We are very happy with Ben S. and the work he did for us. He was very personable and easy to work with, just like all the Edison electricians and office staff we have worked within the past. Ben completed the initial project professionally, quickly and left the work areas spotless. He then took time to walk through our list of other projects we would like done; listened carefully and provided suggestions and then wrote up estimates for each project individually so we could decide which projects we wanted to tackle first. We look forward to Ben returning to do more projects, and highly recommend the Edison Electric team!

Sam, Brandon and Connor were very personable, and from a non-electrician's (my) point-0f-view did a great job of installing the 200 Amp panel, plus the surge protectors, GFCI's and smoke detectors. Based on their performance I highly recommend Edison Electric.

Ben was awesome to work with. He is super knowledgeable and helpful. He got our emergency issue (bathroom fan) fixed immediately and alerted us to other potential issues with our wiring.

When we need electric services, Edison Electric, Inc. is our choice, hands down. Ben is one of their journeyman electricians, who happens to have completed two jobs for our family. First, a whole house upgrade, including 200 Amp panel and extensive repairs. Second, a rather smaller job to add a new outdoor GFCI outlet.

Edison is a locally owned provider, a firm where John answers the phone and coordinates all office activities, pulling permits, scheduling, customer service, etc.

Now, to Ben S., the lead electrician on both of our jobs. For the whole home work, he provided a range of written options, all prepared within an hour of completing his onsite inspection. This is top-notch contractor practice. Once we had a chance to digest, Ben executed our selected option, even saving us money when he discovered some areas that upon close examination didn’t require remediation. This is highly ethical and greatly appreciated. Ben, we really appreciate your help.

Again, Edison Electric comes through with fantastic customer service, skilled staff and honest pricing. New furnace meant wiring needed to be reconfigured and Sam explained what was needed (and not). I appreciate the mobile workshop format and the work able to be completed at the time of the visit. The only electricians I’ll call!

Ben Sidell was amazing!! He’s such a kind person in general, and incredibly knowledgeable too!! He gave me all the scenarios and prices, and minus the salesman pitch that some companies give you. The job ended up being longer than planned, but never did the price change, from the original ones given that I had gone for. In inspecting for the original job—putting in a new outlet and adding another breaker switch for my induction range, he found that my part of my panel had gotten wet and was corroding some of the copper wiring. I ended up choosing to have this updated, he gave me a couple options for that, and explained what was a necessity and what is on a to do list in the future. While costing more than I had originally planned, the price wasn’t has mounting as I thought could happen. I’d definitely call Edison Electric and ask for Ben, for future electrical issues or products. They definitely hire employees who are in their jobs to actually help others and share their skills, rather than ones looking out only for the dollar amount!! Thank you for helping me and getting the project done!! You definitely eased my mind, especially with me not knowing a lick about electricity!!

We’ve requested Brandon to work on 3 separate projects and he is fantastic! Very professional, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. Every project I felt like he wanted everything to be perfect as if he was working on his own house. I won’t use anyone else. Highly recommend!

I initially called Edison to install some lights in my shop. I upgraded some equipment and needed 220 service as well. After doing an overall health check I decided to upgrade service and install a sub-panel in my shop. Brandon and his team did a phenomenal job with options, communication and the actual work. So far I have been amazed with Jake and Edison Electric. I didn't love the AI that answered my phone call inquiry, so I was skeptical, but ever since meeting Jake and his incredible care and thought he put into my quote, I felt empowered to make good choices based on my needs and budget. Ben was a very nice fellow, Very knowledgeable and right up front what would have to be done for replacing my electrical panel. He is someone I would trust to do the job. He understood my situation with just loosing my husband a few months ago and my income being cut in half.

Brandon and Elvis spent the whole day at our house doing electrical detective work in solving our flickering light problem.

Using the Edison Electric website (I'm a returning customer), I entered my information and short summary of my electrical issue. Within minutes, I received a response and had my appointment scheduled for the next morning at 8 a.m.!

Brandon my electrician, called in advance of his arrival and about 30 minutes later was on site. Brandon listened to my electric issue and completed a diagnostic on my issue and within a very short period of time provided an answer to my issue.

Sam and Nick did a thorough assessment of the electrical situation" in this old house. They answered questions in terms I could understand and made the experience very pleasant. I was unprepared to hear about the cost of creating safer wiring/ smoke detectors, etc. overall. I initially thought of just replacing closet lighting. Now taking time to research and understand all of the important information they offered. Certainly worth the initial visit cost of the assessment. Gives us a great starting point.
