Ryan explained the options we had clearly. Did a great job repairing the issues we had, and installed new lighting in our livingroom.

A neighbor recommended Edison Electric to me. Scheduling service was easy. Ryan and Ben arrived and spent half the day tackling a host of potential issues with my new house that was built in the 50s. These two gentlemen were incredible people and professionals. Not only did they do fantastic work with implementing a few things for me, but they educated me on my home and made sure I felt like I was in good hands. I felt so cared for and respected. This is some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend Edison, and especially Ryan and Ben. First class dudes all the way. Outstanding.

Jake and Nick did a fantastic job. They had a great attention to detail, were very communicative and helped troubleshoot some issues beyond the scope of the work they were doing. They were very respectful of our space and worked with us to make sure our escape artist cat was safe and secure during the work. We will definitely use Edison again for any electrical needs.

Ben and Connor were excellent. They were very professional, courteous, and took time to educate me and to explain my options in detail. They updated several outlets, installed new surge protection and fixed a couple of wiring problems I had. The work was all completed during their visit and I appreciated the care they took in navigating around my interested pets. I’ll be using them for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone. We had a great experience working with Edison on a multi-day project in our home including a service upgrade and panel replacement, garage overhaul with new circuit, and several other upgrades throughout. Jake with Edison Electric arrived on time and was thorough with his evaluation of my needs and cost options. He even provided me with other solutions without a "hard sell." He performed the work in the timely fashion and the total cost was reasonable. I will be calling on Edison Electric again for my electrical needs!

I highly recommend Edison Electric. After obtaining several quotes from other companies to upgrade my electrical panel and install smoke/co detectors, I had the pleasure to meet with Sam from Edison Electric. He truly cared about doing things right! He identified safety issues with several outlets that the others did not. Thank you, Sam, for looking out for my safety!

Sam is a very knowledgeable and experienced professional. He was so nice and easy to talk to. Sam was more than happy to answer all of my questions and explained the process. I really appreciated his “no salesman games” and honest communication style. He offered and provided numerous quotes based on the various options available which made my decision making so much easier!! He promptly responded to my calls/texts, arrived on time and he and the crew did a great job cleaning up.

Brandon & Connor were so great to work with! They fixed the issue and gave us information and recommendations for other things to do to make our house more safe. Really appreciate their communication style and they were very patient and considerate around our schedule as we were working from home while they were here. Would recommend them and work with them again.

We were having a challenge with a GFCI outlet tripping in our kitchen. Parker from Edison Electric was able to diagnose the problem and fix it within a very reasonable timeframe. Parker was courteous, kind, and provided a thorough overview of the work along with a quote before he started the work. Overall we were very happy with the response time and final cost of the repair. We’ll certainly consider Edison Electric if we need electrical work in the future.

I wasn’t sure about what company to go with but just took a leap and chose Edison. Chris, Parker and Joe were all very nice, professional, explained everything little thing they would be doing. They also gave me options for the kind of work I wanted done. 10 out of 10 recommend

I am proudly the 7th homeowner of my little Richfield house but with that comes fixing a lot of the previous owner’s mistakes. Sam arrived with an apprentice, Brandon. Both were very kind, friendly and respectful. They even brought their own branded shoe rug so they could change into their work shoes. Once in their work shoes, they put little orange shoe booties on as a second form of protection. This attention to detail was appreciated. They also cleaned up and vacuumed more than once before leaving. When it came to price and explaining everything, I felt Sam was very knowledgeable. He explained and answered all my questions, and broke down concepts that were easy for me to comprehend. (I am not an electrician and have never dabbled with it before) He gave me options and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to accept the work, which unfortunately is something I’ve experienced in the past with other trades.

Overall 5/5 and I’m sending his information off to my cousin who also is looking for an electrician.

Whilst they were pleasant over the phone, I am not a fan of their business practices. They will give you high level assurance that they have expertise, but won't speak specifically about what they will check for your reported concern beyond "a panel inspection" which makes it difficult to assess expertise for a particular issue. Further they do not share any form of ballpark estimates or even ranges for the scope of work you are requesting. They require a $79 site visit fee and only then will they tell you the quotes. What incentive do they have to give competitive quotes if you are a captive audience with them on site? I called around to some competitors and found other electricians more than willing to share more detailed technical assurances and ballpark estimates based on photos and discussion.

Edit: see how in their reply they are doubling down? I'm telling you, other electricians are straighter shooters. They give you technical assurance and quotes upfront over the phone. I much prefer that over the generic salesy games Edison Electric are playing. Quote when we aren't a captive audience!

I had an unexpected electrical issue today and after reading several reviews on this company I decided to give them a call. I’m so happy I did! I spoke with John and he has the most pleasant voice, it brought an immediate sense of calm in my moment of chaos. I had a technician at my doorstep in less than an hour and he, Ben, was a delight to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very informative throughout the walkthrough and repair of the issue. He was able to diagnose the issue right away and I was back up and running in no time. The entire experience was seamless, top tier service all around. They will definitely be my go to moving forward. Highly recommend!

The team from Edison Electric was excellent. They gave us several options, explained everything clearly, and their attention to detail really showed. They carefully updated some very outdated and aging electrical in our home and hung an 1870s chandelier - it looks amazing.

They were professional, respectful of our space, and clearly take pride in their craft. I’ll absolutely hire them again for future projects, and I’d recommend them to anyone.

We had a variety of tasks around the house that we were looking to have done and they got us in their schedule right away (John and Sam are great!), and then the service team was fantastic to work with as well (really appreciate it, Brandon, Nick, and Brandon!). They listened carefully and checked everything out around the house, and then they provided us with a variety of estimates for the work that we had initially requested as well as a few a la carte options for us to consider. They were knowledgeable, polite, and efficient, and their prices are guaranteed so even though they found a few complications throughout the work we weren't charged for the extra steps that they had to take to get the job done right. They also even walked me through how to safely do some of the work myself in the future, which I really appreciated and wasn't expecting.

After they left we noticed something not working quite right, and they came back out the next day and quickly diagnosed and corrected the issue. All in all, we had a great experience and we will absolutely be back as our electrical needs arise. Thanks again!

Parker and Conor did an amazing job with our electrical projects. We had several things that we needed done (ranging from GFCI outlets to a new electrical box), and Parker and Conor were very thorough in making sure they understood our needs and goals. All the pricing was laid out clearly, with several options provided and the pros and cons of each clearly stated. I never felt pressured into any decisions, and I also learned a lot from their explanations of the work they were doing and why. I definitely felt like they wanted to find the best solution that would meet our needs, with safety and code compliance as a top priority. They answered all of our questions clearly and encouraged us to keep asking more, which gave me a lot of reassurance in their work. Beyond the work that Parker and Conor did for us, I was very impressed by the ease of scheduling and the excellent communication of everyone at Edison. I'm very pleased with this company and will definitely continue to work with them in the future.
