I wanted to say Bavolak Electric did a great job! On time, friendly, fast . I could not ask for anything else. They are now my go to Electric Co for all our needs. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed. I wanted to give a shout out to Bobie in the office for responding to all my emails fast and friendly.

Heard many great things so hired them to do 5 tasks in 2024 - of the five pretty basic outlet tasks - in fact, all outlet tasks, they had to come back 3x to correct them and one was corrected with 3 attempts. I really wanted to support them so I hired them months later to take two single light switches next to each other and replace with a new double light switch outlet.
The very nice young man named Joe was at my door at 7:30 a.m. and that was great! HE did proceed without any drop cloth to collect the debris down my carpeted stairway - I had to ask him to please help keep it from going down the stairs and please do not stand in the debris on my carpeting. He went out and got a dirty miniature shop vac and tried to clean up a bit. It was blowing dust right into my kiitchen so I kindly asked him to please stop and wait so I could grab some of this debris that he was standing on. I brought out a professional hepa filter miele vacuum and quickly grabbed large chunks by hand and vacuumed up the rest. Though I gave him a drop fabric to use - he did not use it and continued on. Clearly he simply was not trained. I did not want to make him feel bad but I thought it might help to let his MANAGEMENT know this should be addressed when they are in PEOPLE'S HOMES. When he left I realized the double switch was not flush with the wall as if not cut out enough and it was inconsistent in operation. I called the company and got the owner, Ryan's wife. I told her it was crooked and not working properly - she said she looked at the photo and agreed it was crooked and would agree to repair that. I also kindly told her about the debris not being handled welll and she was very rude and told me it was the customer's responsibility, which I was shocked. I disagreed and told her that is not my experience with professional workers.

She called back to tell me what they would do about repairing the bad install. She also said she "checked" and the debris clean up is the installer's responsibility, no apology. She said they would send the same guy back - Joe, and they would fit it into his day. I said - GREAT and hung up. I was planning to be home all day. NO PROBLEM. They never contacted me again.

I did not hear from them for FOUR MONTHS... then sent demand for payment. I called immediately and was yelled at and told I hung up on them. I did not hang up.... I was told they would fit in a return visit during Joe's work day. I said, "GREAT!" Then I hung up... never got a text to say....this is when he maybe coming or he is heading your way.... NOTHING. So RYAN CLAIMED because I "hung UP" - without a TIME... they did not FIX THEIR RESPONSIBILITY! They blamed me! Four months later - they bill me, I call immediately....NO OFFER TO COME OUT AND FIX IT. He yelled at me and told me a series of things that were not accurate and still never offered to come fix it. Told me I was psychotic. Told me the worker said my vacuum to "HELP WITH THEIR CLEAN UP" was "crappy". It's a professional $800 Miele upright with hepa filter - tuned annually at Al's Vacuum. I can't even understand why they would want to tell me that. There waas dirt and plaster and dust all down my stairway and landing - and he was standing in it on my carpeting - it was SO DISAPPOINTING and I kindly cleaned IT ALL UP>. The dirty miniature shop vac he ran out to get - after the fact, was blowing dirt into my kitchen. NO THANKS. JUST TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE AND CARE!

I truly tried to support this company - I offered a decent and worthy suggestion for clean up of customer's install and support them after the benefit of the doubt from the first install issues and I REHIRED THEM A SECOND TIME after 4 out of 5 tasks had to be redone on the first experience, some / multiple times. I was patient and kind and find this experience so unprofessional and abusive.
I can not recommend this company. I guess George retired. He ws lovely to speak with and a real upstanding man. I'm sorry I can not recommend this company.

Bavolak Electric wired a new lamp post located along the steps up to our house. They were able to utilize a low voltage power line that had been run underground years ago to a light up into a tree in our front yard. This saved a lot of expense since a new power line did not need to be placed.

I have worked with Bavolak multiple times over the last 5+ years and they have done a phenomenal job every time. They respond quickly and everyone that has come over has been knowledgeable and friendly. I have recommended them to multiple friends and family and they have all given the same feedback.

He assured me that he had found a buyer that would continue his company's excellent reputation. He did. The new owner, Ryan, is a pleasure to work with. He's responsive, pleasant, comes out promptly, and does very good work.

Bavolak installed some new circuits for us awhile back. After awhile, we had some issues with the breakers not staying on. Ryan worked with me so that I could troubleshoot the issue by phone. Everything is back to working now. (Turns out, it was a defective breaker in one case, and standing water in a disposal in the other case. Neither issue was due to the original Bavolak work.) I really appreciate Ryan taking time to help me through this and avoid a service trip!

We used Bavolak Electric for a complex electrical issue that needed to be addressed with the commercial electrical installation at our church. I was struggling to find a firm that could do the work. Several of the firms that came out to give us a bid ultimately decided that the complexities were beyond what they were comfortable bidding on. I was getting worried when somebody recommended that I speak with Ryan at Bavolak Electric. I was quite impressed with Ryan's knowledge and his proposed solution/cost. Ryan's team implemented a very cost-effective SPD solution for our 400A 208Y/120V 3-phase electrical system that consisted of two main panels along with multiple sub-panels.

They helped us out with a broken circuit breaker and installing a light fixture. I wasn’t very happy with the service or the price. It cost $99 just to get an estimate of the cost. And then, the cost estimated was quite high. Also, after paying the $99 fee they told me that a technician would be there in the morning. No one came all day after I called multiple times; he finally showed up at 6 pm. No notice of the delay. Not very professional in my opinion. The work itself was ok but the light fixture was also not flush mounted to the ceiling, which we noticed afterwards. Not a great experience.

Reagan was very polite yet professional in answering all my questions regarding how the system works, what to look for, and do, if I have a power surge or lightning strike. When the work was completed, he vacuumed the power panel to remove all metal particles in the panel to assure maximum safety and reliability. Before he left he again reviewed what he did and made sure he had answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Honestly, I cant thank Garber Electric Company enough.

I haven't actually used their services but I was really impressed with their customer service. My power went out in part of the house and I decided to contact them based on their good reviews. They told me they could be at my house within a couple of hours. Before they arrived, my power came back on so I called to cancel. They were super polite about it and were also able to provide pricing on a couple of services I asked about. I will definitely be using Garber Electric Company in the future!

Garber Electric Company did an awesome installation of a new 20-amp breaker at my business. They were incredibly professional, attentive and quick to complete the work. Everything is still running flawlessly after 4 months of use. I strongly recommend them and would refer them to anybody looking for electrical services.

Garber Electric Company are the best, I checked on google and called them for installing 2 Ceiling lights (Drill hole, install bot, wire fish electric line). They provided estimates for pot lights and installing new lights. I have scheduled an appointment, they were on time. A team of 5 people came in, completed all the work in 50 min Wow that's fast. Quality, Speed and Price all met within my budget. Worked with the team. I would strongly recommend this team for any light work for interior and exterior.
