Staff are professional, and polite. As far as I could tell. Call in your order so your not stuck waiting for your items.

They are fast and efficient. We use viking at least daily, either via courier or in the store itself, and they have not let us down.

Recieving department is the worst I have seen in the last 10 years they dont care about an drivers time avoid this place at all costs they have their own trucks they can pick up their own product them selves the only way to fix this is to hire an reciever that can handle more than 5 trucks a day without making lame excuses No need to I have already decided to refuse any loads going to this location in the future this the second time I had problems delivering here after notice was given that I would be here on an specified day

The small balding guy with glasses is a real jerk to truck drivers.. My co-workers hate going there when he is around..

Walked in on a very hot, Friday afternoon, not knowing exactly what I needed in wire gauge. I smiled at my ignorance, got the three counter guys smiling and left with what I needed and a little extra. Try being nice and it's amazing the response you get from people.

Usually this place is a little busy, but when I went there with a tricky question about a part that didnt fit, drew pulled out his product catalog and figured out exactly the alternative that I needed. Really helpful!

Great place for getting electrical parts. The folks are always friendly and helpful.

Made two trips there for the part I needed. First time I went they wouldn’t take a client’s credit card over the phone or the tap-to-pay option on my phone. So I drove clear across town to get cash from my client, which they also wouldn’t take. I’ll spend my money where American currency is welcome, thank you.

Over the last decade, I've had Bavolak electricians do a variety of electrical work in my home. This has ranged from electrical work for a bathroom remodel that included several new bathroom lights, in-floor heat, and new bedroom overhead lights to smaller repair projects such as fixing outlets that quit working or installing a new light. They are willing to talk through different solutions and ideas for larger project estimates and answer all of my questions. They've always been responsive, reasonably priced, prompt, easy to work with, and respectful!
