including a 10 year warranty. No longer have to look back to buying fuses. I am very pleased with the service.

We had Edison out for a major project. A new electrical panel and mast upgrade/replacement and running 240v and ethernet to two outbuildings (180 feet of buried cables). Edison had two workers here for three solid days. Everyone was professional and thorough. Highly recommend Edison Electric.

This is my second or third time using Edison Electric to install lighting and ceiling fan. Edison electric is the best local electrician company. No sales gimmicks, fair pricing transparency, and take their time to listen to your long term goals and projects. Will continue to use them as my go to choice. I'm glad I don't have to shop around for a reliable electrician company anymore.

Ben was great to work with. Due to a misunderstanding it took two trips but the reschedule was easy and the work was done quickly and easily. Everything's working and looking good.

Jake with Edison Electric did a great job at our home today. I told him of the issues we were having and also desired an estimate for a new project. Jake handled them all with ease.
