Worst experience ever. Stay away from this company!!! I ended up paying a bill for $50 because their technician was not able to install an occupancy sensor switch. It took my friend 10mn to install it. Customer service is a nightmare and they are only after your cash...Awful service and no technical expertise. RUUUUNNNNNN AAAWWAAAAAYYYYY

    The worst company!!!
tell you a price and double the cost, and let the collection company to get the money, this the the way they make money!!!

    update: 07/06/2021:
never received any info about minimal charge before the first work, please show us the evidence!!! not honest!!!

OK, the service is good, replacing the GFCI, works.
However, they do not tell you the minimal charge until you see the bill. install the GFCI in side for $80, but they do not tell you that much more cost for the outside until you see the bill.

We worked on an electrical project in Feb for Haro and found out they did not pull a permit for the project. Their apprentice Martin turned the power on during the electrical remodel project because he was cold and almost electrocuted our Journeyman onsite. Don't let them put you at risk by not pulling permits or getting someone hurt onsite, there are other more qualified electrical contractors. Good luck

Xavier from Haro electric has been so fantastic to work with. When I called him for an issue he was extremely responsive and their technicians explained the problem And how it would be billed thoroughly. I don't know why these people would leave one stars for this company. I was referred by a friend who also had a 5star experience so I totally don't understand. I know there is another Haro Electric in Zimmerman mn that doesn't have the best reputation So maybe they confused Xavier's company with theirs. This Haro electric Company went above and beyond to accommodate me and address my issues. I couldn't be happier!

Worst company you can ever go through. Home Depot sub these people and let me tell you they are not using them again. I bought a new HVAC system through Home Depot, their crew is good. They were busy and need help, These are the people they contradict out. This company was so unprofessional it’s pathetic.

They never told me when they were arriving. They rang the door bell and pounded on the door. I went to go see what was happening and I notice them by my AC unit. I didn’t know what was happening at first. I had to go to work so I had to call my mom to come over. Long story short they messed up! Went to turn on my AC and it fried my thermostat (brand new). Home energy fixed it (their good electrician). What happened is they hooked up the wrong wires messing up a new system. Please DO NOT use these guys. I NEVER want them on my property again!

PS, Home energy is fixing their “Haro” mistakes and making it right.

We were very pleased with the expertise of our electrician. He did quite a few little jobs in just over an hour. They were fast with our appointment, on time, very courteous at a reasonable rate. We will definitely call them again. I highly recommend.

These guys are great. This is the second time I've had them out. Today I had an electrical problem with a pottery kiln outlet and they were out and fixed it within 4 hours of my initial call. Very polite and professional, and I like supporting a North Minneapolis business in my neighborhood.

This company recently was hired to install light fixtures and outlets for my new office. The last day only required placing outlet covers. They incredulously charged me time for 3 men working 8 hours that day. I asked them to place dimmers in a few offices, but they said they couldn't do it. I had another electrician come out and apparently Haro's wiring prevented the ability to use dimmers. It would cost thousands of dollars to fix their mistakes. They also left wires hanging out the hole in the ceiling where an Exit sign was supposed to be. He has never given me a credible answer as to why it takes 3 men to install wall covers. The wiring issues is incompetence which can't be fixed, but overbilling is pure deception.

I had a great experience with Haro Electric, starting with the owner Xavier visiting my home for a walk through on some large projects. I just purchased a home and a lot of the previous work was done DIY or subpar, so there was plenty to do. They gave me a competitive bid, answered all my questions and did the work in a speedy manor. I'll definitely be contacting them again when I have other projects to do.

The team from Haro did a fantastic job. I hired them to fix some wiring and do general repairs of electrical equipment that had been damaged by a previous contractor. They arrived on time, were extremely pleasant and helpful, and were finished within one hour. I highly recommend Haro Electric Solutions.

I have been using Haro Electric for many years not only for real estate client referrals but also personal. He and his team are always professional, and do a great job! I would highly recommend using Haro Electric.

Haro Electric installed a generator hook up for me so we can run our house during the frequent power outages we have in Afton. Xavier and his employee showed up on time, did the install faster than I imagined, and tested the system with my generator. This will be a life saver and I am extremely pleased with their service. I will definitely use them again for future electrical work at our home. I just wish I would have done this sooner!

I recently purchased a home and Haro Electric was so helpful for my electric needs. Haro was responsive, professional, and able to send two workers within a short time to handle electrical work that was beyond DIY. They were skilled, respectful, worked efficiently, and charged a reasonable rate. Mr. Haro was available to answer questions if needed. I’m so grateful for their help and highly recommend them!

I recommend Haro Electric to anyone. Xavier and his team are very responsive, trustworthy, honest, and they do great work for a fair price. They installed a sub panel in our home so that we could do a kitchen remodel and were happy to answer questions we had about codes and our plans in general. Will continue using them in the future.

We had Haro Electric fix an outside outlet, install a dedicated line to our hot tub and a new outlet in the garage. All were done very nicely and I was really surprised by the etiquette and work by the two workers. We had a great experience and would recommend them as well as hire again.

I had a great experience working with Haro on my EV charger install. I needed a new line run out to my garage, and panel upgrades. Haro came in much less expensive than other quotes I got. They were prompt, professional and courteous. It's six months later and I'm very happy with the work. I would recommend Haro to anyone for a similar job.
