Calvin and Charlie swung by shortly after my call and did a great and job installing an Arc Fault Outlet in my basement. I was billed for less than an hour of work as they were efficient. I called a couple other local electricians, and they expected the job to cost significantly more than what Bavolak turned around.

Have always had great experiences with Bavolak. They have worked on my personal home and various rental properties for me and are great problem solvers and great people.

I did not use Bavolak Electric. The reason being, when I called in a panic about half the power being out to my house (it must be my issue if half the house is still working right?) they did not send out a person to "check things out" but rather asked a few questions, then told me the issue was likely with the power company. It was, and was fixed shortly thereafter. Honest, even when it loses them business, 5 stars.

Brian arrived early, was super professional and friendly. Even with some hiccups, Brian, was positive, and had a great sense of humor. I like that it's a small company, more customer service oriented than the "big guys". Highly recommend
