Decided to get lawn aerated this season, waited until last minute. Mike picked up the phone on the first ring and said he could be here after he completed his current job. Ian and his wonderful crew did a great job of restoring our paver, block, and flagstone hardscape that had weathered and become uneven. After their work it looks like new! All clean and re-leveled.

Ian renovated our courtyard last fall. He did a spectacular job. It was a small project for him but he gave it time and attention, ensuring that the final product was jaw-dropping. Ian's mastery of his craft, creative problem-solving, and attention to detail helped us create the outdoor living room we always wanted. (We can't wait to see it in bloom!)

Ian and his wonderful crew put in a water management system and backyard rain garden for me. I have a small city lot that is mostly impermeable surfaces but Ian designed a system for me that captures over 70% of my property's rain run off. This means that annually over 36,000 gallons of rain now soak into the ground for reuse from my small property alone!
Ian designed a great system for my home that includes attractive rain chains and barrels with overflow hoses that run into my rain garden.
My gutters direct rain to an underground hose that "pops up" in my rain garden. Best of all, Ian used large plastic cubes under my rain garden that greatly increase my small gardens capacity to handle a huge amount of water. My garden has never overflowed, even in the heaviest rain storms, thanks to this technology!
Ian worked with me to choose mostly native pollinator friendly and neonicotinoid-free plants in a great variety of heights, colors and textures.
My project was small but Ian and his crew gave me large project attention and did a great job. I really appreciated that when they were finished everything was picked up and clean, even my sidewalk was free of dirt.

We used Ian for a backyard patio and landscaping project at our home in Minneapolis. He was very flexible in planning and pricing. He had lots of creative ideas and a good eye for design. He paid extra attention to water drainage. He was great about communicating throughout the project regarding design, deadlines, and our reactions. Ian is very easy to work with and is one of the nicest contractors we've hired. We recommend him without hesitation.

Olio Group and Jeff are EASY to work with. Jeff explains how his company works really well. He asks pertinent questions and listens to you. Communication is critical in business. Jeff responds with in hours if not minutes. Olio Group doesn't leave you hanging.

Luke (Green Sneakers Inc) we are entering our 2nd season of property maintenance with the Olio Group. All first season payments were received on time and with no issues. Chris our manager with Olio has been easy to communicate with via email and phone calls.
