So far everything has been great, the app was a little confusing when trying to change my payment form but the customer service was very helpful and got it resolved in mins for me.

Communication is so quick and thorough. The lawn mowing job was done very well. I would recommend this service.

I have used the Plowz and Mowz app to arrange for snow removal and mowing and I have been very happy with the service and arrangements that have been made.

Only worked on half the lawn, charged me more than $100/hr and as the other reviewer conveyed, they were terribly rude.

Edit: Response from the owner: I contacted you as soon as the sub-contractor left my property. You waited a week to respond and then asked me to take pictures. I was unable to do this since I finished the job by myself.

I will absolutely have this company on speed dial!! Oh wait I downloaded the app!! Even faster..

Really easy to use, app works well. Lawn looks great when complete. Good communication in case of bad weather. I like that they take photos of the work once complete.

Great app that makes life easier when you need it most. Couldn’t shovel or snow blow the heavy snow we got due to a current health issue and I didn’t have to ask a neighbor! No contract either.

I used the service for the first time and everything was great. Had the lawn cut, edged and cleared of clippings just as they said it would be. All my questions were answered and I will certainly use this service again.

I scheduled a mow for a family member; went into the app on Monday and job was done on Wednesday. The person who accepted the job did a beautiful job and my family was incredibly pleased.

We recently purchased a house from out of state and desperately needed the lawn mowed and our beds weeded.
I found Plowz & Mowz and placed an order online. I wasn't too familiar with our landscaping so I selected to have the lawn mowed on August 14th and added Trimming maintenance and Bed Maintenance for a total of $140.
I thought it was a bit steep but if course we're having our beds weeded and I'd pay that price to not have to do it.
On that Wednesday a gentleman shows up and starts mowing. When he's finished with that he knocks on the door and asks what I want trimmed. I explain to him that we don't really have much to trim as it turns out, but I selected it to cover my bases. What we really want is the beds to be weeded. He just kind of stares at me. I ask him to trim the best he can and weed. He states he will do just that.
After hacking up our plants he takes off. Never to touch a weed or speak to me again.
I will never use this service again. I was disappointed, the guests I had helping us move in her astounded and when my husband got home he was upset.

I purchased a “one time” mow. They were very professional and considerate of the property! They did a beautiful job! I’m definitely going to sign up for the every 14day!

I've used Plowz & Mowz for both snow plowing and lawn mowing. They are timely, professional and do a great job. Very impressed with their services. I would highly recommend.

Heavy wet snow is not my bag. When this comes down I pull out my plowz app, and it’s all cleared away in a few hours. These guys are responsive and do a great job. I appreciate Mike and the services you provided me recently and in the past..I will when the time comes be using PLOWZ again….

Hmm, I'm using them in the Syracuse, NY area so I can't say about other locations. However for me they did a great job, the lawn was nicely mowed. I love the website where I can schedule jobs, manage my account, etc. Such a nice account management page.

The lawn care from these folks really goes above and beyond. I ordered a Mowz last minute when I was having a busy work week and came home to perfectly cut lawn. Their app makes booking really easy! I just signed up for their recurring mowing services, to keep my lawn looking fresh and save some money. Highly recommend for anyone in Minneapolis!

Really cool idea for an app. Super easy to use and the design is nice. My yard was a disaster after the snow melted so I ordered a yard clean up service. The guy they sent out was really friendly and professional and did a great job clearing all the leaves. Loved the service, will definitely use again!

Plowz and Mowz is fabulous. The App makes everything so simple and efficient. The team comes on time and does a great job on my lawn EVERY TIME. Billing is open and easy, and when I need additional work done, the app makes that simple to schedule. 10 out of 10!

I’ve used their services for snow plowing and gutter cleaning. They’re affordable and reliable and the work is always done well. It’s hard getting most of the other businesses that offer these services on the phone lately. I guess the demand is high. It’s easy to book through Plowz and Mowz from my phone through the app instead of trying to get another business on the phone. Also I love that the app quotes you instead of calling around for quotes. It’s been a good experience using Plowz and Mowz.

I have used Plowz and Mowz for the past 3 years for emergency snow removal and have been very happy with the service. I love that you can just pull up the app and order a snow plow without having to call anyone. They show.up on time and always do a great job. I like using this service instead of purchasing a full winter contract, as I’m capable of shoveling, but when the huge snow hits it’s great to have a backup. Highly recommend.

We requested getting the driveway plowed after a nasty snowstorm and the response time was terrific. The driver was courteous and skilled with the plow. He didn’t rip up the gravel driveway or turf even though the ground was very soft after all the warm weather.

Great experience every time we have requested service, both in fall yard clean up and snow removal. Communication about job updates and status provided through texts and the app; pictures posted at the end of shirts completed work.

Easy to schedule through the app, service has been timely as requested, and prices are very reasonable.

We’d recommend for both lawn services and winter snow removal!
